My go to spot. Almost every time I go I find something for be or my kids. The staff is always friendly and helpful

Went here to grab Christmas gifts & the sweet young lady that checked us out made sure she took the time out to help me at checkout. Went to the Asheville Nike outlet & was treated like doo doo. So it was very appreciated to have a bomb customer service experience in Gaffney.

The week I went, compared to the same day and other business. They had no offer or promotion. Everything was full price.

It's okay some of the staff want to judge you and don't want to help just stand around. But if you're looking for shoes that's the place to go

Great staff. Helpful and courteous. Not many things for misses sizes unless you're a size 8 or below though.

My son and I always love coming here! We got him a Jordan Hoody for him and it was super comfy and the price was GREAT!

Loved this store, so clean and even the customers were nice and friendly.tee shirt table was excellent.makes me think of my store and wonder y r some of our customers so different? This shopping experience was the absolute best. I visited on my birthday and had the pleasure of meeting Victoria Wilson who assisted with my purchase. When she noticed that it was my birthday she sang happy birthday to me while checking me out with my purchase. This brought joy to me, for her to take the time out to acknowledge the day. Her voice was amazing, and her heart was even better. Thank you for such an awesome experience.

My cashier was the best; super polite. During check out she assisted me with purchasing additional items that she figured might be of interest by my purchases. Excellent customer service!

Went in on 7/7 at around 6: 30. My husband and I were genuinely looking to shop and buy. But due to the “security” officer choosing to follow my husband from the moment he walked in until we walked out the doors we were almost forced out and unable to even shop. We have no book bags, no large purses, we have no loose fitting clothes, and my husband was so uncomfortable he put his hands in his pockets the entire time literally afraid to even touch an item on shelf.there is really no need for someone to choose to follow us up and down every aisle, around every clothing rack and OUT the door. I have never in my life felt the way this Nike store made me feel tonight. We will never shop at this location again and I have already contacted corporate and the store manager.

Oh let me reference My husband was the only African American shopper in store. So maybe that had something to do with it.

What you would expect. Decent amount of stock and always seems to be sales on different things. Employee's didn't come over to see if I needed help with anything but there were several available had I needed to go ask questions.

They were helpful. Young woman at cash register was very helpful and helped me download your app to save 15%. Very pleasant expireance.

The staff was. A****** AND VERY "" (""FINE LOOKING PEOPLE WORKING THERE. WOW! I'LL RETURN TO BUY SOMETHING JUST TO LOOK AT THE STAFF AGAIN.

Fast and friendly staff and but the line you have to wait before you go in, you maybe in line atlease 15 - 20 minutes so please go early

Went there to meet my Daughter. We WERE going to eat there, but NO! They only had 2 places to eat and it yes sooo run down.

Bought 2 hoodies today. To begin with they were on sale. Got to the register and they took off another 20 percent. Great deal!

Unfriendly staff. Was very crowded didn't seem to be adhering to the social distancing but not sure guidelines in SC.

My daughter was able to get a few things. They didn't have a big selection of training clothing for young ladies. We also received a discount, so that was good.

I like this store and have been here many times, but they have failed to update their temporary store hours. Arrived just in time for them to be closing. It’s not that difficult to let people know you are no longer open until 9 PM.

As usual Nike Factory hardly disappoints. Just wish they had a bigger selection of shoes you actually wanna buy and wear instead of the ones you don't! Decent prices for the most part
