Very poor customer service, waited a very long time for our order and management was very bad.

It looked like it was cooked on a dirty too. And after trying out the burger is absolutely disgusting. They put burnt onions on my burger and it was salty as hell. Corporate definitely needs to step in and fix this.

48 minutes to get a quarter pound meal! 48 minutes wow! They were so confused back there I'm guessing it's cause manager was on cell phone whole time

So I've never gotten food poisoning from here so that's good. My biggest hangup has to be the service. Rarely would you be able to pull up order and pull off quickly. I live close by and even though it's a fast food restaurant it is not fast food.

Food was cold and stale, icee was melted. We also waited 30 mins for a single meal to be brought to us curbside via the app. No apologies were given for the wait, despite the restaurant not being busy or visibly understaffed.

Food was not fresh, fries cold. Left over from lunch rush. Place was dirty. Spilt milkshake by table not cleaned up. Something that looked liked poop on the floor neat ordering kiosk.

Everything was good. The person giving food at the window just shoves it at you and then closes the window after you get it. Can I just get a thanks? Courtesy is why it's a 3.

This is absolutely one of the WORST McDonald's ever! There are 4 kiosks, but only 1 is working. There were a couple of employees who had the absolute worst attitudes I've ever seen. If you don't like your job, QUIT! There was a line at the kiosk & 1 young man at the register when I came in. No one came to the register to take his order, so he eventually used to the kiosk to place his order. As more customers came in, the kiosk line grew. With the line being long, 2 customers went to the register to place their orders since there was no line there. Annoyingly, an employee took their orders. 1 of them was an elderly customer who was spoken to sooooo rudely by an employee. I believe the employee name was Yah Yah. She was extremely rude. I don't know if her braids were too tight or what, but she should've just taken the day off. She yelled rudely asking the elderly customer if she had a drink with her order. As the lady was looking at her receipt to confirm she did, the employee rudely yelled at her to look at the printout on her bag. As the customer was looking at her bag for the printout, the employee once again yelled sooooo rudely at her and said, "Yeah, you did! ", and gave her the drink that she had hidden in her hand down by her side. She was absolutely and unnecessarily rude. Especially to that elderly customer. People like her are bad for business and always reap real bad karma. Also, there were a group of 4 customers who placed an order using the kiosk but were paying cash. They went to the register to pay for their orders, and an employee near the register for drive-thru yelled at them to use the kiosk. They informed the employee that they did & that they were paying cash. No one ever came to collect the payment, so they left. Afterward, an employee put a sign on the germ shield to use the kiosk. I only stopped here to get fuel, so I grabbed a quick meal while I was there. However, because of what I witnessed, I won't be stopping here fuel or anything else!

Don't come here. Every McDonald's is like a sterile middle aged man going through a mid life crisis and sucks anyway, but the choice in their staff here in particular is the "SLUDGE" at bottom of the barrel and that's putting it nicely. Don't get yourself stuck in the drive through, they have it engineered in a way where you can't dip out of the line and it forces you to follow through but that's if the staff even "feels" like attending the window which is closed most if not all of the time. They also refuse to clean the machines and will claim that they are broken so don't think your gonna get a frozen coffee or ice cream. I warned you.

Asked for no salt on my food. And it was a problem from the person making my food to the one handing it to me. If you don't want to do your job find employment somewhere i want what i paid for. Yea i paid but was greatly disappointed.

Customer service here is a 0.the only reason I gave it a one star is for the only employee who is trying to do her job.to the lady serving ur drinks or taking ur order.

Food was hot. People were nice. Menu board hard to read and ordering on computer where only half were working, different experience.

Breakfast on the run during a trip: not a long wait in drive thru, efficient staff, good biscuit. Only wish I'd asked for strawberry jelly! Good experience, I recommend!

We just went through their drive through and the lady there was very rude! You could tell she didn’t want to be there. She argued back with us on our order. Then we ask for a fork. You would have thought it was the end of the world. I know that this isn’t supposed to take place bc I also work for a McDonalds as an First Assistant Manager! You never argue with a customer! The customer pays your check!

Substituted a large shake and they made my Double Quarter Pounder My Way no cheese extra lettuce and onions The meat tasted so fresh like 100% Beef

I don't recommend getting anything from this location unless you're starving you will regret it. I think they need more staff. Burgers were cold fries pathetic service moving at snails pace.

Waited over 15 minutes for a fish sandwich. Everyone that order after me got their food before me. Poor customers service

French fries tasted horrible they tasted like they were fried then refried. Worst fries I ever put in my mouth. Fries are the reason I buy food from McDonald's.

Don’t come here, nasty ratchet location and the gas station connected to it is undergoing renovations so there’s not much here that’s worth it besides fuel.

All good was cooked fresh. People were honest and friendly. Be advised at midnight they have to reset their registers and can only take cash for that time

Sat at 930 at night. Store was not clean, something slippery on the floor, almost fell down. No one cleaned it up. Coffee cold n bitter. Food tasted reheated not fresh.ugh

She’s sweet she’s great Leslie the woman yes woman that’s working work! Don’t let her leave give a raise she’s enough for goodness sake! She the wake and bake the yes I am she the one what crossing though I hope I can see again. We love you do your thing my best experience coming from McDonald’s! Have a good one don’t work to hard! You been great to me so please take a break. Your smile your heart your personal being I hope you know how much you mean to be. Next time I travel I hope I see Leslie at the window indefinitely. It was convenient to stop at the pilot to get gas and then grab McDonald's before getting back on the interstate. It was my first time ordering inside from the kiosks, but it went well and the food was ready reasonably quick. I would stop here again.

I normally stop at this location if I’m driving to Columbia. This visit was horrible I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets and a medium Dr. Pepper. The chicken nuggets were fried in old grease, you could see burnt particles on the nuggets and it tasted disgusting also the Dr. Pepper was just carbonated water no actually flavoring.

Otherwise In the past I never had any bad experiences at this location. Hopefully this was just a bad day and things will be better at my next visit.

They short on staff big time. You'll probably be standing there for 10-15min. That's what happens when them kids gotta go back to school and people get paid more to work home. Business runs slower. And seems like they're comfortable taking their time. Smh

Disappointing.
This was literally the worst food I've ever had! The filet was dark (from old oil) and greasy, the fries were dry and limp, the bread was over steamed and tough and the Diet Coke tasted funny. I managed to eat the sandwich but I couldn't eat the fries or drink the soda because they were so gross.

Oh yes and the person before me had to come back in the car line because they got her order wrong! And you want to be paid $15 an hour please you can't get the order right at what your making now, it won't get any better.

They messed up on our napkins and didn't give us the rolls but it's McDonald's what do you expect everybody expecting to have $15 an hour when they can't even perform an $8 an hour job

Worst place ever do not stop here, eat here period! Rude mouthy and disrespectful kids. I stood and watch how rude they were for someone wanting ketchup! I waited on my food forever, and as soon as I finally get someone's attention to ask for a refund, they finally had 1 extremely greasy fry and 2 cheeseburgers ready to hand to me.where the onions were scraped off of the cheeseburgers! How do they no whether people are allergic and could of been severely put in the hospital for that! They had no mask, gloves, or anything on at all! None of them did! I also got 2 apple pies, no dated stickers on the box, they were not even hot and paper was stuck to the bottom of it, so I got half cooked apple pies that were still frozen! Kids whipping there hair around like people want hair in there food as well? ! The absolutely worst place to ever stop while traveling! I took my food, but when I left and saw what it looked like, I couldn't touch it! I thought I would be sick as a dog.

Behind counter was very unorganized.paid for Mac sauce on two doubles and extra onion.and neither one had either. Waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers and chicken nuggets and a couple drinks.will not go back. Mangers need to organize their people better

Never again! McDonald's prices have skyrocketed, burgers got smaller and even colder if that's possible. You would think that they're already paying the staff $15 a hour unless you look inside and see just r employees.

Drivers be where I went to this restaurant to get a bite to eat for lunch and they serve me with two fish fillet sandwiches one was just right and the other one look like someone had took it and wiped it on the floor with the top bun

Keep driving down the road and find somewhere else to eat. Never stopping and this McDonald's. The service is horrible, very rude and prejudice. FYI; everyone should be treated with dignity and respect regardless of skin color. Girl with the long nails mixed my wife's Ice Coffee with a straw and her bare hands then stuck it in the cup.

You place an order, you pay money. And it turns out that they don't have such ice cream. Why take an order? I'm already afraid to stop by McDonald's. Either they will confuse something, or something is not.

Took a long time to get food, got diet drink in place of regular drink. When we finally got our order was missing a burger and chicken sandwich wasnt spicy as ordered. They had alot of people working but was really slow and customer service wasnt good. They were rude when asking with our other burger.

Tried to use the kiosk and NO ONE could figure out how to finish the order, so we cancelled the order, but that voided my reward. FINALLY a manager came out to help, then she left to yell at someone in back, then came back and grudgingly overrode the order to use my code.

Bad service / got our order wrong, apathetic and even slightly confrontational employees, flies swarming around, slow service.

This is the worst mcdonald's I've ever seen. It's pretty busy, and the staff is clearly not trained to handle this. No sweet Tea, no ketchup, no oreos. This is just part of what I'm overhearing as I eat.

I've been to busier McDonald's that do a much better job, so I am sure it's just a lack of training.

Got my order wrong 3 times and I had to get it redone. When a country boy orders tea you don't give him coke and when he orders a biscuit you don't give him a wrap.

Fries were good. Had no ketchup.asked for BBQ sauce and got treated like I asked for her to take me to the factory in a horse drawn carriage

Manager was so unprofessional! She was using profanity, and she and 6 other employees were yelling out the drive thru window at a customer.talking about fighting her. Only gave 2 stars because one guy ignored the drama and got our order for us.

I’ll give them 4 stars because they actually got our food right for once I usually have to drive back to get what they left out. I’ve also learn to check each and every item in the bag

Horrible experience. Kiosk not working and the others had a line so we went to the counter to order. I started giving her our order when she asked what side for the happy meal. I had already given her two other orders and now she's asking about the happy meal. I had to repeat everything again and she had an attitude about it. I'm looking at my receipt while waiting for our order and realize we were short a chocolate milk. We decide to just get another drink in the gas station side. We get our order. It's supposed to have 2 Dr Peppers but one is orange color so we have to go back to the counter. I call out to a couple workers telling them we have the wrong drink. They looked at us and kept doing what they were doing. Another one came up from the lobby and she got us the correct drink. We're back in the car driving down the highway and we find out the other drink is a coke, not a Dr Pepper. We were also short an order of fries. Worse McDonalds ever.

It took 30 minutes to get chicken nuggets and fries, and they forgot the coke! Slower than slow! I'd give them 0 stars if it was an option.

Culver's quality is always high. But their pricing is a bit too high. If correctable. It will then move to 5 stars. More coupons would also help this problem.
