Don't buy gifts for others from LOWES. I am done with Lowes. My parents bought us a gift and gave us the receipt. When, I returned it to the store for a simple swap of the same product just a different color, I was told the refund had to be returned back to the original credit card. The customer service manager at Lowes did not seem to care that it was a gift, the return could only be credited to the original card. All I wanted to do was swap it out for the same product. Where is the customer service? Very disappointed!

This review is the Pro Services at this store.

I ordered a Pressure washer and all the attachments which came in a little less then $1000.00.

I know not real big order but and would think it be easy.

First I was told they had everything and then later told they had everything but the pressure washer.

The pressure washer would be here by the 21st and delivered on the following Monday which is when they do delivery in my area.

I had a job this equipment is needed at on Wednesday June 26th.

Friday I called store for another order I needed and could not get anyone.
So I texted the Pro Specialist and she texted back I am on vacation till August.

This did not surprise me because everytime there is a issue will a order she is off.

At this point I usually call Shawn who is amazing in Pro Services but is always overworked. He wasn't there and only could confirm my delivery was being delivered. (I ordered the other stuff I needed through a local mom and pop which is what I do with most things now)

Monday comes and all my attachments was delivered but no pressure washer.

I called the store and only one Pro Specialist there and she said the pressure washer is here.

She could not do it then but would check and call back.

Never did.

This morning I call and the lady that answer for Pro Services starting listening to my story and I made the mistake of saying that my Pro Specialist is always off doing my delivery and as I started before can't handle my orders.

This lady went off on me and I just kept saying please get me a manager.

Once she finally stop ranting she put me on hold.

She came back 10 min later and said " are you still there"? I said yes. She then said "the managers are to busy currently to talk with you and have to call you back"

It been 2 hours and nothing which is normal.

I now reach out to corporate and Erica in customer service was amazing. She took my complaint and at this point I am very frustrated.

She also got me in touch with the delivery.

The delivery manager she put me with was very nice and explain my pressure washer was a special order (which I did not know) and came in after the delivery truck had left and will be delivered Wednesday.

Now for the other two items, one is a non stock item and can't be order and he was confused why my sale person tried to order it.

This order is like several I have ordered through Pro Services and cost me more money then it saves. I have spent 82 min on the phone this morning alone.

Learn from me people, it is not cheaper shopping at corporate stores. Shop where you can talk to the person that livelihood depend on your business.

They may be more expensive but are mom and pop small shops really? When you think about the service that you get.

Tried to make a recent store purchase return of a defective $40 item with a request for just a store card to make another purchase. My request was refused. The store policy clearly said without receipt then item could be returned for a store credit. Employees refused stating I had to prove I purchased item in last 30 days. Not what policy said. Not possible without receipt. What's the purpose of giving phone number when purchase made as proof of purchase if lazy manager don't bother to pull information. Had to figue out what card i used for a refund to wait to be put back on card. I know they don't care but this is one less customer!

I did receive positive feedback and encouragement about the isolated event of one bad apple in the bunch. Customer service quickly responded to restore my confidence in shopping again at Lowe's

Home Depot has become my primary store based on a few bad days at Lowes. For example, I wanted to buy a floodlight with a camera on it which required you to take a "ticket" from the display area to the front so they could get you one. I understand the need to protect some items from theft so thats ok. When I went to the cashier since you obviously can't do self-checkout, they told me I have to go to the front desk. So after standing in my second long line there, the front desk look at it and said, "we don't have any of those". I said there were plenty of these "tickets" on display with the item, to which the front desk said "yep". I simple, we're sorry about that and we will take care of it would have been ok. Too many other places to spend my $$ to put up with that.

Gentleman from New Orleans who works in appliances is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Other workers are as well.
Delivery is not set up well. Seems like they are overbooking people. Was given a 4 hour delivery window for a washer dryer from 4pm-8pm on a date I reserved almost 2 weeks ago. I just spoke with delivery person who said it won't arrive until after 9pm. Is this normal for Lowe's?

Excellent, better than I expected. I usually shop at the other place (lol) but Lowes had some really great prices especially thier clearance items. They where priced really well. Think I'm going to give them a 2nd chance. The staff was super helpful and very courteous.

I check online before going and always get nothing. They had 5 in stocks, but got there and they couldn't find even one. This has happened numerous times. I guess I will have to call instead and have to wait for item check.

Today's Veterans Day. No ONE Associate Spoke or asked if I needed assistance. Had planned to buy a $3500 refrigerator. I did pick up a few other items. There were three cashiers at sperate checkout stations. Two turned their service lights off & were just talking to one another. The other was servicing our four customer deep line. I checked out using my registered military retirement verication. No greeting, smile or thank you for your service. It's Veterans Day, I served 25 years, but no Customer Deserves to be treated like they don't matter. I was third in line. The two customers in front of me received the same treatment. Imagine how it made us feel. I been a loyal Lowe's Customer for over 50 years. Freedom is never Free. All Lives Matter.

I spent almost $10,000 on windows with Lowes. After one year the call has turned black. I have pressure washed and scrubbed and it remains black. I’ve had contractors come out and they informed me the wrong calk was used. I have called Lowes 3 times and was told they would send someone out to look at the issue. Nobody was ever sent. I now have to get an attorney involved. Do not let this company do ANY work at your house. They do not stand by quality work!

THE MANAGERS AT THIS STAR ARE CRIMINAL I PURCHASED A FRIDGE TO BE DELIVERED SATURDAY NO ONE EVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP I HAD TO GO TO STORE SUNDAY BC NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME ABOUT MY FRIDGE I BOUGHT NOT BEING DELIVERED! I SPOKE TO VERNON THE STORE MANAGER WHO PROMISED ITD BE HERE TODAY BETWEEN 8 AND 9 AM ITS NOW 10 AMD NO CALL NO FRIDGE HOW IS THIS LEGAL?

I have been a huge supporter of Lowe’s for many years. But after 2 delivery attempts of a washer and dryer I am done. The first time they showed up they came without the stack kit that was purchased with the units and said “they are one back order”. Why attempt delivery if you don’t have all the required parts that were purchased? Then in second delivery attempt they showed up with the wrong power cord. We offered a cord from our old dryer which the refused because it was “used”. We offered to go to Ace hardware down the street and buy one and they “can’t use it because it’s not from Lowe’s”. Then they wouldn’t stack the units to allow use to resolve the issue, instead wanted to leave units taking up space in my house to come another day with the proper cord. I will take all my business to Home Depot from now on.

Can never get anyone to answer the phone in the department I need assistance. The phone rings until it goes back to customer service and they just hang up after placing me on hold multiple times. All Lowe's stores in the Columbia area are under staffed and the staff they do have are under trained and over worked and under paid. Not even management seems to care about customer service anymore.

Horrible! Was supposed to have a fridge delivered Saturday to my parents for their Christmas present, no call, no fridge, NOTHING I had to actually go up to store and see where fridge was! No one ever called me about it not being delivered! They assured me it'd be here today between 8 and 9 am, it's now 10 am and no call no fridge, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING YOU NEED DELIVERED FROM THEIR STORE THEY LIE AND OPERATE ILLEGALY WITH APPLIANCES NEVER DELIVERING WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE YOU NEVER KNOW IF YOURE GOING TO GET IT

Customer service staff was very informative. Item was originally purchased out of this store and delivered from another store. The delivery process was horrible. The external company team that delivered the product was great.

That kid Harrison in the electrical department is really sharp! Give that kid a raise. He told me he is a full time student and works the weekends to pay for books and gas. C'mon Lowes recognize this kid.

No Customer Service when calling this store location. I've called and tried to get put through to someone in Home Decor and tried for over 48 minutes. Ist called the Harbison location and message answering" Welcome to Lowes, Goodby", called back to a humN who was to transfere, put me on hold and then disconnected the call. Called back and was on hold for at least 20 min and finally hung up. This is terrible!

Manager checked that the item I was purchasing was in wrong price slot. Still gave me the discount. Best customer service experience I have received at this location.
