Ingles Markets

Brought these ginger snap cookies open the box and the the paper that keeps the cookies fresh had been tore open by someone or something threw them in the trash money wasted

They have good sales sometimes, but this store is old and isn't very appealing. Would love for them to build a new store in our area.

I live 1 mile from the store. I generally avoid it. Occasionally, when I only need one item, I come to the store and regret it each time.

This is likely the nearest grocery store to me however I usually go to the Powdersville Ingles instead because it's updated. I've lived in the area for nearly 20 years and I've only visited this store maybe a handful of times. This Moonville location has been overdue a renovation for nearly 30 years especially now given the growth in Piedmont and Moonville.

Store is always clean and have good variety of what i came for. Employees are nice and helpful.

We consider this an emergency use, only store. Just opened another container of Ben and Jerry's ice cream, to find it full of frozen ice crystal cream. This has happened on several occasions from food from this location. Many times a year, they have freezers down. Good is left and refrozen! Just an FYI to consumers who care about the quality as well as price of the products they purchase. Ingles doesn't care about the moonville community at all. Do better Ingles!

I love this Ingles in moonville. Especially the deli, with their cooked plates. Good food & great people. The asst mng Heather was really nice and helpful.

They had what I needed. I went early in the morning so not crowded and no line at checkout

This Ingles location is very convient to my home. It only takes a few minutes to drive and run in to grab any supplies I need. They have a deli.and bakery. They also offer lottery tickets. I was also able to find the brand of dog food that Charlie Brown loves to eat.

My family bought almost $400 of groceries so the cashier naturally called for a bagger to help. The manager came out an complained that he had just went to break. He then proceeded to embarrass the cashier stating that she didn't know how to ring up groceries properly. I'm not sure what his problem was but I think the cashier did as best as she could. The manager was the one who didn't know how to treat his employee during a stressful time.

Sloppy facing of product, unfriendly associates, and lack of product selection makes this store a pass for me. This was my first visit but I’d rather go 2 miles down the road to Food Lion. This side of town will be in trouble should they open up a Walmart Neighborhood Market.
I picked up one bag of grands biscuits and when I got home they were freezer burnt. They had clearly defrosted at some point and had been refrozen for sale. They were all stuck together and impossible to break apart.

Older store, not very well kept up. Dingy lighting, and a musty odor. Ok for emergency trips, but other grocers close enough to not make this worth a stop for me personally.

The staff is usually friendly and helpful. They do need to update this store. Other than a new coat of paint, the inside hasn't been upgraded since it opened at least 35 yrs ago.

This is an older, smaller Ingles. So it may not have as much of a variety, but it has enough of a variety I don't miss going to the bigger ones. I feel at ease at this Ingles

Older store. The bakery here is great the doughnuts and pastries are fresh and delicious. Friendly staff

Did you know that requesting additional identification at the point-of-sale would single out SNAP clients and is a clear violation of the SNAP equal treatment provision?
Or did you think that since I have food stamps that I'm not intelligent enough to know my rights?

I like this place spacious, a bit clean except the eggs station.this market is accessible to my place, variety of groceries but I love their ready to go foodies

Produce manager? I believe Lana is her name. Wow! Talking about rude to customers and even her employees. For five minutes after she was rude to me, I listened to her gossip and talk rudely about atleast three other people in that store. Why would you want a cancer like that in the store with Ingles on her shirt. It’s a reflection of the company as a whole. Food lion will at least smile when they are rude.

I love their 1922 sauce! It's great on steak, burgers and chicken. It's killer when mixed in a bunch of wings!

I just moved to Piedmont from Simpsonville SC and I love this ingles! The hot bar is just like momma's cooking. You always get plenty and you can't beat the price!

Found a pair of shoes that I liked and bought them. Employees were helpful and nice. I in and out of the store in about 15 minutes.

Very typical supermarket fare! If you're looking for most things that you would find at your typical produce store, this will be as good a pick as anything if local!

The store was real nice and clean. The produce was nice and the meats were good and priced well also. I bought a that was all huge and it was so sweet
