This place is not for pro drivers. We are cdl holder’s. When we renew our license we have to wait for them to come in, we can log into our state app to verify our license is current. Educate your employees so a driver don’t have to waste their time at ur store! Leave this pos of a pilot and go right across the road to a flying J and a manger override the system. Ur staff is poorly trained and it shows.pro driver Go to the flying j across the street, better showers, coffee and everything else. Let the 4 wheelers have this dumb to them self! Flying j breakfast sandwiches is better than the Wendy’s at this place.smfh I will never stop at this place ever again!

This is always a must for me on road trips. Locations are always clean, plenty of parking, fresh food, cold drinks and the fuel last.

I had problems with the coffee. I told the man at cash register about it he call a young lady name Ashley who by the way made the coffee she Instantly court a attitude.

Bad experience here. Pump would not take my rewards card. They messed up my lottery tics 3x. Nothing good here. Go to another one!

So I stopped to get air in a tire that was low, went through 3 islands before I found one that worked than when I found a air hose with a connection it broke and started spitting water out like the air tanks have never been drained before. The people are nice the showers are nice but the service of making sure things are fixed for drivers were way below standard for a pilot for sure.tell someone there and they acted like they didn't care at all.

The dairy queen staff was rude concerning a coupon on my app. The Wendy's staff customer service was great. Glad we ate at Wendy's instead.

The travel center was OK. The person who was working at the Dairy Queen inside the travel center needs training. Could not tell me the difference between options. Then, looked at me like I was stupid. Exit 181 off I95.

Stopped for a Blizzard. Used a nice restroom. Determined I was not waiting in line for the ice cream and went through a door into Wendy's for a chocolate Frosty. Left happy. 100 degrees this afternoon.

Love Pilot Travel centers and the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 has nothing to do with Pilot it has to do with other customers, people when your through pumping gas move your truck, camper or whatever your driving so others can get gas and go on up the road while your sitting in your camper eating lunch! Seriously happened today guy pumped his gas, walked into Wendy's and came back out got in his RV and set down and ate his lunch so I finally pulled over in front of the store with my truck and camper which I hate to do because it blocks flow in front of the station because of morons like that! Ok sorry Rant over.

I only go to pilot because I have to for fuel and etc. As usual rude people working there and gave me greif getting a fuel receipt because as usual the kisok was out of paper to print a receipt and I left my fuel card in the coach.to put it short I didn't get a receipt and the girl at the counter was not helpful.trying to find stuff in the store is a chore

This is a frequent stop for me when travelling and has been for a long time. Consistently good customer service, friendly staff and the facilities are cleaned frequently. CONSISTENTLY GOOD COFFEE

Stopped for gas and bathroom break! Very friendly, extra clean restmooms, great food places attached. Dunkin donuts were super fresh, DG was good, wendy's was slow wait staff!

Awful. Restroom closed and alternative had a long line. I ate then tried to wait on line again. Over an hour. Manager very rude. Many left unhappy.

When we travel, we always try to make our stops at Pilot Travel Centers. They are clean, well run and meet all of our travel needs.

Safe large store, well lit. Large drinks and beverage/snack choices with some of the best gas prices. Great rest stop with large multiple stalls in bathrooms. Clean bathroom all stalls were functional.

Im new to the trucking industry but not new to pilot. There's alot of parking spaces available for truck drivers at this location and the shower are always clean and the lines are usually short.

They updated the showers you're working really hard to keep them clean a good place to stop and get cleaned up and grab a bite to eat. Of course if you need diesel it is available or if you're driving a car you've got gasoline pumps out front. All in all I'll give it a thumbs up

Dairy Queen needs to hire some more people! Having one person working that has no idea what they're doing is ridiculous!

Great place friendly people nice clean showers nice big parking lot access is kinda tricky to get in and out cars and trucks use the same exit

Gas prices are always the least expensive food is good. Most of the time there is a wait because they are so busy but good place to pit stop during travel

Since Pilot bought this business from Wilco, it's not as clean, more often than not you have to go inside to get your gas receipt. As well as well to often, no towels or cleaner to clean your windshield

First pilot I've ever been to that does not have working wifi I pay monthly to use internet at pilots! Will not stop here again!
