P.F. Chang's

We had our 50th.anniversary dinner at PF Changs in Myrtle Beach. The food was great, service was great, atmosphere was great. Jesus,
our server, he was more then a server. He was like our friend. Very responsive to our needs and very pleasant to talk to. Always had a smile and took the time to explain the menu and offered suggestions. I would recommend this restaurant for a nice dining experience. DH & BH.

The relaxed ambiance at this particular location sets the mood for a nice dinner out.
The service was prompt and manager Ronnell came to our table to see how our meal was. Also a plus that they have crayons for the kids. Good vibes.

Ordered gluten free because of celiac disease. As i was eating my food, a manger came and informed me my order was mistakenly NOT gluten free

Great food the best fried rice and shrimp Kung pao I have ever had. The service was great very friendly people that make the dining experience enjoyable. I will definitely return

I got a touch od food poisoning i believe as i got very sick for several hrs after eating their food!

I loved PF Changs in California. This was my first visit to this location. Not at all impressed.
Had 7 pm reservations. Didn't get seated until 7: 30.
Ordered the "family size" salmon to share with my date. I literally could have eaten the whole plate by myself!
The lo mein noodles were tough, chewy and had no flavor.
The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because our server Erin was very good.

This was our first stop on a recent vacation. Was seated quickly and the food came out fast! Delicious as always

We come to P. F. Chang's regularly. Tonight was one of our friends birthday. We had a waitress, who evidently was new. She boxed our leftovers at our table, and did the same thing at the next table. The manager came over and told her in front of everyone that she wasn't doing it right, and said she needed to do that from a serving tray. It really up set us that the manager talker to her like this in front of a full restaurant. We asked to speak to the manager, and told her how it wasn't kind, and she then told us we could leave! She was the front manager named Ronell.or something like this.

Always consistent quality and delicious creative food offerings at a reasonable price. This location is beautiful and there's plenty of parking.

Love PF Changs. Happy 30th Birthday. However, had our first negative experience there. We went over an hour before closing, arrived 7: 45pm and felt rushed, even though we were the only new table. We went later than normal to avoid the summer tourist crowd but now not so sure that's a great idea. Others did come in after us. Food was good but the kung pao shrimp was slightly overcooked and Mongolian beef was very overcooked. The calamari appetizer was way over fried-was so tough almost inedible. Fried rice upcharged.side was mushy. Lo mein side had little flavor. Lettuce wraps great as always! Asian Pear Mojito very refreshing. We will go again but will avoid arriving anytime near closing and stick to regular sides.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the portions. Our waiter was very attentive to make sure our glasses were full and that we were enjoying our meals. Very enjoyable atmosphere.

Dan the manager fired a 7 month pregnant employee. She Worked the entire pandemic just to get fired while pregnant. What kind of management would abuse their employees to their benefit just to throw them away when they need their job more than ever? Down right heartless. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this establishment and won’t be giving them anymore of my business!

Food was not good. Some things were edible such as lo mein noodles 5/10. Chicken I got tasted like perfume which we absolutely could not eat they did take it off the bill. Bill still came to $65 for two people.

Everything absolutely fine. Food was good, waiter was very helpful and explained everything, pleasant & courteous, atmosphere was nice, prices adequate.

This dinner made me appreciate being asian. My friends and I enjoyed getting chinese food. For me, I had the fried rice with pork. It was a great choice. The container was huge, so we were able to split it. Then, I had a little taste of The Great Wall of Chocolate and the Bao Donuts. The cake came with strawberry sauce, adding a zingy taste to the rich chocolate. As for the donuts, they were heavenly in the chocolate and great in the caramel sauces. Despite the long wait because of high demand, the food made it to us and was perfect. We also received forks, chopsticks, plenty of soy sauce, and a handful of fortune cookies. That was nice.

I've never had an issue with the food, the service, or the atmosphere of PF Chang's.however, a friend of mine was recently let go in a very public (in front of customers and staff) and humiliating manner. She was employed at PF for 4 years, and that is a dedicated employee. The very worst part is that she is 7 months pregnant, has another small child at home and now has no income, right before the holidays and her maternity leave. I'm not supposed to worry though, her supervisor told her 'good luck' before slamming the door in her face. Ultimately I'm very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and compassion for this particular PF Chang's. I know I wont be supporting this location any longer, if this is the way they treat their staff. I dont want to know what the particular atmosphere would be at this location.

I wish I could give a zero stars because of recent events. A girl who used to work here was seven months pregnant and they fired her without any reason she has been working there for four years and works hard and this is messed up because she did not deserve this!

The hot and sour soup at PF Chang’s used to be extraordinary and very spicy and hot but I went 2 weeks ago and it was anything but that very bland I did not even take mine home

Went to dinner on a Wednesday night, August 18. Got seated quickly. Waited 20 minutes at the table. Only 2 of us. Couldn't get a server to even take our drink order while others around us seemed to get seated and waited on. Used to be one of my favorite places. We walked out.

Food was good and warm. Server left so much to be desired especially on a 115 check for two. It was my daughter's birthday. Waiter did just that made us wait and wait and nearly 10 minutes more wait for my change. Only 6 busy tables, mostly 2 tops. Terrible service. Go to an authentic Asian restaurant in a strip mall much better value and LOCAL.

There has to be places to eat that have better morals! Saw a pregnant girl outside crying and went to comfort her and she said they fired her! 7 months pregnant, been working their for sometime.have a heart people! What if that was your pregnant daughter/neice/wife/sister? Won't ever go back,!

Was very excited to try the food! However, did not even get to on account of the rudest manager we have ever come across. Dan is the so called manager at this establishment, but really should not be around staff or customers. If you want new business, I would suggest a new manager!

I had been to PF Changs in New Jersey but this was my first visit to the Myrtle Beach location. We had lettuce wraps as an appetizer and they were good. My husband had the signature Lo Mein with shrimp and pork which he thought was okay but a bit bland. I had the spicy chicken which came with rice and it was delicious. We had the chocolate souffle with vanilla ice cream for dessert which was very delicious but I was disappointed that it wasn't warm the way I have had it at other restaurants. The least expensive white wine was $8 and I had a larger one which was $11 but it was a nice large glass. Blue Moon was $6. It's not a place to go to party but we did go on a Sunday. Not sure if they have a happy hour during the week. Overall very enjoyable.

Reservations were made when arrived at agreed time table or requested booth was not available. Waited for 30 minutes the booth was still wet from cleaning up had to use napkin to dry the wet sweat and table top.
Waited for a long time (45 minutes) for the ordered food.
The food was not up to the normal standard.
The night was a disappointing experience.

Manager Dan was so rude and seemed heartless. Food was meh. Would not recommend to friends and/or family. Never going back.

Very nice place, manager Dan however is a poor excuse for a manager. Firing 7 month pregnant employee after 4 years of employment (Before the holidays).

I used to love eating at PF Chang’s but will never be back to this particular one. They have a server that has been working for them for 3 1/2 years who is now seven months pregnant so apparently it’s time for her to go? Just when money is so much more important to her? The Manager just blatantly fired her and slammed the door in her face! How is she supposed to provide for her family? Who is going to hire her at this stage of her pregnancy? The manager was rude and mean to her. She had never even been written up before this happened. I think this totally sucks! PF Chang’s check out your manager situation at Myrtle Beach!

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Terrible atmosphere, and my heart goes out to the over worked and under appreciated waiters and waitresses. Management needs to do better.

Always look forward to PF Changs when we are in Myrtle Beach! The quality of the food and the service do not disappoint.

Our waiter Tony was excellent. The hostess that seated us was very rude. She complained that she had to give us a paper menu and etc. Just poor customer service.

On vacation in Myrtle Beach and was excited to see a PF Chang’s, my husbands favorite restaurant. However. When we walked in the hostess treated us as if we did not belong there, greeting us with a “Yes”, grabbed a menu and said “Come on” when she seated us. The restaurant was not busy at all and she seated us on the opposite side by the bathrooms near the kitchen. We were surprised we were treated like this at a PF Chang’s because it is a chain and we always eat here never ever having this experience. We felt very much it was because of the fact we are AA so we left the restaurant. I don’t spend my hard earned money in any establishment were I am not welcome!
