So I have been coming to VIP nails for years! And I mean years! This time I went and got a full set as always, and as usual, they were very accommodating and the customer service is excellent. But the quality of the nails themselves have gone downhill. They looked ok at first, but within the first few days they already looked grown out, and within the week the paint started peeling and by the 6 day mark, I had already lost a nail. So I called and they told me to come by. The fixed my nail and repainted the ones that were chipping. The last said sometimes they only last a week. My nails don’t grow fast, and they’re thin. The very next day, I lost another one. I didn’t hit them. I was literally doing makeup and using a sponge and it fell on the counter. Now it’s been exactly 12 days & I’ve already lost 3 nails. I paid $95. $85 for nails, and 10 tip. I have been there before &usually my nails stay on 3 weeks to a month. And that’s with working or whatever.

They don’t tell you the price till after and change it and don’t tell you until you have to pay do not go

Went to get my lashes done natural look supposedly when they were done what was supposed to look cute and natural little bit like patches of goop missing patches of goop did not look professional at all I will never go back
