Nail tek and spa

I have been going there a few years now. It is walk in, sometimes I have to wait a few minutes and it is fine.
Very satisfied, great management, very clean, friendly and well trained staff.

I really love Nail tek! All the employees are amazing and do such a great job! I've been coming for a few months now and they do not disappoint!
Holly does most of my nail work and she is my personal favorite, I think I've had everyone work on either my nails toes or eyebrows and I just love this place so much! I don't know what I'm going to do without them when I move to Texas, I'm going to miss y'all so much!

Not only did the girl mess my natural nails up unbelievably but charged double what was originally told to us. Then all of a sudden couldn't understand English when I tried to explain how they needed to be fixed! I should have just stuck to TL Nails, not only were they cheaper, but they did an amazing Job.mad as I am right now at how badly she did, I guess this is just another lesson learned! Have to click at least ONE star to post but ZERO Stars for this ENTIRE BUSINESS!

They appear to be clean but it’s a bit pricey. Took my daughter to have her nails done for pageant. She did get acrylics on fingers, went natural on toes. 88.00
The guy that did hers was friendly enough & did a good job.

I’ve been here before and I’m a generous tipper. I will NEVER be back. I had a 12PM appointment. I drove from central and when I got in ON TIMe they were clearly swamped. I’m not a toddler so I waited. While waiting, three white women came in. They didn’t have appointments. They were walkins. I was told to sit at table 3. I waited. Then I was moved to table 7, further in the back. After waiting at this point 30 minutes, I turned around to see that the walk-ins were being serviced. I was literally skipped and literally moved to the back. At that point, there was no point in waiting because it would have likely been another 30 minutes, but I also refuse to support a business that clearly has racial bias. No way! Very disappointed that in 2022, despite your manners, patience, and generosity, as a black woman I am still considered second class to so many people.

Cece done an amazing job! I had had my nails done on years because of aa bad experience elsewhere, but for my birthday this year I went and WAS NOT disappointed!

I enjoyed my eyebrows and the staff was nice but they charged me $80 for acrylic with design. It was way over priced. I watched as they all debated how much to charge me. I Won't be going back!

Went here last week for a deluxe spa pedicure & manicure. What a disappointment. Pathetic pedicure & so called leg & foot massage. The girl couldn't have cared less. However when it came to the manicure, well what can I say. It was non existent. No soaking of your nails in a bowl of warm soapy water. No cuticle trim or anything else possibly resembling a so called manicure. The only thing she did for my so called manicure was to put dip color on my nails. Ladies if you want a real pedicure & Manicure, don't get ripped off from this business. Go somewhere else where they actually give you a real manicure. Won't be going back here. This was a pathetic excuse for a pedicure & manicure & to charge me the price they did for half of a service is all that needs to be said.

I've been here quite a few times over the past 3 years. All but one of my experiences there have been pleasurable. Today the young woman that did my pedicure was excellent. She took her time and was thorough. The polish looks fabulous also. I wish I had asked her for her name so I could ask for her next time.
The other people there do a good job also. I've just always felt like they rush to get on to the next one.

They overcharged me for my nails and they couldn't even do the design that I wanted. And they got the gel nail polish all over my skin and some of my toe nails are actually crooked all he did was cut them.

My visit was amazing! Barely any wait, the lady took her time doing my nails and they turned out amazing! I love them so much and I love how she did my design. Wish it would let me post a picture!

I’ve been to multiple salons since I’ve moved here. This is by far the best. The quality is amazing and the staff is so friendly. The prices are also the best. CeCe does my nails and they last forever! Take a look at the pictures. She did pink with sparkles and hearts on my ring fingers. So cute for Valentine’s Day.

Very nice nail tech. Enjoyed my pedicure very much. If you prefer the tub liner you need to request it for $1.

They always do a great job on my nails, but the wait time is terrible unless you're the only one there. Even when I make an appointment, I still have to wait over 45 minutes.

Best nails for the price. I've been to other local places, paid 40% more, and left disappointed. At Nail Tek Maria insisted on my excitement and approval with her work.

After going here to get my nails done, my finger turned green from infection and I had to get it drained. I was in excruciating pain and couldn’t move my finger. I am currently on 2 antibiotics.

I love how they really take their time on doing the nails! My nails came out beautiful, this is my 5th time doing my nails here and I will keep on coming! They also wax my eyebrows and upper lip and I comes out so clean! I strongly suggest Nail Tek and Spa!

Last time I was here was for my college graduation over a year ago and my nail polish came off and looked like trash after running errands with my cousin. I came back to speak with Tammy who rudely said loudly in front of a packed business: "that's what you get for being cheap and not getting gel nails". They lost my business and I hope they go out of business. And PS, they use MMA for acrylic nails. Beware

Miss. Tammy is a lovely lady and takes pride in all who works there! If there's a mistake or a problem she is 100% on the customers side and makes it right immediately! I have been going here since they opened in 2013 and I won't go anywhere else!

My daughter used this nail salon, nails always looked good.so I went was told nail extentions already painted was way to go, guy done my manicure looked good was happy, well went back to get fill in a different guy did them didnt clean my nails good.results yellow french nails was told I kept my hands in water to much or used cleaning products that caused this, well went back owner made him redo.wellback again for refill and pedicure, first guy did both.my toe nails were smuged had to repaint and my fill in French manicare was auful I remove d

I got a deluxe pedicure only & i say it was worth it & not too pricey either. I do suggest going at a slow time of day because if they are short staffed then it will be a long wait & they do kind of rush sometimes while working with you.

Naomi is very rude and unprofessional. She clearly did not care about her customer. Joseph was great and did my daughters nails after being treated so badly by Naomi. Tammy is awesome but we won’t be back after being treated so badly. And waited two hours.

I really appreciate the experience of going in and sitting down and having a good time! I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else again!

Piss poor service. Called go sn appointment st 230pm its it's now 335pm a d hear I sit. Clearly they are doing so well they don't need my business. Nothing is more annoying than businesses that want your money but fail to respect the value of your time
Count me among the customers lost.

My sister and I came here last Saturday. We had to wait 45 minutes for someone to do our nails, despite arriving much earlier than 4 people who were taken before us. We both did dip/SNS nails. One of my nails chipped 4 hours after I left the salon, so I had to go back to get it redone (which they did for free, as they should). The woman who did my sister's nails was extremely unprofessional and took 2 personal cell phone calls while doing her nails, talking on her phone for about 10 minutes while doing her nails. My sister did not receive the hand massage that comes with the dip nails, either. I then witnessed this woman pull the manager Tammy over and say that she needed to speak to another employee and tell her that she needed to stop taking so long while doing nails, and that "they didn't need to be perfect. " When you're paying upwards of $40 on your nails, I expect them to be as close to perfect as possible. All around this was not a great experience.

Crystal is amazing the atmosphere is comfortable and the pedicures are incredibly relaxing! Crystal did my nails.

The owner is very nice and she cares about all her customers. Christy did an awesome job on my nails and I highly recommend her! She took her time and didn't rush. I got the dipped nails.

I love to go here. This is my time for myself. I get manicures (gel polish) and pedicures (regular polish). They sometimes have a wait line but not for long. All the salon help are very good but you can make reservations with a favorite person.

Crystal is by far the best.never have my nails looked and felt this great. She takes her time which is really important. She's a busy lady but worth the wait. Now I must return to Canada & tell them how it needs to be done

I always find the people there Pleasant and understanding. They do a great job. I have never had a problem with my nails. Whether they are artificial or real they always look good
