Nail FX

Been here about 4 times. Jessica always did my nails. Not as good as when I lived in VA. I've had acrylics for over 35yrs. Made appt for today and was seen by someone else. He filed my nails so fast I thought the building was burning. He was going to start with acrylic fill when I asked if he was going file more around the edges. He said I didn't need it. When I questioned him he said I could have Jessica do them. That would mean waiting. He was very indignant. Jessica never said a word. What kind of shop owner doesn't interject to please a customer? I got up and left saying I would take my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional operation. Do not recommend this place.

$41.00 for deluxe pedicure given by a very unhappy man. Customer service is NOT his specialty, nor is giving a good pedicure! Totally rushed it- and not even sure I received everything list on their “menu”. I’ve had much better pedicures for $30.00 in Surfside Beach. I was looking to establish a nail salon closer to my home. This review is not so much about spending the extra money, but more about the poor service and Bad attitude.
