Absolutely only 6 birthday cake donuts in bins…. Never have I seen a KK out of everything. Totally Empty! And poor-Very poor customer service. Don’t get me started on the dirty floors!

I love Krispy Kreme they have good regular coffee and they're donuts are definitely the best around. The only issue nowadays is they make you fix your own coffee. What's with that makes no sense who owns Krispy green coffee that you have to make yourself.

Lady at the window working tonight is SO RUDE. I pulled up and she asked me what I had and I told her, she gets mad and goes back up to the front to send someone else to help me. I can see her laughing and rolling her eyes at me as she does it. You can tell she hates her job! You have people here on vacation, you need to have better customer service.

Driving by visiting the smokey mountains and saw the famous light in and applied the breaks. Of course the glazed donuts were still warm and melted in my mouth. Love these donuts, the best made on earth.

SLOW! First time coming here and probably the last. Not worth the wait, And not have the Pumpkin donut we were there to get. Also, the girl behind the counter needs some help, way too much for one person, it’s no wonder she was miserable, and I don’t blame her!

Terrible customer service.
Ordered online, went to pick up the order when it stated it was ready. No online order pick-up area, and no one seemed to even know how to find online orders made directly through their website. Waited inside and outside at the drive-thru. Over 30 mins later, there are no donuts, and no one is willing to help. Employees were flat out rude. It was even hard to get a refund. Poorly ran business.

Very difficult to drive by this place and not stop for a coffee and a chocolate covered cream filled donut.

Went through drive thru would have liked to have gone in needed more help like everyone else service was slow

We got a dozen Halloween donuts. They were so cold. Nasty hard donuts. My local getgo has better Krispy Kreme donuts than the actual location

There was a long wait for the hot, fresh donuts, but they were totally worth it. The Halloween donuts currently available are completely adorable. The staff was very friendly and our order was correct.

Would have given 5 stars except for the false advertising about a dozen free Halloween donuts for $1 when you buy another dozen

Don't offer doughnuts that you never have. Been there twice while on vacation and it's a challenge to complete an assorted dozen. Gave 2 stars just cause I'm in a good mood.

When the hot side is up go get it try not to show up after 8: 00 p.m. Sometimes you get left over donuts

Does Krispy Kreme Vaccine Mandate it's employees? I'm seeing a lot of information saying employees will be fired if not vaccinated.

I won't buy anything from anyone requiring vaccine mandated employment.

September 26 2021 was at Krispy kreme at 9: 20 pm. The girl at the window said all they had was regular glaze doughnuts, nothing else till 7am in the morning. Closing time is 10: 00 pm. If the people working there can't do the job they ought to shut it down. You can't get business if you don't have nothing to serve.

Horrible customer service. Got doughnut sign on. Ordered got glazed donuts and got COLD doughnuts (glaze was already cracked). When asked guy at drive thru window said sorry we don’t have any more hot donuts and would not even offer refund. Thank goodness this isn’t the only Krispy Kreme in myrtle beach. If it was would never eat Krispy Kreme again!

I love that other donut company for coffee, but Krispy Kreme is the BEST DONUTS COMING OFF THE LINE HOT AAAAHHHHHH.

For the drive-thru to be super busy, my doughnuts just weren't fresh. And yes, the Light was on

Had donuts on the menu that we were told they did not carry. 8: 30 and out of all spice donuts. We got the last four lemon. Out of all other for the most part. North Myrtle Beach always has nothing you want. Knew better than to stop. Want again!

The coffee was like motor oil and should never have been presented to a human being. The Hot light was on and the donuts came out cold as ice.

The staff were rude, they had none of the donuts that were on their sign and the staff were not helpful to tell us what they did have

Who doesn't love doughnuts! Just wish one was a little closer to home. Great customer service and usually very clean.

Internet said "Dine In" but the dining room was closed. Not cool as we wanted to sit for our donuts and coffee. We waited in the drive thru for our donuts and went to the coffee shop in Calabash to eat them with our latte's.

Order two doesn't donuts. One all the same and the second one mixed. But when we got home and.open them the mix dozen one not what we ordered. It was mixed different then we asked for. Was not to.happy about the mix up of the donuts we order. More likely I will not go back again until we are Abel to go in and pick for ourselves what type of donuts we want. Specially since the price is so high for a dozens.

The line is always long and they do not even make any of the cake donuts they list as available. It is listed as open at 6am and we got there at 6: 40 and the staff insists they do not open until 7. They should change their official hours.

Well, it was a one of a kind visit. Forgot sugar and stirrer for the coffee, napkins for the doughnuts. Kept asking if we were the Covid Car. WTH?

Lobby was closed with no explanation, 40 minute wait in line, told at speaker every time we tried to order a donut they were ‘out’. It’s nearly impossible to make a dozen. The guy at the speaker acted like he hated his job - and us.

We went at 3 pm too, there’s really no excuse for this.

Waited in line for 40 minutes before we decided to leave. It appears they have the capacity to serve one person every 15 minutes. The line was moving but it was clearly only because people were giving up and leaving the line, not because anyone was actually being served.

He doughnuts definitely aren't fresh and the custard filled was questionable (see picture). The glazed were good though. They were also out of a lot of stuff.

Went here for breakfast because we don't have them back home. They did not have the lobby open but the drive through was open and wrapped around the building. It was definitely worth the wait.

The young man that was taking the order today at the drive-thru is very unprofessional. He don't represent the Krispy Kreme brand he don't make customers feel welcome. And it had long lines however the young lady that work at the window was very attentive to her job and very kind.

Drove in from Ocean Isle Beach 8/9/21 at 6: 45 pm. We were advised you had only 3 flavors of donuts left (all fruit filled). How do you run out of donuts, that’s what you do!

Waited over an hour to find out at the screen all they had was original. Kind of bummed wanted some chocolate glaze had to go to a circle k to get my kids the donuts they wanted. Other than that the donuts we got tasted great. Can’t blame anyone due to the volume of business and there’s always next time.

Worst Krispy Kreme ever.and there are a lot of bad ones, especially in MB. Waited 40 mins+ in line only to be told they are doing glazed only. Bait & switch and total incompetence. You're better off going to a localgrocery store and just buy a box of Krispy Kreme prepackaged donuts & throwing 'em in the microwave for 5 seconds because their retail operations are bottom of the barrel!

I love Krispy Kreme! For some reason it's only drive-thru on random days and times and when I can't walk-in the drive-thru line is ridiculously long.
Today there was only 1 car ahead of me. The staff is super nice and the donuts are always delicious. I'll wait in drive-thru with 8 cars of less because it's worth the wait.

No chocolate glazed doughnuts. It would only be available later in the day. Only the drive thru was open. Service was not very friendly. Forgot my milk. Had to remind the cashier. Acted like it was my problem.

Inside is closed and drive threw is very slow. We left after waiting 20 minutes and never got close to the ordering anything.

Awful. Ordered online to avoid lines. In arrival the doors are all locked.no entry allowed, even to pick up order. So, forced until the drive through line! Had to wait in line anyway, even after ordering! If I had not already paid. I would've left! I won't be back. Locking doors on customers is NEVER acceptable!
