Paint department employee had no idea what she was doing today. I wanted Piazza Blue DCR075 from the Charleston Color palette. She said it was not in their system. How is it Lowe’s offers color matching if you can’t reproduce a color? Train your employees how to use the spectrophotometer (computerized color matching) instead of lying to a customer because the employee doesn’t know how to do the job.
This place is slammed full. The building is too small it's like a Dollar general on truck day. On top of no room to move and shop every 10 to 15 minutes they advertise over the intercom like a pop up ad that doesnt go away. Just go to summerville to buy your stuff
Online inventory showed 62 qty available. Stock location had zero. Excellent supporting older gentleman in dept located and restocked the shelf for us.
Great store! In my opinion they have exceptionally helpful staff. Had to ask directions to a place we we're standing two feet away from! LoL! I think I made the associates day
The girlfriend and I enjoy shopping for our new house and the staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell. We like the attention to detail and the questions they ask us to recommend different products. We will keep coming back here because we have many projects in the works and Lowes gives us the customer service we need.
Store is clean and overall a good experience. Some days are better than others for getting help but could be worse! The curbside pick up can be hit or miss with the crowds. Sometimes you get it Super quick and other times you have to wait 5-10 mins. I don’t blame them as I know retail is unpredictable sometimes with crowds. Good location
Don't go in very often but when I do I am always able to find an associate to help me. Even if it's not their department they still help out. I appreciate that
The shopping experience is always enjoyable. The updated online stock is usually pretty accurate although a few times the location from the app has been inaccurate but not too much of an inconvenience to affect my experience. The only inconvenience I notice is at the self checkout line there’s usually plenty of self checkout kiosks available but not enough employees at them on busier days to help. Most of the times I’ve had employee help at self checkout was some other employee walking by that noticed I wasn’t being helped
My go to location for all of my home home needs. Always nice and clean. The people that work there are very nice and helpful. Even though they move things around everything is sort it in a way that makes it easy to find what you need.
It’s cool inside and the air is always on even though the doors in the outside area are open and closed often
Mei from customer service was able to return an expensive cord that I didn't need for store credit. She was quick and polite and had such a great attitude. She even picked up that it was my Bday from my ID and wished me a happy Bday!
Not a fan of coming here because it's so busy all the time and its so hot in there! It has what you need but have fun getting through that parking lot, it's a mess. Most of the employees are pretty nice and help you out.
Way to much stuff in isles an there always doing things with blo king off isles during shopping hours, they need to stock isles after hours so when customers come in they can get what they need, an the delivery trucks block street, need a loading dock in back of store not out front blocking customers from getting in an out an the Debrie from unloading trucks is all over the street where customers have to drive through it an get things in thete tires
Lawn & garden 1 year guarantee is a scam. Everything I bought has died, lady said just bring it back? So brought dead plants back and read the sign, 1 year guarantee. Ended up with customer service manager that advised me purchase must be made with Lowe's credit card and you need original receipt? I asked another employee, who keeps all receipts and she said she did? I said so you got and egg McDuffie this morning and saved the receipt so of course she said she did! First person I've met in 67 years to save every receipt no matter what? Lowe's no more its Home Depot where they don't lie to your face!
Awesome service provided by Paul in the Home & Garden center. I can buy materials anywhere, but employees like Paul providing guidance, advice, & instruction is valuable to me. Paul helped load our truck for multiple trips, as well as having an infectious positive attitude & an unequaled sense of humor while doing so. I appreciate Lowe's & their convenient location, but I want to shop wherever Paul works. Do yourself a favor Lowe's, hold on to Paul. He treats customers right & is the reason they keep returning. I don't know what you pay him, but it isn't enough.
Weekends are a waste of time.no help and hang it up for trying to get help at the Pro desk.like a ghost town when it comes to somwone helping you.just wait till Monday or just go elsewhere.
