KC Nails

Came in for mani/pedi without an appointment at 11am with no one in there minus a man and little child. When I asked to have treatment he laughed and said not today. Just kept laughing and saying it over and over. No offer to schedule or apology of no availability even though it was clear no one was there.

Hands down best nail place in Fort Mill! They are by appointment only so it’s never crowded and I’ve never had to wait. Their gel manicures and dip powder last soooo long!

Pedicures with grand daughters. Everyone was happy with the service. The girls said, give them a “5” for sure!

Excellent job on nails! Felt comfortable relaxed and not rushed! Price is average to slightly above but quality is excellent.

I have been to this salon two times. The first time, the husband did my dip powder for $40. I asked him before hand if he was going to charge me extra to trim my nails and keep the same shape and he said that there was no additional charge for that. I asked him how much it was for additional colors and he said it was $5 per additional color. Ultimately I got a dip powder with one additional color so my total was $45.

The second time I visited I sat with the wife. I asked her how much it was for additional colors and she said it was $5 for as many additional colors as I wanted. Contradiction #1. Ultimately I got a dip powder with NO additional colors and my total still came to $45. The wife told me that the extra $5 charge was for the cut down and special shape, however I was not charged for these things the first time I visited. Contradiction #2. When I pointed this out to them they tried to act like they didn’t understand English all of the sudden.

This is why salons should have their prices displayed so that there is no confusion or discrimination. Every customer should be treated the same and pay the same price when they come in. They are very nice and the salon is well kept, however due to them making up different prices even after I explained the discrepancy I will not return to this salon unless they post their prices and credit me $5 for a future visit.

Peter did an amazing job with my nails! My favorite by far! He’s was precise with the shape. My nails last forever, highly recommended to everyone family and friends ️

Ive been to this nail salon once for the first time not too long ago. My mom and I got lucky and were the only ones there! We enjoyed it very much. I would love to go back because I feel like other places rush too much however, EVERY time I call (literally any time) they always say they’re completely booked for the WHOLE day. I even drove by one time and saw that there were not many cars. So I guess if you would like to go, don’t call, just walk in because there’s no way they’re always busy. Still have yet to go again, just been working!

I’ve found my new nail spot, Peter is phenomenal the place is super nice and clean, Peter did an amazing job, My acrylic ombré came out fabulous.

I came to get a simple brow wax, that maybe takes about 10 mins. There we’re only two customers in the salon and a gentleman doing nails and he states that they are booked up for today and they are full. The sign on your business clearly states that walk-ins are welcomed. I’ve been here before with no issues. But I will not return.

Peter & Kelly are awesome! Very professional. Their prices are great! You will NOT be disappointed. I will definitely be back. Already set up my next appointment.

I've tried other salons in the area and this was the best by far. My manicurist was knowledgeable and very calming. I made a follow up appointment and will be a regular! I appreciate the salon being very clean, and practicing covid protocols.

My manicurist was awesome! My nails look and feel fantastic, and the price was very reasonable.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon and will definitely be going back! The nail tech constantly asked me if I liked my my nails throughout the process of doing them, and took his time with each nail. The shape and length was exactly what I asked for, and the outlines tips are even and straight! I would absolutely recommend this salon!

Scheduled an appointment for end of day on Sunday. Upon arriving, immediately received a friendly greeting and chose the hot stone pedicure. It was absolutely amazing. I must say, I have really good feet and nails so did not require much work but almost 30 minutes of massage and my nails look phenomenal. Will definitely make this my new nail place!

Me and my friend are regulars. We have tried other nail places in the area and nothing compares to this places. The owners are so nice and take their time on your nails no matter the time or how many people are waiting. They really care about quality and your experience there.
