Can’t say enough about the great service these guys provide! Tai is my go to guy but they are all very talented. I usually get the dip powder.

THE WORST PLACE TO GO IN GREENVILLE! Gel polish came off after less than 24 hours. Nail tech had a horrible attitude. I waited for an hour just get it fixed and the owner tells me to keep quite and let him fix. The nail tech attitude was so bad. I will never return and I hope none of you spend your money here. They don't care how they talk to you.

This has been my go to nail salon since moving from Chicago 2.5 years ago, Ni is wonderful, I drive 20 minutes from home to this salon because I like familiarity and to give my business to good people who do a great job. Unfortunately I won't be back, I made an appointment for 5: 30 today, I hit traffic and was 5 minutes behind, not 6 or 7,5 minutes. The man at the front desk called two consecutive times, once at 5: 33, and then at 5: 34 when I was pulling in, both while I was on the phone, the second call I answered and he hung up. I arrived, and was told I gave your appointment away and was told "you should have called me back" (as a reminder his last call was at 5: 34 when I answered, and I walked in at 5: 35. Instead of no problem let me grab her, because I just assigned her to someone else 30 seconds ago and you've came here loyally for years. I have my own small business, and this is not how loyal customers should be handled. Unfortunately I'll be finding a new salon.

Pearl is my go to here at Oscar Nails. She is patient and thorough. I always leave feeling so pleased with the results when I see her. My go to is gel on my toes and dip for my nails. Several options to choose from for the pedicure. Hot towels, aromatherapy, hot stones etc.

Absolutely terrible two experiences here doesn’t matter who they recommend me here. I’ve asked for a gel pedicure and the lady no matter how many times I’ve asked to do a pink nude color she just put clear coat and left me like that. And before had I’ve ask a simple purple French tip it was terrible that it looked more like half of my nails were purple and not French tipped. And the man in the front desk was on his hover board around the shop and then skipped me to help other ppl even though I was first and it took 20mins to check out. Absolutely ridiculous how they run their business.

I usually have a great experience at Oscar’s but today was different. I do not know if my person was new or not but. It sure seemed like it. Attention to detail was lacking.

The only nail salon I've been to that is consistently excellent both in service and quality. There is no better nail salon and Ive been to plenty as a life long Greenville resident.

John did such an excellent job with my dip nails. He took his time and the result is beautiful!

My first visit went well; Ivy was the nail technician. During my second visit, the tech was male, and I was not as pleased with the results.
During my third and final visit, I was assigned to a male tech for the $38 pedicure. I was sent to the pedicure chair and told my nails were wet and I needed to let them continue to dry. The employee filling the pedi water rolled her eyes when I asked if she could please help unbuckle my sandal since my nails were wet. She walked away laughing. During my pedicure, the tech used ZERO lotion/moisturizer and did not include even a brief foot massage
It was disappointing; the foot massage is what I look forward to the most with a pedicure.

They’re pretty reliable. It depends on who you get honestly. Some sets are great and others have opportunities ‍️

I'm extremely picky and don't wish myself on anyone unless you take real pride in your work while loving what you do. Tammy has done a pedicure and manicure w/gel polish (once) and manicure w/powder color (today) only twice now. During the first experience I asked her how long she's been at Oscars and if she's planning to move. She's a keeper. Fast yet meticulous and as kind hearted as you would hope. She's easy to converse with and has good suggestions, but not sensitive should you not accept them. She suggested the powder color this time for the reason my nails are thin and don't require as much top buffing/sanding down as gel polish does. I love how natural feeling and looking they came out. Need to see how durable and presentable they'll be in 3 weeks. I moved from Cali 2 months ago to Greenville area of South Carolina and left Kim who knew everything about my likes and preferences w/o me feeling the need to micro manage. The Oscar's salon has a friendly, organized and professional atmosphere. In their down time they like to congregate in the lobby and be happy. Sounds like a nice place to work and you never feel like anyone is talking about you. I found an additional happy place!

Danny does amazing job! He done my nails for the past 3 months and does amazing every time. Highly recommended

Three different visits for the same pedicure. 3 different prices althought the pedicure was excellent!

Hannah did a great pedicure. I have a couple of difficult toenails that are quite sensitive. She was gentle and thorough.

Enjoyed our time there. Wife, daughter and myself had pedicures and the wife and daughter did manicures.

Not only were they incredibly rude, my powder dip nails have never looked so bad. I want my money back. I’m going to have to find a new place today and have them redone. Definitely recommend staying away from here.

LOVE this place! I drive all the way from Spartanburg just to see Vicky for my pedicures. They have have the best prices for quality services. Highly recommend making an appointment as they do get super busy.

Terrible service.i have been coming here for 5 years.i called and asked if i needed an appointment to get my nails fixed and they said no that i could walk in and the tech lady who did them would fix them.when i came to get a fix, i requested the original tech lady who did my nails.they assigned me to another lady and she rudely did them after there was miscommunication between her and the owner on pricing.she made my nail shape COMPLETELY different than what my other nails were.they are so sharp and small that you can see my finger.i requested a refund the next day because i could not deal with the fact i had to pay for something i did not like, and he said he would do it.i come in today, and now they say that they dont do refunds.if this is how they treat their regulars, and if they believe that doing nails completely different than what the customer requested is acceptable, then they should rethink their priorities as a business.

I used to love coming here to get my pedicure and nails. I stopped getting my nails done here because they can’t never do any design or something that’s not quick and easy. So I was coming here to get my pedicure only, the last 2 times I have being here my pedicure doesn’t last very long, in less than a week the nail polish is coming off. But anyways I decided to give it a last try yesterday for a pedicure, I went to get the French, but I wanted a different type of French, they lady refused to do what I asked for because they don’t know how to do anything that’s not quick and easy, so yeah I told her to just do a regular French then, I had two toes that the white line was cricked, so I asked her nicely to please make them look straight like the others, she only fixed one, so I waited to see if she was going to fix the other one, she didn’t, so before she started to put the top coat I asked to please fix that toe, then she got upset telling me it is my finger! So I said I don’t care if is my finger I know you can try to make it look straight, I can’t handle that toe to look like that. She got up, she didn’t finish my service, the owner tried to fix it, he did fixed it, then another lady finished my pedicure.
Let me also add that she didn’t took her time to clean my toe nails well, it was very quick!

We are paying for a service, we also like to go there and relax, but I don’t know what happened to the Oscar’s nails they had before. They even used to always give me water, soda or whatever. Now it feel like they only care to finish as quick as they can no matter what and get mad when the costumer asks for something.

Do not go here! We called twice to make an appt amd both times they said you do not need an appt. It’s a 5 minute wait. My daughter and I showed up 5 minutes later and there were 15 people ahead of us and they said a 45 minute wait! We were In Town for surgery on a sick dog and this was not the kind of business we needed to encounter. The man answering the phone and telling g us to come and the wait would be 5 minutes was extremely rude and tried to tell me 15 people showed up In 5 minutes!

1. Poor customer service.
2. They don't do a good cleaning of your nails.
3. They do not give the proper layers of polish to your nails.
4. They don't enjoy their profession and their work is not done with love.
5. It was my first and last visit to this place 0 recommended

I've never been so disappointed in a service before. I had to stop myself from crying. I used to come here often but never again. I went for a pedicure with white polish. The lady that did, cut my nails down way to low and cut each one differently. The polish looked terrible and some nails weren't even fully polished. I asked the guy at the front to have them repainted by someone else csuse it looked so bad. They had the same person come back and she painted overthe terrible polish job and it looked thick abd I had to ask her to take the polish off completely and removing them. She then tried to cut certain nails down more. My nails polish still looks terrible and my toe nails look like I bite my nails. I'm embrassed.

VERY PREJUDICE! Never been treated like a second class citizen in my life. Called to make an appointment that morning and told me only taking walk ins. Get to the nail salon and was told 45 min wait. The wait was fine due to it being Mother's Day. When called to the back with other customers I was the only one patiently waiting. Then when I seen 30 more mins pass by and I wasn't serviced I began to call the owner David which he ignored me. So I asked the worker why is everyone else being serviced but me. No response then she speaks in a different language. Eventually someone came. If I wasn't in desperate need I would've left. I will never recommend another soul here! Horrible customer service

Used to come here all the time. Not sure what happened to the quality of their work or their customer service.man up front is a rude, nail techs are rude, place looks messy.

I used to love it here but after my last experience I will never go back. She drilled through my nail and didn't even notice.

I’ve been coming to this spa for years now every 3 weeks and have never had a bad experience til today. A week ago I got a pedicure with gel polish which usually lasts about 2 1/2- 3 weeks. Well Saturday the polish started to peel off I called and notified them and they said they would fix it no problem. I show up today and am told I need to find out who did it, aren’t these your employees? Shouldn’t you have records? Well I’ve only met this gentleman once and he had a mask on so I wasn’t too familiar with his appearance and couldn’t so easily point him out. The whole pedicure was messed up; nails not completely polished and my nails are so thin from the dremel tool they are literally breaking off I guess because he wanted to rush the appointment instead of letting me soak the polish off and has shaped my nails to a point on the sides that’s it’s incredibly uncomfortable to even wear socks and shoes. Nevertheless I just wanted the nail that didn’t have polish to be fixed because it was clearly a battle to even have that done. After sitting up at the front and being ignored a sweet lady offered to apply the polish (took her a whopping 5 min). If it wasn’t for my regular nail tech who does an amazing job I would never visit this establishment again and maybe its my fault for not waiting on him. In conclusion, employees are nice, management is incredibly rude.

This was an acceptable pedicure, but I was shocked at the end of the service that the woman hit me with her fist up and down my legs! I took home a bruise. Not sure I am willing to do that again! I have never experienced that at any other place.

Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and do not go. This was my first time getting my nails done and the man at the desk was very unprofessional and rude. Then the lady who did my nails, Tracy, did not do what I wanted and acted like she was in the biggest hurry. She did a very messy job and there was nail polish all over my skin when I left. I had to keep telling her to fix things. That being said, I do think it depends on who you get to do your nails. Some of the other workers were definitely paying closer attention to the customers and practicing great customer service. Overall, the workers have the attitude that the customers are there to serve them.
