Beautiful clean, manager and employees are non stop working. Clean organized place. All the laundry machine are working, very convenient to used quarters, I enjoy my free trial CSC to used free washers and dryers. First time I am satisfied with pilot customers services. Everything was perfect.

Showers are back! I used shower #4 today. They did a great job on the shower remodel. The towels had a fresh/soapy scent. Only one small complaint. The water pressure was average. It usually doesn't take much longer than 10 minutes to shower. Took a few minutes extra to get the soap off. Bright side is that the shower room is as nice as a new truck stop.

Very large convenience store upon entering with friendly. Clean restrooms and well supplied with soap, paper towels, air dryers, toilet paper. Gas tank in front to refill your car for your journey.

The worker was lazy to clean the shower at 4: 30 in the morning told me to come back at 6 in morning

Good Pilot, mostly clean. Showers are okay, clean with good water pressure and temperature but old school with shower curtains. Some parts of shower with mold. One bad thing is that you cant reserve shower thru app, showers are opened with key.
Staff is nice, subway is clean and fresh.

This was a smaller pilot. Restroom was clean. Inside and out side was clean. There was a subway station inside. Duncan donuts is inside. Great coffee. Friendly staff. They carry toiletries and across the counter medicine so much more.

Gotta love Pilot and Flying J.
I hit this exit on the interstate specifically because they had a Pilot.
The cashier was helpful when i needed to look at a new product. The store is pretty large, and you'll find everything you need from the hot food bar to every coffee you could want in a truck stop.
The pizza they make is pretty darn good. I ordered some of the pepperoni pizza, and i enjoyed it very much.

It's also attached to a Subway for anyone craving a inexpensive sandwich.

Reserved a parking spot, earlier in the day. When arrived all spots were taken. Couldn't get driver awake to move. They were accommodating but this is becoming an issue everywhere.

Stopped on the way to and from South Carolina. Beautiful trees, pet friendly, nice clean restrooms, welcoming staff.

Very rarely do I have a good experience at pilot. Been regular customer for years because I have to fuel there. Company rules.

Well this will go converted into a pilot still has a long way to go as far as better.customer service is slowly improving although the night shift leaves a little bit to be desired the subways fantastic.one of the issues still here going back to the Wilco days is the bathrooms usually a pigsty most of the time they do not like to clean the bathrooms down here for some reason I don't know why every time you turn around maintenance aboutaround the pump area or cleaning a shower but for some reason they forget about the bathrooms for the public.also often the Dunkin Donuts coffee is in always fresh but at least if it doesn't taste for I should question it to the manager in that usually will promptly fix it because it supposed to be changed every hour sometimes it's not.but they're getting better from what it used to be but they still have a ways to go to become a good decent stop weather has the pilot logo or not.

Nov 3rd I went in and bought something and it rang up the wrong price so I asked the cashier and she said that was the right price. I didn't argue! So when we were done I went to check the price and I was right. I walked over to let her know and she huffed kinda loudly and said I'll have to do a REFUND! Welp with all that personality she had seeping out of pores I told her not to worry about it I'll just lose the $2! She acted like I was an inconvenience and bothering her. SHE had no personality as it was when I walked up to the register the first time. You know I've worked with the public for over 20 years so I know everyone has days but you can put on a fake smile for your customers especially when that customer tries to speak with you, you know a little small talk and you get nothing in return. The only reason I was there to begin with was to meet someone in the parking lot to buy something and I figured since I was using y'alls lot I'd go in and I would buy to me it just felt like the right thing to do) BUT I PROMISE it won't happen again I'll just continue to go to Circle K where I feel like I'm wanted!
