Paid 75.00 for a take out. Ordered the 20 oz bone in ribeye, medium. This is a 30.00 steak. My husband ordered a t bone, medium also. Bring the steaks home and they are both very rare. Inside was barely warm. Gross, I had to cut my steak up and fry it in a pan. 30.00 steak. This is a steak house. I know your busy at this time and take out is a pain but we are still paying customers that also included a tip. Very disappointed and will be a long time before we do this again.
Ordered online. It was quick and easy. Curbside pickup. The salmon was delicious, and the salad was ample. A good meal, not too heavy for a late dinner. The blue cheese dressing was lovely. The surprise was the inclusion of warm bread and butter, which completed the meal nicely.
It was my birthday and the service forgot. My ice cream and place of cake to buy talking with other cast members that work there just forgot I guess my wife talk to her twice to not forget.
I would give five stars but I had a terrible experience. I ordered an appetizer, the firecracker sticks, and destroyed my mouth. The waiter brought them out and sat them on the table. He didn’t say a word. I was starving and threw one in my mouth and bit down. The filling came out and it was boiling. I burned the entire inside of my mouth. Blisters came up and popped and came up again. I spit the thing out and had to leave before my meal came. I ended up eating ice cream, soup, and milk shakes for a week after.
We took my in-laws out tonight for my father in-law’s birthday. The food was amazing, our service from Candace was beyond top-notch and the whole restaurant is so well-run. In the day and age where being in the service industry is a rough gig, this team should be VERY proud of themselves! Very excited to come back!
I'm a truck driver so I'm constantly in different states. This was my 3rd time visiting in 3 different states and the ribeye was the best all 3 times. That's a first for me. Good job Longhorn, your at the top of my list!
I was unable to eat there today to to the unhealthy conditions, 7/15/21 at 8 pm. The restaurant smelled foul, it was unhealthy, unappetizing, and in unbefitting the LongHorn Steakhouse brand name. A good management team, well trained staff, and motivated employees dedicated to customer service would have found SOME way, even with low staffing, to be efficient and work collaboratively to check on waiting bar customers, clear restaurant tables, in order to create a clean, healthy, appetizing environment. Explanation: We placed our name on a list, waited at the bar for 15 min.to be asked if we wanted a drink. No bartender or waitstaff behind bar, & food/plates were piled on the bar, where customers had eaten. Throughout the restaurant, food was also piled in front of people awaiting their checks, and on tables where people had left, without tables being cleared. In the one instance a waitress did pass bar table patrons, she walked quickly by a table, dropping a check on the bar patrons' table without speaking to them and hurried away, leaving the patrons with empty plates stacked in front of them (that says "no attempt to further assist her customers, but desires to be paid). We briefly explained this to the front desk staff before we left. The person only gave excuses as to why they can't clear tables and how busy the bartender is elsewhere (not the team attitude of "we'll make it work. " We have eaten here frequently in the past, and it was been well run through 2019. We'll be back when the problem is resolved.
One of the best L. H. S. H experiences I've had to date! The young server definitely made the service. Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The food was all cooked to med-rare perfectly. We are pretty picky with what we want and don't want on our foods. Not a issue. Great Dining experience tonight. Thanks guys!
Went here for dinner and it took 45mins to bring out a salad and shrimp. The shrimp was cold and chewy like it had been reheated. Was told by the waitress she would be right back with refills she never came back. A party of 20 walked in and she never came back to give us the bill. After 25 minutes of waiting on the bill I flagged down some other waitress to get us the check. Horrible experience and would not recommend going here.
The food was great as expected and the staff was friendly and helpful. A great experience and I appreciated it all the more since they are open later than others.
Despite it being a steakhouse I decided on the Parmigiano crusted chicken and it was divine! The chicken was tender and the crusted topping was wonderful! I highly recommend it!
My husband said the steak was the best he has ate in a very long time. Really enjoyed the food and the server was very good. Highly recommend long horn.
Great Food And The Service Is Wonderful. The Prices Are Low Compared To Other Steak Houses Who Are Not As Good. I Will Eat There When I Go Back That Way.
The ribeye sandwich was super, my wife had a strawberry salad and enjoyed it. The service was excellent and we didn't have to wait but a moment to be seated.
My steak never comes out right. Thats why i stop going. But my hubby wanted to try it again and stkll same oh steak. Lets b Not talk bout therr hard brocolli
Enjoyed the food and dining experience. Only issue is that they don't have anything to differentiate themselves from other places. It's good to go to every now and then not a constant thing.
Tonight my boyfriend and I had the best experience ever, we live in Easley but we came to this one because we never have a good service at Easley. We came to this one tonight, 5-30-2021 and this was the best service ever our server was so sweet, her name was amberly if I remember correctly, sweetest young lady ever, if we come back we will request her again and again, she was on top of our drinks, ordering, our Togo drinks, and check. We came an hour before close, and we felt bad, but she treated us just the same as if they weren’t even closing soon. Thank you!
