I absolutely love my brows! I got the permanent ombré powder brows and Lucina did an amazing job! I highly recommend her for any brow service of any kind. I’m going back to get my lashes done by her and I can’t wait!

Pandora Brow has a very clean, relaxing and professional environment. I was super happy with my service at the time, but I dont think I will be back. Two days later my eyebrows still look really nice, but my eyelash strips came off completely. My left lash started lifting in the corner the very next evening after getting them done. I wasn’t able to get back to fix them at the time the aesthetician offered, as a courtesy, so I decided to just take them off since they were already lifting. They came right off, there wasn’t really any glue and she didn’t use any tools to put them on, just her fingers, so maybe that’s why they didn’t last. But again, my eyebrows are still really nice.

Customer service was amazing. Service I received today was 5 stars. Will definitely be returning?

My experience at Pandora Brow + Skin was phenomenal. You can really tell that the esthetician truly cares about the entire customer experience. Her onboarding process was thorough, which lets me know that she is attentive to each clients' personal needs and she took proper precautions to maintain good health and hygiene from beginning to end. She was very knowledgeable and the ambience in the room was beautiful. Her energy matched as well. I'm happy to be a regular now. I can't wait for my next treatment. I have never felt more beautiful than after my facial and brows.

Recently modeled for a 1 on 1 class with LuLu and the experience was great. She was very knowledgeable and shared lot of tips to perfect the technique. Fun laughs and as a model I learn tips myself.

Lulu is very knowledgeable, informative and a motivational! Her Brow Wax and Tint class was phenomenal, and her high energy levels were through the roof! I actually learned more from this 3 hour course than I did at my esthetics school, and the money for the course is definitely worth it! I would 100% recommend that you sign up for a class because you surely won’t regret it and she makes sure to stay in touch with her students even after class to ensure that we have her helping hand if need be!

We booked a couples facial and it was amazing. We arrived and was greeted with a great romantic atmosphere. It was enjoyable and we will definitely be going back. This was our first time and they walked us through the process, he even added a beard service. We both left looking and more importantly feeling amazing.
