Ingles Markets

Great store, only thing is it's hard to get help finding things. Many of the Employees don't seem to know. Yesterday I ask 6 people for help. Finally the manager was able to help, But after much walking, and time wasted.

This is a well-appointed supermarket in an area in great need. Yep I would visit here again. It is a lovely spacious place to come and shop for all your grocery needs. You can say it's an upscale food. Emporium

I stop at this particular Ingles when traveling home in SC from visiting friends in upper NC. Its convenient to the Interstate and is always clean. It's my last stop otw home and I usually get dinner from the food bar so I don't have to cook when I get home. Mac n cheese is the best! Wish they didn't have fried chicken on the hot bar as often but I understand its easy to cook and keep hot.

The best Ingles in the area. Associates are super helpful & nice. All the service departments (meat, produce & D/B) were very fresh with a full selection. Managers even bring in carts from the parking lot.

Customer service is almost non existent. Very rude cashiers as well as a rude manager. I wish Food Lion would go in the old Bi-Lo. The worse Ingles I have ever shopped

Horrible experience I asked the diary employee were there anymore eggs because the large eggs were cracked! He got an attitude stating what do you mean anymore eggs? I miss Bi-lo! Awful place to shop

Self checkouts don't take cash.
The store has 12 self-checkouts none of them take cash.
If you have cash, you're stuck in line behind full grocery carts.

I spoke to the manager and she gave excuses for their bathrooms being the worst ever seen and I saw 6 people workers standing at the front desk doing absolutely nothing and all she could say as we hadn't got to it yet managers name Chris a woman she was rude disrespectful and far from management material

They need to watch what they handle while fixing ur food and they also need to change the food out instead it sits there all day

Card only self-checkouts. If you have cash you're going to wait in a long line while looking at 10 open self checkouts that won't take cash.

Very clean and in order. The employees that I had encounters with were very nice. I don't usually go to ingles so this was a pleasant experience.

Free Parking Handicap Parking Handicap friendly. Was a great experience had everything we needed Fritos Chips and Cheese dip, bread, drinks like Soda's water energy drinks, they have a Starbucks inside the store. Bakery has cakes, cupcakes, French Horns, and A Deli Meat boards head Meat is good. The employees are friendly helped me find what I needed.

Clean and Friendly place to shop, shelves are usually stocked full, the only issue I have experienced is with the baggers. I am the type of person who likes my cold stuff put together and that's why I group it together out of buggy. Also I don't like my bread mashed or eggs broken. I have experienced issues with these even after explaining what I want to the baggers.

The Store is clean and well stocked. Front end management are awesome. However I've been in store and hear how dept.supervisors, talk to employees. I've heard one say
" when you're name tag has manager on it you can do what you want to do: " I found that to be a disgusting and unethical comment!
The way to have good and happy employees is to be a good leader and be a good roll model.be a member of the team instead of a "DICTATOR " I've felt sorry employees having to work with bullies for bosses.it seems to me happy hardworking employees will make a manager look good when the President comes for a surprise visit.

Today was our Covid 19 vaccinations. Thank you so much. We are thankful to our pharmacy for providing this service in such a helpful way. I love Ingles!

Although my daughter and I accomplished what we set out to do.
The staff was very vague and dis concerned with helping us.
When I worked with the public. I would seem like a tour guide compared to how people point other people in the right direction to get to what they are looking for.

Years ago, Ingles was 2nd class to Harris Teeter. Well, they finally caught up. Stores are customer friendly and Deli is finally Boar's Head brand.

Cashier and guy bagging groceries could not give us any suggestions as to where to eat in town. They come to work at Ingles and don't know what's in the area? Said they didn't know who else would know where we could go. Publix 100 times better than this place!

They would be better if the employees were more friendly and they would ask if you need any help. Even the manager doesn't ask you. When he or she walks by you

Germ cesspool. Only 30% of employees and customers wearing masks. Employees were hugging each other with no masks. If they can’t follow Covid mandates, what other food safety measures are they ignoring?

Wish Ingles had some locations in Charlotte! Everything was clean, organized and stocked. I also got some food from the cafe. Loved their portions!

Standard Ingles. Starbucks inside. First exit south of NC, and Ingles has gas pumps, so many NC ers come for cheap gas. And with the Covid regs, it is a much less hassle place to shop.

In the process of being remodeled which will allow for more services and products. When complete, I would give them a 5 star.

Best Ingles around. Smaller in size than Lake Lure or Boiling Springs but alot nicer in other respects. Local youth make up most of the floor workers and management is made up of caring and compassionate adults with experience. No video store anymore which is a bummer, but they've since added a pharmacy and Starbucks.
