Very poor customer service. Several customers waiting around to be helped. When an employee did show their face they would just look at you and keep walking. I was about to hire my son for you because obviously good help is hard to find. They have a great selection of shoes and styles that other stores don’t have. It is the only reason we stuck around. Next time I’ll just order from some place else. Customer service is key to staying in business! Get it together JD’s

Poor customer service, nobody will help you there and if you ask for something they are rude.

Beware. If you purchase anything from this location in Northwoods Mall and it is damaged they will not make it right. They will send you to Nike with excuses. I purchased two pairs of shoes two days ago. My son wore his to dinner ONCE and both toes came unraveled. Mind you these shoes were on the Sale section (still $80) but my guess would be they know about this. I took them back asked for the same shoe and same size and they gave me a bunch of excuses how they are 3rd party and don't except returns for damaged items. I shop here often. The manager didn't even come speak to me, she made the sales associate do it. Knowing the policy now I will be shopping at other stores more often than with this company. BEWARE IF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. JUST GO STRAIGHT TO NIKE AND MAKE IT EASY FOR YOURSELF.

Never opens in time. It’s 12: 30 and the kids are just in there bsing around. And rude as hell. Had to come back because they left the tag lock on.

Nice selection of mens shoes. I was surprised to find some forces I've been wanting there and some nice Air Jordan's. Only put a 4 star because it took customer service a while to get to me, but I understand that they were having their own conversation. But once I went to ask them about what I was interested in they were really friendly and easy to get along with.

Love the manager very professional, I bought two pairs of adidas and had to exchange them for a larger size then realized it was just the shoe so I took them back again and she refunded me no issues. Fun environment. Very friendly!

2 out of 4 of my new shirts has holes in them. And they were all wrinkled when purchased and cashier just threw them in the bag. I want my new clothes to look new I will be returning all of this

You walk into the store and do not get spoken to. No one asks you if you need any help with anything. Ketchup packet busted on the floor and no one attempted to clean it up. One employee stayed on the phone with her Jean down.

Ariel was extremely helpful throughout our whole buying process. Definitely will return to this store because of her!

They have the best costumer service in the mall. They are all very polite every time I go in there. I’m always greeted with a smile and hello from Taylor. I would definitely recommend going there.

Customer service lacking asked for help and 3 workers looked at me like i didn't speak English. Not a very good selection of sneakers for young men either. Wont be going there again!

They used to have a great selection back in the day and now they have a whole three rolls with the same shoe

The Finish Line in Northwoods Mall in North Charleston is one of my favorite places to shop for the latest shoes and other athletic gear. They have a really good selection of different styles of footwear that you usually do not see in other stores. The staff here is very helpful and knows a lot about shoes and can answer just about any question you have. I have been happy with all of the shoe purchases I have made here and like wearing a new pair I just bought right out of the store.

Arial was highly knowledgeable about providing the correct running shoe for my particular foot issues. Got a perfect shoe and a perfect fit. No more discomfort. What an awesome job.

Customer service is awful! This new store brought about young kids just there for a paycheck n chatting it up! They never pay attention to who comes in the store or even ask if you need help. They rather stand behind the desk n talk to each other. I walked out o several times because I didn’t get any help. I refused to ask for help when I’m spending MY money! I work in retail and I’m big on customer service. If something happens in this store I wouldn’t be surprised because they’re not attentive at ALL!
