It was my first time in years going into this store. I walked in, walked around for a good period of time, no one offered to help me. Even after finishing up with other customers, no one even acknowledged me. They just worked on the iPad or put up signs for a sale. When other ladies entered they were greeted and offered assistance. I walked out feeling like Julie Roberts did when she went shopping in Pretty Women. Which unfortunately isn’t a good feeling.

As soon as we walked in the store, Marissa greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. She explained the door busters and sale items. Angela also made us feel welcome. The store was neat and tidy and smelled nice. I highly recommend this location and I’ll be back!

I went to this location today to do some bra shopping, it was well overdue. I was greeted when I came in by the store manager, i can't remember her name: (she was so welcoming and took special interest in me and helping me with my selections. Ever since I lost my mom two years ago, its been really tough, she made me feel like I was in the arms of a caring mother. I am so happy with my selections and I cannot say enough good things, service was top notch. I wanted to hug the manager but that might have been weird lol but I want her to know how comfortable and at ease she made me feel

I came in with my mom to look for a last minute bathing suit a couple weeks ago. I didn't end up buying anything but Kelsie was a wonderful helper. She went above and beyond trying to find something that would work for me. She did an amazing job searching for the right size and giving helpful options on how each thing looked. Definitely recommend this store for clothing needs. Everyone else who worked there were also very sweet and helpful.

I usually don't go to this store but my daughter talked me into it. Excellent customer service. They made sure all our questions were answered and made sure we were happy with our selection.

This Lane Bryant has a large selection of bras and panties. The store was clean and bright and the staff was very melcoming and informative

It is not fun shopping for bras! That being said, I had a good experience here today. The woman who helped me was new but got exactly what I needed on the first try.

My only disappointment was I couldn't find a casual shirt right for me.

The staff was wonderful!
