Went to Lowe’s for doors and moulding. Had some questions regarding sizing. Don, who was working that department was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped with choosing the correct sizes, directing us to the appropriate sections, helped to match our old moulding, and gave insight on easier ways to achieve what we’re trying to do. Thank you, Don for the great customer service!

Has to be the worse Lowe’s in the upstate. Called to check to make sure the items I order were in stock. The customer service lady said with the quantity so low that there might be a chance they were not there. After being transferred three time and have to constantly having to call back, I never got an answer, even after asking to speak to a manager. I was on hold a total of 30 mins. The last two times I called back even the customer service would not pick up the call. I finally had to use my wife’s phone to call, they actually picked up her number and the gentleman answer my question. You cannot trust online inventory per customer service and now I’ve learned you cannot trust the employees working there either.

I live very close to this location, but there's no chance I could operate my construction business relying on this store. Every order for my projects turns into a nightmare and ends up delaying or almost losing the job. The Pro Desk gets irritated if they're asked any questions, and will hang up if you call the desk.

I've ordered for my projects twice when they had materials that Home Depot doesn't carry, but somehow both were messed up and ended with me being accused by the employees or ASMs of trying to steal from them.

Edit: Since this review was written I still tried to speak with them about how convenient it would be if I could rely on the store for smoother order processing and they did offer solutions that are specific to small businesses. I also placed a small order with only two different items and couldn't even be surprised when they told me it might take another 2-3 days before I could pick them up, even though the items were on the shelf at the time. Due to store policy, they said that I wouldn't be allowed to gather the items on my own for some reason.

I told an ASM that if the store manager would agree to have a short meeting with me to let me know I there's a definite way to make things run smoother that I would delete my review even if I didn't want to risk ordering with them any more. I was told that he might give me a call to schedule a meeting, but I haven't heard from him.

I purchased a riding mower and it was delivered today, I ordered a new mower for 4,500.00 and I received a used mower with a broken piece on the side and scratched everywhere and rusted, Have no idea when I will get my new mower but it's not today.

Good selection. Usually have everything in stock. It is often hard to find and get help from a store associate however, that has somewhat improved lately. But otherwise product quality and selection is good. Glad to have one nearby.

Mother in law purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator about 6 weeks ago. 5 weeks after purchase, it quit cooling and food began to spoil. Contacting Lowes was useless as they deflected all responsibility to Whirlpool. Whirlpool says they can send a repairman to evaluate on September 6. Refrigerator is obviously a lemon and should be replaced immediately and without question, but neither Lowes nor Whirlpool will do the right thing for their customer. This shows how much Lowes and Whirlpool do not value their customers. We will avoid Lowes and Whirlpool and all costs.

Went to pick up my online order. Asked the associate if I could grab my air filters off the shelf because they weren't ready for pickup yet. Go figure. Anywho, I came back to the associate and it turned into a whole thing. First she said we'd have to cancel the whole order even though it was already paid for and I had the email receipt. Then she said they couldn't just mark it as picked up which seems ridiculous. How are online orders processed then? Lowe's needs to sort out their online situation. Contacting me to let me know most of my order is ready same day, but an item would be ready 2 days later is absurd.

Even though this is the nearest Lowes to me, I do not shop here unless I absolutely have or time doesn't allow me to make it to another Lowes location. I have had more than one unpleasant interaction with a Lowes employee there, however my last visit was the absolute worst. She primarily works Customer service and has given me a hard time on returning an item. I'm not sure if theft is a concerning issue there or what the issue is, but all customers do not deserve to be treated with such disrespect. My husband and I spend quite a bit of our hard earned dollars at Lowes. I plainly heard her instruct another employee to tell me that she could not read the information on my receipt. When I stated that I could read the information needed for her she explained this to her and this obviously upset her so much so that she instead waited on me and was very short with her conversation, almost push my refund at me and when I asked if she could dispose of the bag I brought in she snatched it so hard that you could hear her hand hit the counter. A Customer behind me even remarked on how he had never witnessed an employee act this way. I have found the prices to be considerable higher at Home Depot but have considered spending my money with them until such time the issue has been dealt with. If I receive a response, I will gladly provide a description of the employee I am referring to. Customer service is how I would assume companies make their money. I cannot make myself believe that a company such as Lowes would allow or condone any behavior like this from an employee of their own. Thank you in advance. Kristie Hughes.

Good thing I know what I'm going in for. Associatees need training and open up the dam registors. Just I work there when I go. Just to help them make money. And update your web site says you have 35 of something and can't find 1

No fork lift driver to remove sand off item out side we needed at 6: 21 pm. We asked someone as soon as we went in the store. About 20 min. Earlier but he didn't have it done. Asked the red headed lady working the back at the roll up door she said she didn't have a fork lift driver. This is twice this has happened to us here. We will drive all the way to home depot from now on. Sorry customer service. The one in boiling springs is horrible

I go to Lowe's and Home Depot regularly. Prefer Home Depot slightly over lowe's since they are more of a contractor oriented store. But Lowe's does the job for the most part.

Was just in the store and the worker Angie at self check out was extremely rude to me when asked her to help verifying the military discount she stated idk what u want me to do take it up with your mom to verify it again when it said verified in the system asked for a manger she picks up my product drops it rudely in my hand and say you can get out my line and go to customer service awful she spoke to all white customers me being blacks was not even greeted

Rick at the Boiling Springs, SC location laid hands on me when I was trying for a faster solution to him dragging his feet about getting a ladder to get something off the top shelf for me. This is after 10 minutes of talking down to my husband and myself. I did speak to an ASM and was told "I'll get to the bottom of this".

Absolutely zero customer service. I was a burden on them too even be in the store much less ask a question.definitely need much improvement or the worker needs to find another place to work

Went there to get some keys made. It was pretty easy. Not too crowded. Parking lot needs some help, but not a bad place.
