Womens restroom was discussing. Expecially handicap stall. The little trash can in stall was overflowing & toilet paper all ove the floor.
1 of the burgers i ordered had the burger half off the bun. I ordered them with extra pickle which they charged $. 30 for but they only had 3 pickles on them. Normally when i ask for extra i get about 7-9 pickles.

This is the worse fastfood place in Myrtle Beach. Slow service every time no matter if you use the drive-thru (you will be parked) or inside (if you can get ANYONE to pay attention to the counter). Orders are wrong regularly and cold fries/nuggets seem to be the norm. Staff hides in the back playing around while customers wait. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Ghetto mcdonalds. Do yourself a favor, skip this one and drive to the next one. Extremely slow, seems to be no one working at this location. 25 mins to get order. No urgency at this dump.

Manager called the cops on a homeless person trying to eat a meal inside that was already paid for.

Don't waste your time at this McDonald's. The management is extremely rude and needs to be retrained

They never made my order after 30 min of me waiting. I was outside the door waiting for someone to come open it just for people to be on their phones and facetiming and not caring about other people outside the door picking up their food. I went there and gave them my wife's name cause her name was on the order. I didn't know I needed a code so I went all the way back home to get it, just to come back for them to tell me they don't have basket fries? And none of my order was made so they werent gonna give me any of my food and issue a refund that wont be in my account for 3-5 business fays? So they wasted my time, were very rude and unhelpful. Never order from here, unless you want people touching your food after they've handled their phones. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME!

This place needs to tighten up. I stood at the counter for over
twenty minutes waiting for my order to be taken and no
employee acknowledged me. Management needs to ensure
that the front counter is always manned to handle the
large number of delivery orders and walk in customers.

I’m not anglo, I’m a us citizen of 60 years, the manager asks if I’m supposed to be here, I spoke in perfect English, responded correctly and politely. He says I look like I shouldn’t know the same language he knows. I asked to clarify. He says he is the manager and wants to know if I’m going to stay long. He knows the police and they will move me along.
The customers in the restaurant just ate in silence and look at the situation to just nod. I should not be there, it’s for Anglo American and not for other Americans not like them.
McDonald’s, I’m loving it, the racism and immediate attention to Americans not like they are. I’m alive as a citizen longer than he was as a human being. Telling me I’m not allowed to be eating in the same space.

Just collected drive through order and realized after reaching room that that only half of order was delivered. Very poor way to increase revenue McDonald’s.don’t cheat your customers specially on Christmas Eve

Walking into this McDonalds I had on a brand new three-piece suit but was wearing an old baseball cap given to me by my late grandfather (who raised me alone after my parents died in a tragic hot oil accident.) The staff allowed me to order my food but shortly after called the police because I "looked like a homeless piece of garbage" apparently due to my hat. They wouldn't allow me to take my food with me or get a refund, instead I got verbally assaulted by a police karen and the manager of the establishment. I told them "how can I be homeless, this is a three-piece Armani suit" but regardless they proceeded to grab the hot oil from the fryers and attempted to fling it on me. Luckily they missed but a few drops did hit my grandfather's hat and ruined it.

Well we did the drive-through. It was ok. Not the fastest by any means. Food was decent nothing here to brag on. It's for sure not my first choice for this chain, but it will do in a pinch. I will not go out of my way to eat here.

You would think that if a location has only you and one other car in the drive-thru and an empty dining room you wouldn't have to pull up and park for two double cheeseburgers. I'm just trying to figure out why a fast food restaurant who specializes in burgers doesn't have patties cooked.

Very poor service. Cappuccino machine was broken waited 30min! When received half full cappuccino.

Food is subpar even for mcdonalds. While sitting here doing some work in the back corner you could hear younger employees talking about only fans accounts and another employee saying dont bite your nails thats no good. All the while the manager is sitting in the lobby not a word to be said about the unprofessional behaviors going on in the kitchen area. But yet Mcdonalds claims to be a family restaurant with this kind of talk. Im insulted to hear these conversations being had and nothing being done about it.

Ordered through the mobile app curbside. Food was great and hot. Had to wait a little longer than usual, but not too long. Courteous associate.

These employees must share a collective brain cell. They didnt just get our order wrong one time they got it wrong 4 times. We got tired of trying and left with an incomplete order. I am disputing the charges.

We had to tell them our order several times didnt didn't get right order we ordered un sweet gotten sweet tea in stead

First they tell us to park in spot 2 and there was someone parked half way in our spot. Then an employee came out and told us that they gave away our food and had to remake it. Chicken nuggets were dry and cold. The burgers were not hot. And they didn't give us anything for making a mistake. No coupon no free meal nothing but cold food that they supposedly had to make again. Hope they get better and maybe you should the people that ordered via Mobil phone in the front instead of the side.

This place didn’t wanna let a homeless man eat food there. Bald punk little boy manager is a bad person for doing that.
