Jack in the Box

This use to be my favorite place but they can’t even be bothered to melt the butter that comes on the buttery jack.had a whole bite of butter with my burger

Worst jack in the box in South Carolina. Literally everytime you go they have no food so you can’t order half the time and when you do the lines are extremely long and the wait is horrible. Went there twice in a week and the first time the didn’t have any rice for the teriyaki bowls then the second they didn’t have any chicken.

I have NEVER had to wait so long for service at any other Jack in the Box. All I ordered was a Teriyaki bowl and an eggroll. And it took almost 30 minutes. I understand that they were short staffed but if the guy that was dropping the fries and cooking in the back wasn't on the phone the whole time, maybe it wouldn't have taken so long. The eggroll was good and fresh but the Teriyaki bowl was so salty it felt like I was eating high blood pressure in a bowl. Please get these guys some better help and quick.

Employees are stupid to mess up a other that specially was for drive thru then doordash picks up my order at the counter how? They playing stupid I hope there Christmas is the worst and that they tire pop on the way home then they tell me they don’t have the supplies to remake so the manger knows they refunded 2x amount which I’m thankful for but STOP HIRING GHETTO BLACK PEOPLE and I’m talking to the ones that work this Christmas I hope yo baby daddy leaves yo child merry Christmas

I didn't receive my order they messed up my order and didn't give me a refund or Uber didn't give it to me as well me and my husband had to find something else to eat

Service was great.workers were very friendly, they just didn't have very many of the menu items in-stock and available.management needs to stock store so the workers can serve all the items they offer.

Pulled in to the drive-through and was told they're only accepting orders through the mobile app. I then was trapped in the drive-through lane for 10 minutes

I have zero complaints. The staff is friendly. The food is always good. The prices are fair. I love that you're 24/7. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Can’t really rate food bc employees were so rude and I’m not the one so I pulled off. Was asked to wait at speaker and did several minutes before asked for our order. When I ordered what we wanted they said they were out of those items then guy was rushing me to figure out what else I wanted. Mind u he’d just cursed and talked junk to car in front of us I guess not knowing he was on the speaker after his second rude sentence to me rushing me a lady comes I’m like ok she coming to correct him told her how rude he was but nooooo she teams up w dude being rude. Proceeds to tell me bye mam just go somewhere else. The audacity lol instead of having cops called on me bc I know my own snap back attitude I just left and took our business elsewhere. Waffle House matter of fact. Will never attempt to dine at this ghetto jack n the box ever again. I would have spent my $40 w y’all but not w those attitudes prolly spitting in ppl food and all just very very poor customer service. Horrible!

What is going on with you guys?
Are you franchised out because I'm sure corporate would not allow the kind of behavior and service that you guys are giving?
It's made very clear as soon as you walk in that the employees do not want to wait on you. The french fries the egg rolls the tacos look burnt and taste terrible because your fryers need to be cleaned and changed.

Every time that I come here, the food is always delicious! The service is always excellent. The staff is always friendly and they treat me with a mutual respect and kindness. I am familiar with Jack in the Box on the west coast and I can say it is just as delicious on the east coast! Thank you for all that you do and giving your best everyday. I have worked in the industry before and I understand that it is not easy.

The app promo for a lg drink for $1, & they didn't have any lg cups or any med cups. By the time we got to window and food handed out, it was cool. On a side note, the staff were friendly and professional.

Service is always slow no matter what jib I go to, at least the food is decent. You all used to be way better. What happened?

Restaurant is extremely dirty, grease even on the drive through window. Open containers sitting on counters, unsanitary and filthy. Food delivered warm and not hot, order delivered incomplete. I’m filing a complaint with the state for food safety.

Pretty quiet on a Monday afternoon. Best fast food burger I've ever had. I wish they had one around the Columbia SC area. My first visit there I had dietary restrictions due to surgery and got the chicken teriyaki bowl that was amazing as well.

Freshly made food, friendly service. The drink machine was out of many options we wanted such as any powerade flavor except lemon.

Your food is great when you actually give me the right order. This has happened multiple times as well as them not following directions. I've contact customer service several times saying that they will do something about it and reimburse me somehow but I never hear anything back from anybody. I have called and emailed.

Absolutely avoid this jack in the box. Drive up service is slow, wrong items in the bag, all food cold after just a five mile drive home. No way we will be back.

Update: Well, we decided to try again. We ordered 2 orders of onion rings and got stuck together masses of rings way over cooked. 2 grilled sourdough sandwiches. No bread was grilled and they left out the cheese. 1 jumbo jack with cheese. It was good. 1 grilled chicken sandwich combo that we asked to have all the veggies left off. It had extra for some reason. We asked for curly fries on the combo and a large dr pepper. When the order was taken at the drive thru, we had to get it corrected 3 times until they had it corrected.
We felt as if we were more of an inconvenience to the woman who took the order than a paying customer.
We payed at the window then waited 10 minutes for the order to be done. I was okay with the wait. I felt it would be hot and fresh. I was wrong. I asked for the receipt and was just ignored.
We left without the receipt as it seems to be the case at this location. I have talked to others from around our community, and they have the same stories.
Please get this staff trained and have them treat customers as the reason they have jobs. It seems they don't care about anything as far as business goes, just their phones and joking with each other.
There is no management there to speak of as far as anyone can tell either.
Never going back now and will let everyone I know to stay away.

They're about as slow as it gets. Busy or not. No customer service. Typical rude, I don't wanna be here attitude

WARNING! My niece went here on 9/8/2023 drive thru. The cashier took her card for payment. In the meantime she hands my niece her drink with the top not on. The whole drink goes on her and her car. Looks at my niece and says I’m sorry would you like another drink.duh. In the commotion she never gives my niece her card back. My niece realizes later when she gets home. She calls and gets no answer. She decided she’d go in the morning because she works late and it was late. My niece gets up to go get her card from jack in the box and also checks her bank. 3 attempts to charge the card at 3 different places. My niece gets there and they give her the card but take no responsibility for anything. Police were called but nothing could be done because the charges were denied. What makes sense of that? Please beware of this place allowing such.
