Very unprofessional waiting here for my food and all the employees doing is talking and playing around don’t recommend

Never open 24 hours that’s a COMPLETE LIE…. And when 5am come they still aren’t open and if they are the menu is limited! I’ve seen multiple ppl with “DoorDash” orders to pick up and the dashers can’t even get the orders…

This location was out of soda so they used canned soda And still charge full price even though the canned soda is $. 50 at a gas station call and had no signs telling the customer before they paid for the soda

Only one lane, let us sit for 10 min not getting in the speaker. We even kept asking if someone was there. And they weren't busy, there was no one around the corner when they finally did take our order. Then, after taking our card, said they didn't know what we ordered. I mean, we had a receipt with our order on it.

My family has been coming to this McDonalds about once a month now for several months, and they have yet to get our order right, we try to keep it simple to avoid mistakes, but they just can't seem to get it.then the people that work here just seem angry and annoyed that they have to work.

This McDonald's is a solid location. I usually don't have to wait too terribly long. I have run into a lot of random issues, like machines being down or them only accepting Uber eats orders, like what? But despite all that, the fries are so fresh and there's nothing better than fresh McDonald's fries.

After waiting in line for over 30 minutes and being harassed by a homeless guy, the store employees were rude to me and gave me stale, almost cold food.

Refused to take my order. After waiting at the menu I drive up to see an employee sorting at the window not paying attention.

The food was hot and good. Work on getting the order correct and train workers to smile even if they are working in a position that is not their usual spot. Corrections of employees should be done away from the front area. I value excellent customer service and today it was just not there. Also, include napkins and a straw in the order

My family and I was there this morning and the doors were locked. There was a guy with no car whom wanted to order but since the doors was locked he attempted to walk through the drive thru. Upon getting to the window they would not allow him to order. It was 10: 58am and he wanted breakfast burrito's. I was going to add it on to my meal and they stated they were no longer selling breakfast although my husband ordered a biscuit a couple minutes before. I felt that it was very discriminate against somebody whom didn't have a working vehicle and was just trying to order food when the dining room was locked. Glad I don't live near there it was just rude.

I dont expect much from McDonald's but when I use bite squad and order hash browns with my meal, the hash browns are never included. Also, can we stop with this over the top covid nonsense where I have to cut into plastic just to get to my drink. For God's sake people, grow up and live your lives.

We ordered a large coke and they gave us a large cup with some ice and a can of Coke. Didn’t tell us ahead of time or anything.

Was told "F you" by an employee last night after waiting in line for 20+ minutes for them to tell me that they were only catering to Uber Eats and DoorDash orders (which was not told to me when I attempted to go inside the building to order in the first place). Completely terrible service and rude behavior all around.

Worst McDonald's in the world I've never sat in drive thru for thirty mins anywhere in my life I promise you don't ever go to the one on Elmwood Street in Columbia south caroline

Came late night they service was terribly slow. When I got to the window the lady had an attitude and threw my food out to me. My food (besides the burger, which was completely wrong) was cold.

Every time I come to the one on Elmwood st columbia. Sc. They are always close at 10pm. The sign says that they are 24 hours. My order is always messed up whenever I come here. It is just frustrating that once I get off from work and my children want something from here I can never get it because they are close or it is always an issue with anything in this store.

My friend and I came here at midnight, the food was so fresh & hot! We got everything we asked for. HIGHLY recommend! & the staff was very nice.

Messed up my order and I sat in the drive thru for an hour.hard pressed to see why 15/hr should be the standard for a place that operates this slow and horrible. Staff was friendly however

Slow service and still don't get u're order rite. I ordered two chicken biscuits and only got one then when I get to window they ask for a receipt that I didn't get so how can I show them something I DNT have

I gave this McDonald's a four out of five because, the service maybe sometimes quick and it sometimes can be slow, somebody employees there have manners but most of them don't but at least their food is fresh sometimes.

Quality seems to have gone down. Purchased McChicken and it wasn't as fresh and was like it had been squished. I like McChicken sandwiches normally. But the last couple of times they just were not very good.

Ordered 1 qt pounder with cheese n one double quarter of. Dry un taste Burnt bun. I love McDonald’s but tjis place sucked.

I was in drive thru over 35 minutes. When I placed order the person left before I was done so once I got to first window I had to add to order then after waiting behind a customer who was skipped in line and the clerk argued with the customer who was very polite and not even a little bit rude, the clerk finally took her order after holding me up an additional ten minutes! When I got my order, two of my sandwiches I requested tomato and onions and pickles be added to both. One was just lettuce and the other had one pickle and just lettuce, my fries were not in fry container but all in my bag. I ordered a large fry, it appeared less than a small once I fished them out of my bag. Second window employee was very rude and conversing with someone else outside the store before she could be bothered with getting my order together and then basically threw it out of the window at me once finally done. This Elmwood location is the WORST McDonald's staff, very incompetent and I started the line with me and 14 other customers. Entire visit took well over 50 minutes before I leave the entire nightmare. I won't ever stop by this store again!

The morning shift on 8/20/21 around 10: 30 am is the most rude and disrespectful group mainly the females that work the drive thru. They got my order wrong. Plus I had hair weave in my french fries.

Dont go here. Just waited in line for 40 minutes and still left without food. I felt like i was kidnapped as i was stuck without a way out while no cars moved for 20 minutes. Got to the order window and no one spoke to me for ten minutes. Finally hoped a small curb anf left. 45 minutes 3 cars moved and no one spoke to me when i was actually to the speaker. You need to make a way for people to leave the drive thru if cant do better. I was held against my will.

OMG it was absolutely scary the dine in was loud and it was only the employees and one of their friends. I've never heard the B word used so much in a public establishment by employees. The manager was so relaxed about it I was modified however the food was fresh. Will not be visiting in the evening time anymore.

I hate the service but the food is always fresh when I get mine. And I mean like they are slow but maybe that's to get your order right the first time I guess lol
