Outback Steakhouse

Ordered for pickup, the food was ready on time and each of the 20 meals was prepared as ordered.

Went here with family and I won’t be back. To me the food was horrible, the staff took forever and it was dirty in the rest rooms.

It was everything you'd expect an Outback to be, but better. Food and atmosphere were better than most Outbacks and the service was exemplary.

I had the Blooming Fried Shrimp. I was not pleased and could not finish my plate because this dish was salty and the orange dip that came with it tasted salty as well so there was no balance. Take out some of the salt and this will be a great dish.

Food came out wrong 3 times, shrimp was cold, we had a party of 11, food was below sub par for the money spent. Server was great.

Ordered wings to go. Love the wings. Service still lacking attention to detail. To go service a little disjointed. Forgot my side.

TL/DR: Don't order the Melbourne Porterhouse steak or the other rarely ordered "premium" steaks and you'll have a good time

You already know what to expect. It's a chain steakhouse restaurant, designed from the ground up to try and deliver the exact same dining experience. No matter what location you visit. With that being said, here's quick review on this particular location. Went for work Xmas lunch, 11 people total in our party. Service was great from the get go and stayed consistent throughout our time there. My only complaint is with the Bone-in Melbourne Porterhouse steak I ordered. One of the most expensive steaks on the menu. Cooked medium rare, it should have been more tender, juicy, and flavourful. Unfortunately, it was ruined by the taste of having been microwaved or it was an end of shelf life, poor cut of steak. Oh and the picture of the Tim Tam seasonal desert is a lie.

Other than the issue with the steak. Our experience was one of the better experiences I've had at an Outback Steakhouse.

I'm not so impressed with this restaurant as I have in the past. I've had better steak in other places.

We had a wonderful dinner here. Our host, Reid, is one of the best for his attention to everyone under his care.

Disappointed in the cut of their Outback special sirloin. The piece was a little tough as well. Service was excellent

Meal was $80 through doordash, but the restaurant made our driver wait TWO hours because they were ‘prioritizing pickups’. (In what world do you procrastinate serving food to an online order for that long?) We were waiting for our food for two hours and when it arrived, it was missing both of the meals’ second sides. The fries were dry, and the food was cold. Will not be eating here again, and it is definitely not worth the price.

Service was slow. For a Friday night at 6pm. Not very busy. Food was nice. Brussels spouts were excellent. Food a little pricey when compared to Texas roadhouse.

Better than most Outbacks. Great food, excellent service, nice folks. Delicious prime rib.

Terrific Alice Springs chicken and perfect baked potato! Alexis was a great, attentive waitress too! And no wait for tables when I came in at 12: 15 on Sunday!

We just had a party of 31 that came to eat here and it was wonderful! I called several other restaurants that weren't even willing to host our large party, but Outback held a section for us when we called 2 hours before we arrived, and it was ready and waiting when we got there. We only had one waitress and she had an assistant helping her, but she was AMAZING! Thank you for making our dinner so fantastic and for being willing to take a chance on such a large group of folks!

I came in with my family tonight for my grandmother’s birthday and had Destiny Baker as my server. She was amazing! She greeted us with a sweet smile, while grabbing our drink and appetizer order. She made small chitchat, asked about our day and made sure that we were comfortable as we waited for our drinks and appetizer. It was nice to snack and sip on something as we waited for our dinner. We were checked on every so often and she got us everything we needed (we’re a tough bunch) but she managed with a smile. After dinner, she asked if we would like a box for our left overs and then cleared off the table. She remembered that it was my grandmother’s birthday and surprised her with an icecream scoop with chocolate fudge and a big “HAPPY BIRTHDAY! ” I just had to leave a review, she deserves recognition.

This was probably the worst experience I've ever had at an Outback location. We ordered a Bloomin' Onion for an appetizer, which we never received. When I asked our waitress to remove it from our bill, she acted surprised that we didn't get it, but didn't even offer so much as an apology after we told her about it. She never stopped by the table to ask us how our food was or if we were interested in having dessert. It was almost like she was anxious to have us leave even though there were a lot of empty tables by that point in time. Food was good, but seems like portions have gotten smaller, but the prices sure haven't.

P. S. I got a reply from the management at this Outback location thanking me for the review and saying they look forward to my next visit.really? Did they even take the time to read it? I guess I now know why we received the kind of service that we got. Very disappointing ending to this story.

I had the salmon and wasn’t expecting it to be so good. It was very moist and juicy with a great crispy sear and seasoning on the outside. The rice also had an excellent flavor and the portion was big. Dessert, salad and bread were also great and came in a timely manner. Ky was our server and she was very kind and helpful

Whenever I need a good steak, I always choose Outback! Love their Victoria's Filet. I also enjoy their Salmon. I often use Curbside Pickup Service (and occasionally Delivery) and they package everything perfectly!

I phoned in an order. For Alice Springs Chicken no mushrooms. Well they put mushrooms on it. They did forget multiple items including utensils, nothing like eating steak and loaded potato with your fingers. As expensive as eating out is, it's upsetting when stuff like this happens. Pathetic!
