Old Navy

This store looked like it was ransacked! I was shocked at how bad it was. Every part of it was the biggest mess.

I got a lot of clothes here for an Angel Tree boy and they were reasonably priced (Black Friday sale). I tried to get the jacket in person because the online app was giving me a fit, however, they wouldn't honor that sale so I had to keep trying. Finally it worked! Great looking clothes for the sale price!

Prices got higher, but then they have big sales.why not just price things lower in the first place. Noticed lots of things out of place and messy piles.

Melanie S is such a wonderful associate! She literally took her time to help my mother and I find the best deals with Old Navy! I love how much patience she had and also had a wonderful attitude! Thank you so much for all your help!

Enjoyed shopping in the store. Didn't plan on finding as many gifts as I did. The selections were very good. Everyone liked their gifts. I even found me something very nice for the winter.

I just left old navy and needed to post a review in what I encounter. I almost gave it three stars with someone that didn't smile nor took the time to help me find what I was looking for. Raven made it 5 stars with her smile, personality, and took the time to help me in what I was looking for. I appreciated her making feel I wasn't a bother. Customer service= Raven. Thank you.

I love old navy as a whole but this location completely changed that. The rudest staff ever I watch my wife ask three different people for help and got told just go look threw it or yeah what do you need with high school attitude. Sad when the nine month pregnant girl working had the best attitude and work ethic.

Didn't like this store. I'll just say this. Why do stores give you the attitude they prefer main stream American customers when we all have green Benjamins. Smh. Won't be going back.

I am a plus sized woman and I never shopped at Old Navy for the jeans only shirts. BUT OLD NAVY IS MY NEW CLOTHES SHOP! BIGS GIRLS LIKE NICE JEANS TOO AND I AM HOOKED! I purchased 1 pair got home and fit they GREAT then I returned the next day to get them in all colors. THANKS OLD NAVY!

Jason, the Assistant Manager, went out of his way to find my favorite pants. Always clean and easy to find stuff. Staff is super helpful.

Cashier was very nice but store was a bit messy but I will give it a pass because it was the day after school started

Old navy was amazing. They had my size in shirts, and pants. I would reccomend shopping here first before checking elsewhere.

It's ok. They're products are over priced and they sold my 13 year old daughter earrings that states specifically for 15 and older. Not happy.

This is a popular store judging by the number of customers who were in it at the time we were. However, the store just doesn't really "work" for us.

The staff was amazing. Unfortunately check out was much too slow. Prices a bit too high for my single mom budget. Otherwise the store was clean and I'd return when I have better income.

I will never order anything from this store again I ordered over 200 dollars for jeans and have gotten them yet and called up there 4 times and I ordered them before Thanksgiving. Thanks for taking my money

Old Navy is very basic and kind of boring, rarely is it my personal style. I went inside so I can't give any opinion on its curbside pickup

First time in old Navy the place was very busy with all the attendance were very helpful very courteous and the store was well organized

Poor quality clothing and the Super Cash is just a scam to get you back in the door to spend more money. You are only getting about 30% off. You will save more money on regular sales versus Super Cash redemption.

Placed an online order which was just delivered. 3 of the 4 shorts ordered still had the magnetic tags on them. Call this local store in Harbison - Nicole picked up the phone, when I told her the issue she told me bring it in with the bag. She then rudely said, is that it? It caught me off guard! Then she hung up on me so I called back to get her name. I've never had a customer service rep be so disrespectful. I'm not even mad about the tags - just the complete rudeness.

I found jeans for $0.01 per pair on the clearance rack! I wound up with a HUGE bag of really nice clothes for less than $39.00

Best Old Navy experience ever ALL in part due to Whitney! That says a lot because usually I am super critical and most retailers have associates working that could careless about customer service. Whitney went above and beyond to help me. She was extremely friendly and super sweet. She even helped me save a little bit of money, which helped me out tremendously on my $500 purchase!

The customer service wasn't so great. I asked a question about finding some suspenders for little boys and everyone associate I asked to help shrugged me off. Or I would receive the reply "if you don't see it.it's probably not there". I've had better times at old Navy with better service.

Store only a little messy, especially the clearance section, but considering the holidays and volume of customers that is understandable. Only had one cash register open until line started to fill up, immediately opened another register. Good deals too in clearance. Found a pair of jeans for $2.47. That was a shock. However grabbed a bag of Skinny Pop popcorn and it was $4. That was also a shock.
