Jack in the Box

The is the longest I have ever waited for drive thru in my life. I was in that drive thru line for an hour and a half and there drive thru where I live is made to where once your in line your not getting out unless you run someone over.

Rude attitude from the lady at the drive-thru with all the tattoos. Warning ️ I repeat do not spend your hard earned money here at this place

This is a terrible place to eat out at. If the fryer isn’t always down, the grill is down. They need to replace their entire night crew. It’s terrible service and the workers are rude and do not do their jobs. When we pull up, the workers are all outside and they tell us the system is down or the cooking appliances aren’t working. It’s pathetic. I’m a manager at a different restaurant chain that I would not have a job at behaving that way. The lady at the window is always rude and lying to us, the same lady that was there Monday night.

Average place. Good sandwiches. Never give you enough curly fries to fill the box. Feels like you're being robbed. Staff in AM, afternoons and evenings is fine but the overnight drive thru experience is either very good or down right awful. Rude and love to cut you off to tell you what they can't do instead of telling you what they can do.

Adding to this after the note from the owner. This response is pretty typical where they want the customer to go do more "work" instead of taking the review as constructive criticism and fixing the issue. My suggestions is send secret shoppers thru at random times. You'll see exactly what I mean soon enough as well as the speed of service which for the most part is fairly poor overnights. Overall this particular location runs perfectly fine in my opinion it's just that it's clouded by what occurs after 10: 00 p.m.

If you've never been to a JitB, do yourself a favor and visit this one. Not for the service, which is about as slow as they come (please cut off your car while waiting) and is also just one step below obligatory politeness, but for the menu, which, as fast food goes, has both an interesting variety and usually comes well-made and tasty. Considering food prices these days, you get good bang for your buck, and they're one of the few places that has crispy curly fries.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 40 mins with only 2 cars in front of us just to get cold food, unrecognizable drinks, and a whole meal missing. Of course the doors were locked and the line for the drive through around the building, at this time, so we tried calling to get our missing meal. The phone rang and then went to an voicemail that wasn't set up. We called 3 times. Angry, hungry, and disgusted that we spent money here to get such poor service.

Never seems like they want to work, open 24 hrs but when you want something late night they close and say their systems down and only fried foods no burgers? I mean be real you're a burger restaurant ‍️

Love that they are open late at night.only thing is everytime I order with Jack's delivery and Doordash delivers and always missing lots of items and can't get anyone to answer phone to get straightened out very frustrating.

Usually it's OK, but definitely get the feeling it's understaffed. Which leads to wrong orders and a slightly longer wait time.

Horrible first visit it took 20 min to get my order the cashier who took the order had to also make the food there was a long line of cars still waiting.horrible they need more people she need help bad

I am in the drive through line for 20 minutes.they are short staffed and it last thing I expect it to get stuck in drive through lane.

This location consistently has some of the worst service I have ever received at any fast food anywhere in the country. Recently it took me 30 minutes to get food, because nobody was working the drive through.

I have visited this location several times being that its not far from me. I ordered as usual and when I FINALLY got to the window, paid & got my food. I noticed I didn't have what I ordered. Instead of 2 orders of the Tiny Tacos I was given 2 of their Regular Tacos. I mentioned it to the cashier at the drive thru window and she tells me that's not what I ordered & that she asked me what type & I said regular. Ma'am I said Tiny Tacos not Loaded then she yells to her co-workers "I asked her & she said regular" LIES.mind you I ordered a fish sandwich combo as well and she asked if I wanted regular fries or curly. Ok so my thing is this. IF I SAID SOMETHING WAS INCORRECT WHY DO I HAVE TO BE TOLD WHAT I ORDERED? HOW DOES THAT WORK? ! If the headphones aren't working correctly, that's understandable but by them "knowing" that, they should say that when the customer gets to the window to at least confirm what they thought they heard. Then to add even more insult to the wrong items, I had a few choice words for her only because YOU DON'T KEEP TELLING A PERSON WHAT THEY SAID INSTEAD OF JUST SAYING I APOLOGIZE FOR THE MIX UP. They let me keep the 2 regular tacos and gave me 1 order of Tiny Tacos, when I gave my card to them to correct it. LIKE HONESTLY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! &&& THE FOOD (REGULAR TACOS) DO AS WELL! Cold slice of cheese on a cold taco.smh

They were short staffed as other businesses.be prepared to wait and wait and wait.at the drive through. The employees were nice.sourdough jack was pretty good. Unfortunately the wait time was awful.

I don’t see this jack in the box is still open! I been seating in this line for 45 minutes! Are you serious! If I wasn’t picking up for someone I would leave. I would NEVER EAT FROM HERE! Slooow as hell!

VERY SLOW and the window lady named (Rachel) did not give us our chang, she will argue saying that she did give it in hope you leave. She has done this in multiple accounts

About 1 of the few places open all night to get a good hot meal has friendly serves.we need a few more restaurants open all night ️

I have given most of these restaurants at least a 4 star review but not this time because service was very slow for one and the food was not hot, not to mention that they didn't put a second hamburger pattie on my double cheeseburger. The tacos were horrible, because they were not fresh and crispy, not much meat or cheese on them either.

Slow. Spent 20+minutes in the drive thru. Somehow out of every drink (fountain, coffee, tea, milkshakes) also out of any type of sauce packets. Lazy.

Gotta love Jack in the Box. Best cheap/fast food you can get. I have to make an hour and a half (one way) trip just to get my Chicken Fajita Pita fix, but it’s always worth it

Everytime I come, there is always (never fails) a 20 minute drive thru wait. If yu are expecting “fast food” this is not the location to go to.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru finally pulled to the window and placed my order. After waiting another 5 minutes when I received my order it wasn't what I ordered. I then was asked to pull around and they would bring my order to me. I then waited another 5 minutes.
