Food was great.service phenomenal
Our server was Celeta. She was very nice and we didn't wait for anything. Perfect service. Give that girl a raise

Tried to order online options not available, call to place order, they no longer take orders over the phone, have to come in to order, then wait on your food for 15-20mins. Manager talks over you and says online app is generic and if I want food I have to drive 15mins their place order wait 15-20mins as if this isn’t 7: 30 on a Monday morning. I didn’t create the app, why is adding shredded beef not an option when it is available. Then to think you can inconvenience a person who is trying to spend money with your company and to top it off, have rude management is baffling. Don’t wonder why you losing customers. Will not be spending my time or money with Ihop.

Waitress forgot my side but she brought it when asked) food was ok.we did have about 40 people in our party though so i understand she was juggling a lot

We had a great time at this IHOP. The food came out super fast and when we spilled a drink our waitress Sonne helped us clean it up and got us new drinks. She was so sweet and helpful the whole time. Several waitresses greeted us and said bye when we left. Will definitely come back.

Cold hard food and a waitress we saw once when she took our order what a shame I'm typically a great tipper.

Good food and quick service, but took a long time to be noticed and get seated, long time.

This was a pleasant impromptu brunch for the family. I used to come here before the pandemic and it was always a nice visit. The restaurant is clean, the staff is courteous and attentive and the food is always good and fresh. I recommend it if you're in the area.

Tried this one because I didn't want to go to the one near me and I enjoyed my food and Miss Diane was very professional and polite.

Stopped in on the way to FL and was seated quickly, our server, Scott, was there quickly and was extremely nice! Our food came in less than 5 minutes and it all was fresh and hot! It was busy that morning also.

First time back in 3 years. Enjoyed our meal and our server was wonderful. The decor had been updated since our last visit. Very nice and contemporary.

The waitress was more concerned with the smaller group of people and the off duty officers beside us then to care what we needed.

Order gluten free pancakes and regular pancakes. Whoever made the pancakes put all the pancake in one plate so we had no idea which was which.

Friendly, fast service. Great food. Many gluten free options. Very clean. Best IHOP I’ve ever been to.
