If I seriously could have rated this place zero stars I would have. I cannot believe that that store had five employees working in the front of the store. Only one person I'm register but nine customers deep. Everybody else is just playing with balloons or talking with each other, ef the customer. The whole darned store should be closed. That's how bad it is

This is not my idea of a fun place to go but seeing how it was good for shopping for what we needed that's all that counts But if you're in the need of their stuff that's the place to go

Donna was a saint! She went above and beyond for us picking out balloons for a baby shower! She did not have to do as much as she did and we were eternally grateful for her help!

Pretty good costume selection for Halloween. Not overpriced compared to the pop up shops in town.

The balloon lady was truly fantastic! This place is very busy on Fridays, so give yourself plenty of time.

I came in On a Saturday to place a pick up order on Sunday at 11am. Well it’s Sunday and it’s 1: 30pm and they still don’t have my order of balloons ready for my event. How inconvenient.

This store and all its employees are awful. They are just there to get a paycheck, as I overheard one clerk tell that to another clerk. No one is willing to help you locate anything. They just point to what aisle it may be on and you’re left to fend for yourself. And don’t get me started on the balloon department. Management, or Corporate, needs to clean house and fire everyone there. Or just shut the whole place down.

I called to see if they had popcorn containers in stock for an event at a middle school today and they did. The person who answered the phone and I found out later she was the manager was super awesome! She was so helpful. When I checked out, the cashier Dana/Dina was TERRIBLE! Her customer service was piss poor! Her terminal for the tap pay at the register she was signed in was broken! Instead of apologizing and using another terminal, she had a sour face and was not willing to help at all.

I had to ask for the manager to take my transaction to another terminal because apparently Dina/Dana was too unintelligent to do anything to help. Then when I was speaking to the manager about her behavior, she jumped into our conversation and argued with me with an attitude. With that attitude, STAY home. We do not pay to be verbally abused or deal with unhelpful poor customer service! Hire more friendly employees who WANT to be there! It’s not rocket science!

The manager did check out me at another terminal and everything went fine. That cashier was just plain LAZY!

45.00 for balloons said there's a helium shortage. Poor selection poor attitude of employees, too pricey.

They literally have one cashier every time I go in here which means you are literally waiting over 30 minutes to check out every time. They have a lot of cute party supplies for all occasions.

Had exactly what I needed. And while I was there I was able to buy an arrangement of heart balloons and pet stuff puppy for my wife on Valentine Day. Customer Service was great as well. The young lady there came out and helped me put the balloons in my car.

12 people in line with merchandise to purchase. 3 employees working, only 1 working a register. The other 2 are blowing up balloons.

Has everything for all types of parties. Party balloons for whatever you want to celebrate.
