I am MH who gave DR. TATE a HUGE COMPLIMENT, BIG MISTAKE on my part, although, I did WIN a $50 gift card to CITY RANGE. This LADY has been BOBBIN and WEAVING after I questioned my $1,603.35 LAB CORP BILL in September. I received the SEMAGLUTIDE SHOTS but thought I would receive a discount from my INSURANCE since she quoted $300 for BLOOD WORK. The LADY REQUESTED A-Z in BLOOD then mentioned she doesn't know how much LAB CORP CHARGE. YEP, from HER response she writes PRESCRIPTIONS WILLY NILLY! I asked to be COMPENSATED since I did pay $75 CONSULTATION FEE, $500 (2) for July and August with a massive bill for blood work.

Dr. Tate and Trinka are very professional and also personable. They provide great services and high quality care. I had total confidence in my procedure and follow up care. I am excited to continue my treatment plan with them.
