I Ordered a necklace as well as a ring during black friday, the necklace came knotted & tangled. Then the ring came looking tarnished & dusty. Nothing at all like how it was depicted. Nor too mention black griday is over so I can't get back that time to look for other deals. I will never do business with jcpenny again nor will I tell others too.

The transaction took some time, we were patient. I ordered online for my husband and had to visit the store to exchange the tops for another size, also bought some sweat pants to match the top for him.
The Return/Exchange/ Pickup is located in the back of the store.

I found great discounts in children's department, but didn't fine enough choices in New born& infants wear.was very disappointed.

Older Dark skin woman with blonde weave is very hateful. She doesn’t like to wait on customers she told me to take the products i wanted to purchase to the front register while her and another customer talked.

Always a nice store to visit with plenty of offers, clean and safe. Helpful staff, plenty of parking space and no issues.

Second time I've visited this store and to return because they forgot to remove store security device off clothes I bought.

Cashier didn't offer to use store coupon to receive percentage off on merchandise and when I got home I realized that she also didn't remove tab from dress so I had to return to the store the following day to have it removed and get the extra 25% off.

I had appointment this morning with Master Barber or Master Stylist Mr. Clarence. He was wonderful. He had to recorrect the color that Raylen did a month ago because she just didn't take the time to give me the color l wanted so my hair was messed up. Mr. Clarence took the time to give me the color l asked for and high lights l wanted in my hair. He gave me his undivided attention all morning and evening to correct the color that Raylen did. Plus he has a gift to see what color goes well with your skin tone. Three of his customers came in who hair was beautiful. He told them he couldn't take them because he wanted to make sure my color and process was done right. I had a wonderful time talking and laughing with him, Tracy and Bonnie. I truly enjoyed getting my hair color with Mr. Clarence and l made my appointments to come back in two weeks so he can take care of my hair. Mr. Clarence l see why you are the Master Stylist. Thanks

Found the French Door Counter Oven I was looking for. One of the sales girls even went and got me a cart. I wish I grabbed her name. She was very helpful.

My husband and I had the BEST customer service experience with Janet in the mattress department. She was VERY helpful and we are loving our new purchase, The delivery process was perfect! Thank you.

The store had buckets everywhere to catch water falling from the ceiling. I was not comfortable shopping for clothes in a damp smelling place.

Went to JC Penny tonight for an online order. We stopped by the jewelry counter to just look. They had a wonderful sale on the bridal sets. Mona was amazing! She is the sweetest so if you need a beautiful piece of jewelry and want fantastic customer service, talk with Mona! She helped us with everything and was very knowledgeable in everything

Great deals, and the store was well stocked. Purchased some jewelry there, and got a steal on it. I believe the lady helping us with our jewelry name was Mona, and would HIGHLY recommend her. She was fun to work with, and very professional at the same time. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Shopping online was a very pleasant experience, from the ease of selecting my items, to checkout, to pickup at the store. The cashier was pleasant and the wait time was minimal. I will be shopping here more often.

I ordered an item from this store this morning for curbside pickup, which was advertised. At purchase it stated that the instructions for curbside would be provided in my confirmation email. I receive the confirmation email that my item is ready, which tells you to go to the website or app to check in for pickup.

I wasn’t able to find a thing on the website about it and upon downloading the app and creating an account to pick up a single item, I receive a notice that Sandhills doesn’t offer curbside pickup and I’ll need to enter the store. I attempted calling the store four times to find out what was going on and let the phone ring so long that I was automatically disconnected. A manager from the corporate customer service line tried calling the store five times. Nobody ever picked up and he had to resort to emailing the manager.

This is entirely unacceptable.
