I walked in for a full set and pedicure, the staff was very rude to me and told me it would be an hour wait even though technicians were sitting at their stations playing on their cellphones. I left and could not believe the poor customer service.

I have been going here for the past two years and I believe it’s time to go elsewhere. Each time I get my nails done I am slightly disappointed hoping the next visit will be better. I typically just get a gel manicure, but they never seem to last beyond a week and a half and I am not hard on my nails. Tipping point is I got my nails done before my vacation and they started peeling a week into it. The manicure portion of my nails is never great either. Not sure if it’s the skill of the technicians or the products they use? Very sub par compared to manicures I’ve gotten at other places.

First, the lady that I had was not friendly at all. I received a pedicure that had little effort, poor shaping and polish job. Then I asked for uv gel with a new set. I understand you don’t do this service often but then don’t say you offer this service if all your employees don’t know what they are doing. I had to put my hand under the light way too many times which also led to soo much filing that I should have just left my natural nail because I barely have a tip on. Nails are all uneven, again poorly shaped and even worse polish job requiring her to redo it. Not to mention I paid $113 and these nails will most likely crack in a week because of the lack of knowledge of how to do uv gel.

Great experience, clean salon - was only 1 other person there who was on her phone the whole time. I got tips and dip powder and a absolutely love how my nails came out. They were out of the color I wanted (OPI Lisbon Wants Moor) but we’re able to find a good substitute. I prefer thinner nails and only 2 coats of dip which can be tough with light colors but these look great!

Basic Pedicure was okay - have definitely had better - the pumice scrub wasn’t done hard enough and my feet were left a bit rough on the bottom, but the polish looks good. Will definitely be back.

Walked in on a Sunday morning right at 11a.m. I was greeted with a smile and seen right away. I was assigned to Tommy. Very nice man, did a beautiful job. And I discovered he was well liked by other customers. Great experience. Will come back next time I am in town.

I stopped in after work with no appointment, hoping to get a pedicure and acrylic set for my cruise next week and they got me in right away! I forgot to get the lady’s name who took care of me but she was FANTASTIC. Great service! I will be coming back!
