Every Halloween I go to this Lowe's in West Columbia on Augusta road they have the scariest display every year is something different people come from all over just to see and take pictures I even saw a guy videotaping hats off to the crew at Lowe's who makes this happen. I can't wait to see what you have planned for next year the customer service here is excellent I can always find what I need here.
Typical Lowe’s had what I needed that’s a plus considering most big box stores are about the bottom line every Lowe’s I’ve visited had the product that I wanted and the guy on floor tremendously helpful and professional
I shop mostly at the West Columbia store. Have been a customer for years. The staff is friendly and helpful. I talk to some of them on a first name basis and chat for a minute or two. The store is clean and best of all, less than 2 miles from my home. What more could you ask for.
Trying to find an associate to help locate an item was terrible. Many items don't have prices, and therefore, the customer can not determine if the item is in their budget or if the item is a good deal.
I am giving Craig the five stars! I had a variety of items to purchase and he went above and beyond to ensure I found what I needed. He even cut my shelving for me! I am a frequent Lowe's customer and his service to me was exceptional. Thanks, Craig!

Don't order anything for delivery because it want be on time and nobody can help you find out why. They don't even call and let you know that there's a problem
The delivery here and company wide is a complete joke. So are the employees, phone has been ringing for over twenty mins trying to get someone to answer. Sucks this place has stuff I need.
5 stars for the young man in the paint department who was able to find the paint color I needed. It was actually a color from a competitor but it was one of several colors we were purchasing and Lowe's saved us on making a special trip to the other store. When it came time to purchase another can of the paint color the first person I spoke with had no idea how to mix the specific color. Having to wait for a call from my husband allowed for shift change so when I came back the counter to purchase simple white paint, he was able to look up the formula for our mystery paint. Thank you. That young man deserves a raise! Wish I remembered his name.
It would be really nice if they bagged and placed printed receipts on internet order / pickup locker items that way other customers don't accuse you of shoplifting on the way out.
Great place to get all building materials/ Home Improvement based material, pretty much all of the employees that I asked for help do the absolute best to help me, in my personal opinion the West Columbia Lowe's is one of the best Home Improvement places I've ever been to and honestly whenever I need to get some type of building material or Home Improvement material I'll go straight to them
Stood in kitchen appliance section for 15 minutes trying to get help, I was ignored and they actually had a staff meeting right there in front of me in that section and actually looked at me and then went about their meeting.
I love Lowe's but am still trying to figure out how their system can find my missing receipt but yet they refuse to refund/return. Clearly I have not already returned the item because it's in my possession!
Been there five different times to purchase speciality bolts out of the cabinets which are there and labeled as such. The binds were empty. They don"t keep them stocked. Don't waste your time at Lowes, go to Home Depot they stock their bins and boxes.
Were supposed to have a particular color of Krylon paint in stock according to the rep from another store. When I got here, I was told their inventory is not accurate. Wasted a bunch of time going here trying to get the paint.
Nothing wrong with the store itself, but it is very important to hire people with some knowledge of what they are selling. Overall, good place to go for what you need, but expensive for some items that you can get next door.
I really wanted to give them a 5 but the last time I picked up was a mess. The lady tried to say she couldn't find my order. I showed her my phone where the order was placed for pick up.the order status was that it was ready but one item was not found.this chick tried to say that meant my order was cancelled.my husband went in the store and came right back out with my pick up order.some people will do everything except they job.that associate gave me the wrong information and wasted my time by trying to sham at work. Do your job or go home!
I placed a last minute online order the day before a party. At pick up there was some confusion about a picnic table I ordered but Bilal went the extra mile to make sure I left with my complete order and had a great attitude! Thank you, Bilal!
Usually can find what I'm looking for. Was needing plumbing fitting. Couldn't find anyone to help. But a nice plumber helped me out and found the items I needed. I think he was from Camden or Elgin didn't get his name but works mostly in Chapin and Bellintine.
They use to be an amazing place, but their customer service has been absolutely terrible. Recently, I waited 30 minutes before someone even came to the paint counter.and yes, I asked the customer service people to page someone (three times).
Nathan in the paint section tonight stood in front of a flickering light for me as I looked at paints. Might seem like nothing but he tried to unscrew the light but couldn't inside the inclosure. So he stood there, helped me pick a paint and blocked out a very dangerous flicker for someone with epilepsy. I'm so grateful for him and understanding my situation when I told him my personal predicament. Nathan deserves the upmost positive attention for this!
