Murphy Express

I stopped at Murphy’s Xpress to fill up today, and it was as you would expect from a Murphy’s. Very clean well stocked and plenty of room for a large vehicle. I like that they have plenty of pumps for diesel and as with most Murphy’s they have some of the best prices in town. Today was no exception, even though they were getting a delivery and had a large truck in the parking lot there was still plenty of room to maneuver and no lines at the pumps. It’s worth driving a few miles out of your way to go to Murphy’s due to the prices and the convenience. Can’t miss them at the corner of US one in Maine in the flight deck shopping plaza.

On March 31,2023 around 8: 30am- I was pumping gas and when I went to get back in my car my door handle broke and I could not get back into my car. The lady at the register let me borrow the phone to call for help, she even looked up the number to Allstate so I can call roadside assistance. They were super helpful and sympathetic considering I came in bawling and just stood in the store crying.

Very rude customer service… need more people skills and to learn how to speak to customers. Refused service after I went in to prepay for a disabled patient of mine to get her gas. They turned on wrong pump; I went back inside for them to be yelling at me and come outside to give me my money back after I asked the second time to turn on the pump. They refused to give me there names but I want something done in regards to the disrespectfulness I encountered at this store. If a business is run this way avoid this one at all cost. Never had any other problems at any other Murphy gas stations.

I've always had a great experience at this location. They got the cheapest gas almost all the time; the cashiers are always friendly and very professional.

I’ve said over and over- having this Murphy’s dramatically improved this corner of Lexington visually. Their gas prices are consistently competitive and the in-store coffee is actually tasty (and cheap).

They got the cheapest gas here and also they sell Dot's Pretzels here (they are amazing!)

Tonight at 9: 00-9: 30pm Oct 25,2021 Terrible service at this Murphys station would you believe that the cashier asked for my ID with my photo and birth date on it for me to purchase 2 SClottery tickets and I refuse to but I said ma'am I'm 71 years old and there's no such law in SC as that. She then said she could not sell me the lottery tickets unless I allowed her to physically see my birthday and pic ID or driver's license up close. I then showed her my credentials as a officer and she still refused to serve me, I then left the business and said I'll go elsewhere and make my purchase. Oct 16,2021 at 1: 59pm I spoke with Tabitha who happens to be the manager at this location of Murphy's gas station she informed me that it is not company policy but they're DM district manager he made a decision to have every employee to ID every individual that comes in to make purchases for lottery tickets alcohol regardless to their age limit due to some problems that they've had at that establishment, I am formed her that that is not a state law that is a company policy she said well it is not it is the DM policy is not a company policy I said well I would not use your establishment to purchase my gas anytime I'm in the area or anything else any longer I said in fact I would like to talk with your DM she informed me that he does not allow them to give out his personal contact number I gave her my cell number for him to make personal contact with me and I will be more than delighted to inform him of such and that I will not use his extant any longer but I informed her that I did send an email to corporate explaining my experience at their location see what he to say about that.

It's OK, nothing special. All the employees are so unfriendly. Not rude but same store everyday with same people still not very friendly or much of a personality from none

New location. Good prices on gas. Nice clean and stocked store. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Friendly staff.

First time visiting this location i purchased a market fresh ham and cheese sandwich was 3.79. On the price tag on shelf rung up at 5.69 this was the only item i bought i didnt dispute it because i was in a hurry. Not gonna squabble over a dolar told the cashier they need to adjust the price somewhere. Then i go to eat it and it was half soggy and half hard. Never again will i buy fresh prepared sandwich from Murphys again i honestly should have gone to a 7/11
