Had everything I needed. Impressed with their salad and hot bar. Quite a variety of foods, even an olive bar!

Ingles rocks! They are actually very competitive with their prices and they have a lot more specialty items like boutique, type soaps, and gifts. They have a very good deli and extremely good fried fish. They have much more than you would get from going to Walmart or a big box store. The managers are accessible and extremely helpful.

The store is nice. Carry out from the deli has good meals. The store is just way overpriced compared to local competitors, same product pork tenderloin $7.00 at ingles, $4.50 at competitors, cat food $9.00 at Ingles, $6.50 at competitors, pepperoni snack tray $11.00 at Ingles, $8.00 at competitors. These are just a few examples for the same products. It's practically 25% higher to shop there. If you have a large household you have to be rich to shop there.

Every time I come to this store I leave unhappy because of the poor customer service in the evening so today is my last time coming here. The night cashiers and baggers play around and ignore customers but tonight I think I had the rudest cashier ever. Her name was Camille no hello, no smile, no thank you, no asking for my advantage card, nothing at all. She was the only register open even though there were other teenagers standing around laughing and having a good time. The store itself is clean, well stocked, and has great sales but I just don’t like feeling like I am an inconvenience to
your cashier.

Vampires and goths, lions and tigers and bears oh my! Oh and the employee screaming at the tea as he stocked the shelf. Lol…

If you shop in the evening you'll have the whole store to yourself. Strange thing happened tonight though. I'm the caregiver for an elderly person, and I came into town 30 miles around trip to buy meal supplement, Ensure. Knowing that works there had even ever heard of Ensure. So I'm heading over to Walmart and buying my groceries there.

So, I genuinely like this store. The employees are usually friendly and helpful. However, lately one employee has caught my attention. On two occasions, I have been disappointed by one person. Yesterday, the customer in front of me voiced her frustration with the same employee in the deli dept.outloud. He rolled his eyes at her. I saw him do it. She was very offended. On my turn, I felt the chip on his shoulder. The encounters seem unfriendly and like we as the customers are inconveniencing him. I find that disturbing. I tried to be overly polite and friendly to maybe break up the negative energy. I failed! In my experience, people that give off this type of vibe are unhappy about something in their life. I feel like someone in leadership there should speak to him and find out what's up! I know one other person has experienced this same bad attitude when visiting last week. The bad attitude is terrible but the customer service quality has dipped as well. I asked for my salami to be cut at a 3, it was given to me at a 1 with holes all in it, not even full slices. It did not serve for the purpose I bought it for. Of course we will eat it, however, I spend 80-100+ each time I visit the store. I often visit the deli, the meat department and the produce department. So the likelihood of me going back to the deli is probable. I would like my next experience to be better and I am sure the other two customers would too. I get people have a bad day but this is more than that. Someone needs to invest some time and understanding and offer some support to him. It could make a while difference, you never know what kind of stress someone is under.

Best grocer in Pickens. Prices just a tad higher than Wal-Mart but the customer service is 10 fold better than the ever lowering W-mart's service. Rank better in attitude, freshness in products, wider isles, even the modest store in store personnel has a healthy hospitality.

Everyone that seems to work there is very friendly and nice. I wasn't even running really behind on night on picking up the rest of my stuff and the lady didn't even give me a hard time about closing I apologize to her I kept her over the clock 10 minutes she never said a word to me she was very helpful in finding what I needed it was just an overall grocery store of course but the people that were in it seemed to really enjoy their jobs and any work place if it's a happy place then that's a good thing cheers!

So I am traveling through this area from Greenville. I'm like, dreading going into the small town grocery store for a variety of reasons. After leaving, I was so impressed with this store. Everything is well stocked and put together. The self scan area actually worked and was more updated than publix or any other store I've been in. Nobody really was annoyingly, waiting in line, everyone seemed to be actually doing their job and cared. Very nice store.

Over half of the people who come in this store DO NOT wear a mask. I feel very uncomfortable every time I shop at my local store. Many times I will drive to Publix in Easley to be around more people who respect their fellow citizens. There are a few at Publix who won't wear masks, but it's not as bad as at Ingles. I really feel bad for the Ingles associates who have to be exposed to their selfish clientele. The people who work at Ingles are exceptionally nice. They keep the store clean and well stocked and provide excellent customer service.

For the small town of Pickens, Ingles had a wide variety of items including more specialty and ethnic items than you would expect. Staff, on the whole, are friendly and helpful. The biggest problem with the store is the parking lot.traffic flow is not good and arrangement makes maneuvering larger vehicles difficult, especially when crowded.

I love this Ingles. Everything is fresh and they have pretty plants and flowers too. Everyone that works there is super nice and helpful.

The bagger, Dyaln, very good at his j-o-b! Bagged my groceries so good my jaw droped to the floor like in those funy old cartoons lol! Haha! O and hes a speedy one too! His arms were like blurs omg haha! I couldnt even see em no sir! And wow his hair! So secksee! Never seen a man with such a betiful mane of locks! After ten years I've shopped here for the last time. There is no enforcement of mask rules so literally half the people shopping had no mask. I have COPD if I get covid19 I'll die. Amazon sells all the groceries I need and delivers for free.

A choice here to shop. Has some good prices and the breakfast and lunch plates are really good to eat. Try them out sometime

I could shop Ingles blindfolded, you know one store you know them all. Always clean and friendly. Cheaper than the competition.

I don't like the selection here. A whole aisle of water but lacking in basic over the counter medicines and other odds and ends you might need.

I once liked Ingles, but I no longer shop there because of the high prices. Its clean well stocked and employees are helpful. It has a pharmacy, deli, bakery and salad bar that are priced good. Also has a Starbucks.

The only place I shop for groceries. The cashiers and bag help rarely smile and give me the impression they dont want to be there. Good customer service goes a long way. A smile, a "thank you, " or please come again, would make me feel like you at least appreciate my business. The last time I was there the cashier never said a word. My groceries were rung up, money was taken, she looked at me and handed me my receipt. Come on Ingals.your customers deserve better.

Clean grocery store, usually well stocked. There are a lot of young employees, you will often be ignored during check out and be subject to listening to their inappropriate conversations (such as getting high in the parking lot). Older employees always seem to be in a hurry, will walk all over you and push you out of the way if you aren't walking quickly enough.

My grocery store! It is hard to find fresher vegetables or better meat, anywhere. You really get the most for your money here.

Great place to shop and definitely appreciate the Tuesdays and weekends earl th opening for seniors and comprised immune health issues also first responders. This is so muchly appropriated!
