I got the pink and white ombre done by the man and he was nice interacted well and did a over all good job

This was my first time going there. I like how my nails came out. They were quick. I was able to get in and out. Jack was helpful in helping me find the right color I wanted.

I went in to get a simple pedicure. I am actually writing this review while sitting waiting for my feet to dry. The owner, who actually did my pedicure was rude and abrasive. As a paying customer, she had the audacity to tell me what she wasn't going to do; which was simply put designs on two toes! I was visiting my parents this weekend so I decided to try this place. I will NEVER come here again. I will stick to Sparkle Nails in Columbia, they have EXCELLENT people skills!

The ladies that worked in that nail salon are rude and have no customers service for people coming in to the business I will never go their again

The website says they close at 9 I walked in at 8 and I was told they were closed already and she rushed me out rudely

Nails did not come out great. Did not do nails even, didn't even do the cuticle oil after filing nails. I couldn't even get a clear coat to go on nails before leaving because i didn't want color. Still had to pay full price without color. Not happy, will not be returning.

Went in yesterday and got my nails done and they look horrible got them painted and they look really bad and the shape is aweful️ Really disappointed

I went in for a fill in. I needed to get the gel polish removed, but the tool that the nail tech was using was burning my finger through the nail. I told her that it was painful and asked her if there was another tool she could use. She told me no and that I should go back to where I got my nails done last time. Very rude and unprofessional

The little one with shoulder length hair is so disrespectful. Came to get my feet done and being that I am on my feet a lot I asked to soak. She told me she didn’t have time. Excuse me ma’am not from what I remember being in the customer service business, you give them what they ask for. Seriously needs to work on her customer service. Pumice stones are NOT thrown away after every customer, instead it is used on the next. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! Will not get my business anymore being that I’ve been here plenty of times where service was awesome!

Staff was very polite, insightful, and the guy that did my nails is a perfectionist; he was very pleased with his own work. It let me know that he took pride in his skill & he was just as exited as me when my nails were done. My coffin nails are shaped to perfection and precise like I like them—not big & bulky.

I only go because they are open on Sunday. I have yet to find a decent nail technician in Orangeburg

Worst place I’ve ever been to. I got gel polish this past Sunday and they globbed it and it took a hour and 15 minutes for her to paint my nails. I left with gel polish all over my fingers. I do not recommend.
