Kohl's

Salesperson wasn't helpful. Store is too full of "stuff. " More signage is needed as to where things are. Perhaps better organization of store, too.

I love Kohls, and this location is as well kept and friendly as my local store. (West Ashley Charleston SC) My last visit to this store was not as satisfying as my past visits to either location due to the new self check out kiosks. Personally, I find the traditional human check out to be one of the best features of Kohls stores. The humans are faster, friendlier, AND they make sure to apply all of my Kohls cash. I had $35 on my last visit loaded to my app in the new Kohl's "pay" feature. None of it applied to my purchase, and I had left before I noticed. Hopefully, the self check out is experimental and will be removed.

Kohls is by far the best department store for your money…it’s the friendliest and cleanest store. Many clearance sections too…they added new self checkouts…. My daughters and I love Kohls!

I received a used rice cooker with burnt rice and finger prints all over it. This was sold to me NEW.bought from this location. Absolutely inexcusable and disgusting business practices at this location. Never a good experience when I come here. There are cameras and security watching you at every corner but they can't put clean product on their shelfs.

Kohls seem to be a lot more organized this year than last year. It seems to be cleaner I do not like that Sephora I’m sorry you took the jewelry out but the associate that checked us out was a high schooler and she was wonderful wonderful she was so nice and I wish I could’ve given her a tip that of course she wouldn’t take it, everyone there at Kohls seem to be very very cheerful.

I like Kohl's but the last 2 visits ended in no product in-store, had to go online. Being older generation, we like to see the product/try it on. Disappointed but still saved over 250.00 on one purchase! Happy for that

Love Kohls and all the great coupons and kohls cash. Clean store and always greeted when you come in. Cashiers are great also.

Ordered a comforter as a Christmas present, came to pick up in store, and they don't have it! It's just gone. No more left in the store to replace it.

Got a 200 dollar coffee pot and took it back because the vendor required specific pods. No problem for Kohls. They had another one that works fine for me at half the price. Unbelievable discounts. Nice folks there. The place is big and very busy. Long checkout line but moved quickly.

If I could give Kara and Chris (cashier) more than five stars, I would! Their customer service is outstanding. How fortunate Kohl's is to have theses two associates at their Summerville, SC location!

I stopped by Kohl’s to shop for a coat and Kim went above and beyond to help! She is such a kind soul and made my experience effortless. Will definitely be shopping at this location from now on.

As always it’s a pleasure shopping at Kohl’s, They always have amazing sales. The associates are always friendly and willing to assist you. Kohl’s in Summerville Sc is definitely my go to spot.

It’s not the kohls I loved shopping in! Their store in Summerville is a mess and too much merchandise! The prices are ridiculous! Even on sale they are pathetic! They used to have coupons every week and now if they have one a month that’s it!
Very rarely do I shop there now.

It's been awhile since shopping at Kohl's, they now have self check out which is good, their lines get very long during the holiday season.

Usually get a lot of what I need for the house from here at a good price most of the time with their promotions and discounts.

Prices were good and customer service was superb! Very clean, organized as well and it smells amazing.
