My biggest complaint is the Deli. I think they have 1 person there that knows how to cut n pkg cold cuts. It's so annoying when they slice up your cold cuts and don't remove the wrapper.

Very convenient to our home. No stress traffic and no stress shopping. The employees are courteous, helpful, and friendly! I'll shop Ingles any day over walmart, just for the friendly faces. If you need help, they help you with a smile!

Always nice and clean. I specifically go out of my way to get my meat here because it is the best.

Nice People in the Deli. Took care of me good. See I am on oxygen and I have to use a electric buggy and when I need something they bring it to me.

Needs to be updated and every time I go, the kids checking out are cutting up, immature and rude.

I’m giving this store three stars, because of Mrs. Betsy and the other cashiers and front of the house. I don’t like coming here because they never have what I want. Also, all the managers are rude and they never are friendly. The managers will literally walk right by you and not smile nothing. This store is not very welcoming besides the cashiers and the front workers. I will not shop here anymore instead I’ll go to the other one. At least the other store has friendly workers including the managers and a Starbucks.

Deli has the best fried chicken at the best price you'll find when feeding a large family.

Clean, new store. Well organized. Friendly people. I especially like that there are guide papers on the ends of the aisles so you can look up products to find out on which aisle they are located.

I woukd give zero stars if it were an option.
The respect this location shows employees is nonexistent. I don't know how anyone works there unless they're OK with labeling, and demeaning disabled employees! So what if the store is in great condition, and clean. It means nothing if you can't treat EVERY employee with respect. The disabled deserve just as much respect as the abled body. The entire staff should be terminated, and filled with people that have compassion for others no matter who they are, or challenged they may be.

I always enjoy coming to this ingles. But today I had bad experience. Just bc I spend over 500 dollars to make sure I have food for my family all month does not give the right for the employee to judge or get mad bc I have buggy full. Miss Clarissa if you dont like your job and don't want to ring people up then ingles is not your job. So please do me a favor and learn some customer service or go somewhere else that is convenient and that makes you happy.

I am handicaped and the staff are teriffic. Ask and you are answered or actualy handed the product you were looking for. MY good experience with Ingles goes back many years to shopping in Henersonville 35 years ago. Thanx and I will keep on shopping now as a Spartanburg resident.

My specialty store for any and all things I cannot find anywhere else! I can rest assured that Ingle has it. Love this store

Store was medium quality and slighly dirty. The parking lot is almost unparkeable if that is a word? No lines or spaces were marked. My biggest concern is the bagging groceries. Unfortunately, i forgot my multi-use bag and I had one basket and they tried to put it in five bags. How about teaching your baggers some enviornmental responsability. I never write these but that bothered me. Get with 2021 corporate responsability and i'll be back.

This has been the family grocery store. My kids grew up in these isles.customer service and friendliness is the best. My daughter's first job too. We can count on them to be in stock and have what we need.

Good selection, decent prices, and I saved some money on gas buy shopping with my ingles card, but this location doest have the gas station at it

Always liked this store, no problems as far as personally but this particular site has crossed the line as far as I’m concerned. A young man, an awesome young man I will say, has quit there after numerous bullying episodes from employees and management, where no part of management has stepped in to stop the behavior or stand up for him. See, this young man was born with challenges that make things a little more difficult than most of us but what he does possess that most don’t is a strong will to work hard and be kind. After learning of this there are other stories of like that makes this a problem that corporate should be involved. I will do my part to ensure that this treatment, and anybody involved, of anyone is removed from that store.

Absolutely love the food on the hot bar! Tastes like home cooked meals. If they don't have anything on there you like, you can slide over to their sub bar and have a fresh made sub prepared to your liking!

My go to grocery shopping place. Love that they added the cupcakes you can decorate yourself with icing and sprinkles included.bakery section

A great place to shop! I wish the store was updated as it does seem rather old but I would much rather shop here than walmart anyday!

Employees are cordial and willing to help you with any questions that you may have. Also it is easy access in and out in no time.

Would be a better store if, people would wear masks because its requared and if no one has a mask on, they should not be able to enter the store.and they go down the one way iles the wrong way!

They aren't complaining about masks or threatening the arrest people who protest the masks, unlike the dorman center walmart

I know we are in tough times right now, but unfortunately the quality has slipped at this location when it comes to making sure food is still fresh.
It is a waste of my time, their time, and my money when food is already old when you purchase it.
I've been coming to this location for years and never had to worry about checking the label because it was always within a reasonable date.
Several of my items had mold on it, or were dated way earlier for May.
I don't mind buying the first item on the shelf rather than pushing things around for a later date, but it's dishonest to sell things past the date and already stale.
I wish I had seen it at the store, but most came in packaging where it wouldn't be immediately noticeable.
This is not a criticism of the workers here as they are always nice or polite to me.

Been shopping here since I relocated and even worked here; everyone is helpful and friendly and there's nothing like going into a store and people know you even with the mask on.

This store is always clean and the staff is profesional. I only gave it 4 stars because it is outdated and in need of remodeling.

Produce dept.is nice. Eponymous batteries are super affordable. There's an in store starbucks. The rest - the groceries - is limited in selection and high in price.

I usally only review restaurants but this is an Awesome place to shop very helpful staff j think the cashier name was jebel or Jamal a young African American guy. He was the most courteous cashier I have ever met in my life time. He definitely deserves a raise or promotion!

I would give this Ingles more stars, but I will no longer be bringing my business here. I called Monday to see if they had a part time job available. The manager told me to fill out an application, then come in Thursday at 10 for an interview. So I got off my main job at 11: 30 Wednesday night, got up put on my work uniform and went to the store. I arrived around 09: 30 or 09: 45. Went to the customer service counter, and told the lady im here for an interview. She promptly told the manager, then came back and told me to have a seat in the Cafe. So I sat and waited. 10 o'clock rolled around, 10: 15 and finally at 10: 30 I walked up to the Customer Service counter and no one was even there. So I walked out!

Way too expencive. The other Ingles on Asheville highway is much better, more low prices on products, Asheville highway Ingles have more backed chicken and a long bar with cooked salads for customers, chicken wings full tray of all kind of olives to take home. Better bakery items of yummy goodness. This Ingles doesn't have low prices, or other tray foods.

I’m so glad this store is less than a mile from my house! They always have everything that I need. The food at the deli is very fresh. I especially like their selection of cheeses! Their prices seem to very comparable as well. The staff are always helpful.
