Love this place for breakfast. Great food and an amazing Bloody Mary! Today I had Ziagya for my server. She was very sweet and did a great job. She had a smile on her face while waiting on other tables during the breakfast rush. A positive attitude like that will take her a long way. The only advice for her is that she never told me her name. I got her name off of my receipt. Coming from a full time server of many years, she will increase her tips if she states her name in her introduction then again after she takes the order. Telling the table her name twice your guests will remember her. Great job

It was an amazing experience. The taste was so good, the place cleaned and conformable and the staff was great. I recommend it.

Amazing staff! I don’t eat pork and when I asked Quan what he would recommend, he definitely picked a great choice. The Seafood Platter was superb. He was very knowledgeable about what was on the menu. Celeste is great. Very friendly and great service. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

We went for lunch on a weekday. The place was busy, but we were seated right away. Drinks were delicious. And the food was GREAT! I highly recommend eating here. The menu has something for everyone. We got the chicken and waffles, chicken bowl, and chicken and waffles sandwich with Mac and Cheese. TO DIE FOR! There is plenty of food, great flavor, highly recommend to anyone!

Everything was great. They run a tight ship and it’s quiet evident everyone was on task at all times. Very refreshing to see, and not many restaurants are run this way. We absolutely enjoyed our food experience.

Fantastic restaurant! This place had a very fun, family-friendly atmosphere, a varied menu, delicious food, great service, and reasonable prices. We had a group of 7, with 4 of them being kids ages 5 to 13. The burgers, mac and cheese, and seafood were all delicious. Each of the desserts we tried were also great. Highly recommend a visit here if you're in the Charleston area!

The food was great, and the price was also. Food was brought to us in a timely manner, and the dinner area was clean.

Was subpar southern food. The atmosphere is nice for Charleston but the hype was not reflective of the food. The shrimp and grits as “the best in Mount pleasant are a joke”! The grits were not southern style and creamy - it was a brick of dry polenta and bland/tasteless. The sauce was extremely spicy, and tasted of nothing but green peppers.

A little shell in fresh crab cakes is expected- about choking and breaking ones teeth, is not.

The sides (Mac and cheese especially) tasted of a soured crock pot Mac and cheese your cousin Wanda whipped up at the last minute for the church social.

Fried foods were a tad on the burnt and over cooked side and bland.

Pretty sure the biscuits were frozen pillsbury.

The best part of the experience was exiting.

Great food and wonderful service! Ate dinner here Friday night and Brunch Sunday. Everything was delicious that I and my best friend ordered both times. Can't wait to visit again and already texted my family from Friday's dinner to tell them it's a must try. *Pics of food after eating Brunch, it was so good I couldn't wait and snapped them while packing leftovers lol

Matt was an excellent excellent server! We will be back because of him! We ordered our food and within 6 minutes it was on the table! The drinks were great including the “holy water”

The shrimp and grits were EXCEPTIONAL

Pages Okra Grill was a Delight. I finally got bar b que that tasted like it was smoked meat. Bessinger and Dukes no longer pit cook their meat with.hickory or oak wood. Countless times I've paid good money for a.pulled pork sandwich to be sorely disappointed. I have not had a decent pulled pork bar b que sandwich since Covid started. No, I have not.lost my sense.of.taste for smoked pork! Tastless pork meat.with no seasoning, not ever a dash of salt, is what you can.expect from Bessengers and. Dukes now days. I could have the same results cooking a pork roast in my oven.
Sauces cannot take the.place.of.good.smoke meat. Even if cooked on a charcoal grill you get taste. I will.drive to. Mt. Pleasant to get my bar b que from Pages Okra Grill.all.the.way.from. Hwy 162 south. Hollywood, SC to be exact

I had the shrimp and grits. It was delicious. They fry the grits and pours plenty of seasoned shrimp on it with a delicious gravy. I couldn't even eat it all. Had a choice if biscuit, cornbread or hushpuppies. I picked the cornbread. It was sweet and good. My husband had a seafood salad.

I'm delayed in posting this but it's never too late. I dined here on vacation on June 28th 2021. The food was phenomenal! I got a seafood platter and my wife got the chicken and waffles. They have a nice outside patio for seating as well.

Some of the best food I have ever eaten! Had a tight timeline, and everyone was so accommodating! Would recommend to everyone!

This place was AWESOME! The food was wonderful. Alban was the best servier ever. We didn't have to ask for anything it was like he was reading our minds. Thank you Alban.we appreciate you! If you haven't been you need to go and try it out. Every bite just melted in your months. The food took no time to come out! We will be back! What a great way to start the day with an excellent meal. Again, thank you to Alban for making it a wonderful experience.

Standard Southern diner. Wasn't terrible but I dont think its a must try if you're visiting Charleston on holiday.

We were hoping for breakfast but had to settle for lunch. Place was busy, but we got right in. Food was delicious. Service was polite. One of our favorites of our trip. Hope to make it to breakfast next time!

First time but not the last. Went for lunch and wasn't disappointed. I had the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. The wife had fried chicken, collard greens, rice and gravy, and sweet potato casserole. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. We will be back.

We only did electrical work there, but the staff seems very friendly and the food smells wonderful. That's all I have to go on, but that's probably plenty.

Really tasty spot in mt. Pleasant. The loco coco coffee cocktail was lovely as were the two appetizers we tried. The fried green tomatoes and the loaded tater tots were excellent. The banana pudding and peanut butter pie were also superb. Friendly staff who gladly took care of a minor issue with a poached egg and attentively checked on us. Really enjoyed this place. Highly recommend!

It was our first time at this restaurant. Great food and service. I had the sweet potato pancakes; they were huge. We had a party of 6 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

I didn't know that battered dipped and fried grits were even possible, but they were damn good.

The food was great, we were seated reasonably fast and the staff did not disappoint. So overall 5 star experience except the first round of coffee was meh, disappointedly meh. 1/2 a star loss on that but if I'm back in the area this eatery will definitely get consideration for a return visit

We were in Charleston only for the weekend and decided to try Page’s Okra Grill based on all of the great reviews. I feel like we didn’t even eat at the same restaurant described in these reviews. The food was very disappointing. We each had the Page’s chicken sandwich, with different sides. My chicken was chewy, and both sandwiches were completely missing the buttermilk ranch dressing. The pimento fries were nothing special. My daughter liked the mac and cheese. The service was terrible. Waitress only returned to the table once, asked if we wanted more tea and then never brought it. There’s plenty of great places to eat in Charleston, we are upset we chose to eat here since we were only in town for two nights.

My wife dragged me here screaming and crying! However once the taste of the food hits my tongue, it has instantly become one of the favorite places for the family!

Everything I read about this place was true. Exceptional service and food. We went specifically for the country fried steak and eggs, but ended up with a bit more. Now it's good coma time

This is my second time dining here and the pork chops are the best I have ever had and my party enjoyed their dinner selections as well! I will be back and recommend it to anyone while in the area.

30 minute wait, but WELL worth it! Fried green tomatoes, fried okra are must haves. Shrimp & grits and crab cakes were excellent!

I came at around 11 on a Tuesday morning, and there was no wait. The food was great, especially the cheese grits.

We came down from Myrtle Beach for a concert. Not much for ambiance. Food and service were excellent!

Had the shrimp and grits, so full took half of it home. Never have left there hungry. Our server was great his name was josh.

A must place to eat in the area! Food was fantastic and service was great! Shrimp and grits was delicious! Plenty of seating inside and out. I really wanted to try the banana pudding and peanut butter pie but was too full. Next time I'll leave room. You guys def need to eat here!

First time here and we had three different dishes, they were so delicious and we are planning to come back to try other dishes. Wait time was not too bad of 30 minutes on Saturday noon. Overall 5 stars.from the food to the service.

The food is good and the service is good, but bring ear protection and don't plan on talking to anybody at the table.

Been wanting to try Page's, it didn't disappoint. Food was great, my wife got the pork chop and I got the Salisbury steak. Both well seasoned and cooked.

The mac & cheese was awesome. The fried okra was not crispy which was disappointing. Hush puppies and fried oysters were average. If you value quantity over quality this is your place. Portion sizes were huge.

Had the lunch special, sirloin steak sandwich. Similar to a philly. Good and they always have an attentive staff.

The country fried steak was delicious. My wife enjoyed the holy water! The shrimp and grits was definitely different.

Great service, even better food. This is the only restaurant I've tried in 2 months that I'm definitely going to be returning to. Highly recommend the grilled shrimp, Mac and cheese, and seasoned green beans!

We went here about 4.5 years ago on vacation and I STILL think about how good it was. Seriously one if the highlights of our trip. I ordered the shrimp and grits because it was supposed to be the best, and my husband ordered the fried chicken with fried okra and greens. The shrimp and grits were good and a fun take on the dish, but honestly, I liked the fried chicken even more, and the greens were the best I've ever had. Seriously. I keep trying greens to find a place that can rival them and haven't found one.

We stopped at the welcome center and they recommended this place for breakfast. It was a Sunday and they were busy but the experience was not good. In a party of four one ordered the pancakes and the rest of us had eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage and grits. Had a pretty long wait for our food to arrive. None of our food arrived hot. My grits had a huge hunk of cheese in it but it was just a huge hunk of
Cheese and not incorporated into the grits. Our friends 3 huge pancakes arrived cold. She complained and asked for them to be replaced. Waitress said okay and left them sitting there in front of her. We all finished our meals and then someone else stopped by to say the kitchen was working on the pancakes. My guess would be that we waited another 8 to 10 minutes for the pancakes to arrive. When they showed up they weren't that hot either. They did comp the pancakes for her but they were so late in getting them out of the kitchen. We were disappointed with the experience.

If you haven’t been, GO! We went Saturday evening and had a delightful time. We were seated very fast. The food came out so fast. My husband and I are still talking about our entrees! We sat along side Coleman Blvd.and it did not affect the scene. I highly recommend sitting on the patio and the shrimp and grits. The redneck rolls were so good and I loved the pickled okra. A great twist on a traditional delicacy. There is a lot of parking choices as well. We will come back here every time we return home for a visit!

Went for lunch today, and it was a beautiful day to sit on the porch. The view from the porch is just the street.which isn't amazing, but the weather was gorgeous. Our waiter was attentive and helpful, always friendly, and graciously helped my mom with her picky-eating-habits. For appetizer, we got the "redneck rolls" - spring rolls stuffed with pulled pork and pimento cheese, with a mustard dipping sauce. Texture inside was a bit mushy and muddled, but flavor was good. For main course, we both got the fried shrimp platter - some of the best fried shrimp I've ever had. A generous portion of large, crispy fried shrimp. Mom got a crab cake (which wasn't hot enough when served, but miraculously had zero shells), and the sweet potato casserole (a delicious, citrusy, pineapple infused sweet potato that was quite good). I got the fried okra (so good!). We both got coleslaw - thoroughly unimpressed with the bland, watery, boring coleslaw. Skip it and get something else. Overall, a very good meal and we'll be coming back!

I enjoyed the experience overall. The staff was friendly and kept it real. There was an issue with my order but then again there were 6 others at my table and they comped my meal. I understand the food industry being that I work with food. So I can fully understand that mistakes get made. I recommend this restaurant for sure, just maybe not for big groups of people when they are slammed.

My big sister and her husband Jim took us here because by boyfriend's Dad wanted some comfort food, he calls it, and I had the fish and grits and it was sooo good! His Dad was pretty pleased! He had the fried shrimp, by the way.

Advertise being a Well restaurant or better. Most customers walked in carrying their masks. No one enforced mask wearing at door or anywhere. Waiter and waitress were standing waiting for food to come out of kitchen with masks down under their chins and laughing and spraying peoples' food with their saliva. As soon as their order came out if the kitchen, then they would pull on their masks and deliver to the table. I was horrified. We would've left, however, a young man, who was always masked, picked up our order and delivered when ready.
As for the food.my fried fish and fries was not very good. The fish was some type of flat unflavored kind and the fries were not crispy or tasty. My husband, however, liked his shrimp and grits. He didn't realize that the grits were encased in breaded squares. He thought it was Texas Toast and left them. I thought the breaded pieces were grits and tasted. They were good. This place was packed inside and outside.

We were extremely disappointed! Although it was recommended and stated as a "must" visit, the food was not good. We ordered the fried chicken, collard greens, okra and tomatoes, fried okra. The skin of the chicken was good and flavorful but not the chicken. The okra and tomatoes were the best part of the meal.but they weren't that good.

This place is so good I really don't want to talk about it. So I'll just put up some pics of the Great Food we had there on our aniversary. Enough Said. I'd recommend going at lunch, more parking, lower prices.

My favorite place to eat here on Coleman Blvd in Mount Pleasant. Unique dishes to eat, all with a good Southern twist. Good portions, many delicious choices to choose from. They have a full bar, please try there Bloody Mary's. Usually busy so come early and enjoy there delicious food choices. Went to Page's with a friend who highly recommended it and I was not disappointed. I ordered the Seafood Platter ($23) and it came with Flounder fillet, crab cake, and shrimp, plus two sides and hushpuppies. Definitely a satisfying meal for the price! The wait to dine wasn't very long, but it definitely picked up as this is a local favorite. Definitely worth a visit for some good fried seafood.
