I buy my name brands there but their chicken is small in size unlike Save a Lot and their ice cream is overpriced

Dependable, full service grocery store. Shelves are generally full, and prices are better than some other local stores (Publix). Something I like about the regional Ingles is that the stores are laid out the same from one to another. If you know your neighborhood Ingles, you won't get lost in a distant Ingles.

Always has what I need usually, kept clean, and I like how each employee in there are required to and actually does where their face coverings each day.

I used to love this store, but it has fallen short lately. Masks are being worn just for show. Employees in deli pulling them down to speak over the food.how do the DHEC rules on hand to face contact get thrown out the window? Wearing a mask to help prevent the spread of covid-19 is great. I am all for being safe, but let's not throw DHEC to the wayside. The masks are being worn inefficiently anyway. Pulling them down under your nose or having them twisted on the sides to where there's a gap does no good. We have to do better as a whole. It's just disappointing to see such a great grocery store fall so short.

It's ok but it's not Save alot I will go there when Save alot doesn't have what I'm looking for they are nice and helpful to people with disabilities.

Our favorite grocery store. Always registers open with cashiers. They also have self checkout. Store neat and always clean. Has a Starbucks and nice deli for hot cooked food.

Not enforcing mask requirement among customers or employees. As someone with multiple at risk family members, this was upsetting. After asking to speak to the store manager he greeted me with his own mask dangling below his nose. Needless to say, I do not believe my complaint will go any further or even reach other employees. This location is losing its ability to make me feel safe enough to shop here. I have seen children wearing masks more effectively than adults in this store.

Stopped at the Starbucks after a backpacking trip. Seemed like a nice store, clean with good selection, similar to other Ingles in the Upsrate.

Ingles has got a great attitude and motive, but not the people. The way I see it, the only reason that you can complain about the store is because of the lack of collaboration between the customer and employees. There simply are not enough employees to handle every customer who has an issue. Addressing the issues made in the reviews section, the store having flies in the summer or bugs in general, simply isn’t an issue you can address safely with customers and people walking into and out of the door. Bugs traps are not the safest thing to have lying around when children or even pets can get injured. When you have an issue about the store you have to take into account the safety of not only employees, but other customers as well. Almost every single issue can be solved when reported to the Store Manager or higher, and will mostly likely be solved. Ingles is one of the best supermarket chains out there, and if the customers, the employees, and all the managers worked together as a community to solve issues, this store will surpass all supermarkets.

Way too expensive. A few items in your cart exceeds $50. Packaged produce is outrageous. A small container of asparagus is $8 compared to unpackaged at $3. Always understaffed, especially bag boys. Card readers are iffy, their reader kept refusing to take my card and I had to pay at the front of the store. Managers are ugh, they'll target a random person and give them hell (I worked here my Junior year of high school in 2014. And yes, Larry, I'm talking about you). They claim to be strict about the mask policy which isn't true, because I shopped without one and no one said anything. Wal-Mart is better, albeit lower class

Parking is a nightmare. To walk into the store you come close to getting run over. It's a 50/50 chance that you'll get a good cashier. They have been out of everything but that's because of covid mostly. They keep good fresh products. It's always clean.

This is one of the nicest supermarkets I have ever been to. I wish they had one of these near my house. Love their COVID Olive Bar individual cups.

Continuously amazed by the way the store staff is willing to help you find what you need and/or create custom orders in the deli or meat department.

Ingles as a rule, are more expensive than most grocery stores so I don't shop there often but when I do it's always very clean and has many options

Mid Grade Quality to Low for the produce (plan on some rotting within a few days of purchase). And, don't hey you Mac&Cheese here (go to Seneca store). Here uses artificial cheese, other uses real cheeses.

Absolutely breath taking. We came here to shop before heading to the state park and it was gorgeous. Very friendly and nice.

I f the bag boys would learn how to properly bag and handle delicate food items (bread cakes pies milk) I would be a happier customer. I have found cleaning products in bags on top of meats. Get home and items I paid are not in the bags of groceries. After you leave and return with the complaint that those items were not in your groceries when you put your groceries away they will not replace those items. They clam that you need to check and make sure they are in your cart before you leave. So now I stand at the register and watch every move the bag boys make because they will not let me bag my own gro eries.

Always clean, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Produce on other hand is over priced. Relocated from an other state I am shocked by the price of produce.

Love the pharmacy always do there best to make sure they get my medicine as I need them refilled some of my has to be ordered so the Pharmacist try to get it ordered asap.
