I love to shop here! The people are nice and friendly. The selection is great. If you want organic this is the place to go. My only thing is it is a little expensive. Also, they have the best-premade cakes ever!
I don't normally associate the word pretty with a grocery store, but in this case, that word applies. Amazing selection of everything and just laid out in a very appealing way. Reminds me of a Publix but nicer.
It's a very disappointing store, their inventory is a very inaccurate, as a customer I am very disappointed, and I would never suggest anyone to go shop here.
Went to visit daughter for Thanksgiving and left pie crust at home so I had to get some 2 of the employees said they had mo more but I just could not accept that. I prayed and new God had a Ram in the bush. I prayed again, then a young man asked what I was looking for I told him to look in that corner not knowing which one as he had to go in the back lo and behold he came out with a box of pie crust. I shouted gave thanks and left with my crust and left a blessing for someone else.
The store is laid out very well. It's very clean and have more than your usual grocery store. I especially like the produce and fresh whole bean or ground coffee. On Fridays it $5.00 a bag.
Very nice, clean and well stocked. A lot of varieties on beer, wine and deli products. The bakery is also good too. They also sell the ice cream made with alcohol too!
Such a huge nice store. Employees were nice. There was too much to look at for just in and out. I will have to come back when I have more time to check this place out. I was bummed they were out of my son's favorite cereal. With that being said there are shortage everywhere.
Lowe’s Foods is a great place for higher end brand groceries but the quality is well worth it. Great butchers and bakers and a cool little bar serving crafts beers.
They have the meats! All type of meat. Prices are a little steep on some things but they're still cheaper than Publix by far so that's something. I'll definitely go back.
Tons of gluten free stuff very clearly marked. Lots of selection everywhere. Beautiful store with trendy designs and very competitive prices. I will return for sure.
I called first to see if they had the product and was told that yes they had it in stock. But after driving over 30 minutes to get there I find out that they no longer carry it and have not had it in stock for months. So no I wouldn't recommend this store at all. To bad I had to give any stars. There customer service is the pits and to try and find anyone to help you there well good luck on that also.
The prices are pretty comparable to Harris Teeter, but the experience is better. Its such a fun grocery store my kids loved all the little touches like the big candles above the bakery and the chicken that sings by the hot ready meals.
I went to the new location on Pelham Road and was so disappointed. They don't carry any banana bread, or muffins, that don't have nuts. I checked out their meat department and couldn't believe the lack of selection of steaks.and what they did have was very overpriced. I stopped by the guest services dept twice to get one of the "savings" cards and there was never anyone around.
A great place to pick up specialty items, closer than going to Woodruff, but generally more expensive for everything across the board. Cost aside, they have a wo derful selection and attentive staff.
Great selection! Definitely mid to upscale on quality. Aged steaks! Awesome bar with deals. Customer service oriented. Prices are a little high sometimes
Great selection of coffee creations at a very affordable price excellently crafted by the cafe associates. The bar allows to sit down and relax over coffee or adult beverages.
Store is only about 3 years old and is very nice to shop at. Has pretty much everything you want and a huge beer selection. Only reason not 5 stars is the prices. Even higher than Publix for name brand items. They do have their own brands which are reasonable.
Definitely a Whole Foods feel. Great selection of fresh foods, as well as classic, less "healthy" favorites, like M&M's and Oreos. More on the pricy side, but a super cute store. Worth the visit.
This is the only supermarket my family and I shop at. The staff are extremely helpful, the selection is huge, and the facilities are always clean and organized. Organic, gluten free options are a hit for us as well. Gentlemen, ladies, if you're not a fan of going grocery shopping with your significant other- they've got craft beer for you to drink while you shop! Win, win!
Great store with an awesome atmosphere. They run regular specials on meat but beware I have found wrong prices 3 different times on the receipt vs the actual price for their bulk meat sales (up to $15-$20 difference!). Annoying that you have to go to customer service to get it fixed and I found the mistakes by accident each time. They will fix it but it is unacceptable to be overcharged so often and that they haven’t fixed their system.
Wish they were closer to my house! When my family come to visit, this is a must do stop. From the gourmet coffee shop to the smoked meats to the bakery and don't forget the bar! My only complaint, not enough locations!
The meat and the fresh green beans I bought on sale wasn't the best but it's only the first time I have ever shopped there as well. I will say that everything was cleaned up and the people were very helpful and friendly.
With the exception of one young dunce customer, they had 100% mask compliancy with staff and customers. Excellent service & selection of goods. Clean, organized, awesome.
Very busy today. Curbside pickup was great even though lined up.very attentive. Lots of customers going in and out. Manager was stepping up and bringing in lots of carts from parking lot. Thank you.
You didn't have the filet mignon loins that you had a couple weeks ago. We had seen them and decided to come back to get them. Other than that, great shopping experience!
I called to check the hours for Thanksgiving and was given a rude answer over the phone. I understand having to work on a holiday but that is no way to respond. I will never shop lowes food of greer again. 11/26/20 time 8: 30 am.to whoever was in charge of answering the phones on this date
Absolutely love their online shopping and curbside pickup! Their shoppers are very thorough and they call you (not text) to go over substitutes. I've used them at least a dozen times and my order is always correct.
We have been going to Lowe’s foods since we moved here over 6 years ago. We love the fact that you can get a drink and walk around. Everybody I see is always careful and just takes their mask down when taking a drink. Now, we go in this last Sunday and you can get a drink but no walking around? You have to stay at the bar! If this is because of the mask then why did we see people with no mask and even employees! So until Lowe’s can get their act together we will have to go to Harris Teeter instead. So sad.
