IHOP

Food was good but server was new and really didn’t know the menu and the manager was ok he barely understood what i was saying which can be frustrating to explain things!

I'll give it 2 stars for fresh food. The server Jason was a great host. The Manager stayed in the back while this poor Man ran all over the place waiting on all the tables, forgetting things because he had so much to do he had six tables trying to take care of all of us while she stood in the back looking through a window.
We drove all the way from Newberry like we always do Jason is always a good server NEVER did she come out to help until we were ready to leave and then she come out to collect everyone's money never once did she come out to help Jason.

Friendly staff. Had some time to burn. Came in. Got something to eat. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed my visit.

Wasn't satisfied with the food or service. We ordered breakfast and our food was cold by the time we got it and our server wasn't very friendly. She appeared to be having a bad day. Then she overcharged us and I had to bring it to her attention. Probably won't be visiting that location again.

Since our last visit the restaurant has been remodeled. It was in need of a facelift! We received great service and good food. This iHop is farther from our home but we think it is worth the drive. The pumpkin spice pancakes were delicious. There's a slight taste of pumpkin that doesn't overpower your taste buds.

Wow, I don’t even know where to start. I never Left a review before and I’ve had some pretty bad experiences but this one I can’t let go. The food taste like it was sitting overnight and just microwaved in the morning. It was not edible. Very disgusting They had the nerve to put spoiling avocados on my omelette, barely any bacon in the bacon temptation, and the bacon was undercooked. Crepes tasted like rubber and were cold. Ketchup packets looked like they were stepped on before they were put into my bag, they were all sticky and dirty looking. I’m so disappointed I never had food this bad from ihop before. They don’t even have ihop bags I should have known something was up smh

Tried new omelet, it was delicious! Pancakes included with the meal and that one of a kind recipe that is so good it can't be duplicated.

Worse I hop help I have ever been to. We waited 10 minutes to be seated. I had to get someone to seat us. Tables pulled with dirty dishes. Not washed down. They never emptied the dishes off dirty table. Manager was rude when she finally sat us. Corporate needs to see how bad it is

I'm equal distance to this and the Lexington location. This one has a 3rd of the foot traffic. Better for pandemic crowd anxiety.

Manager was on point food was great appreciate the appetizer after my order was never put in but the end result was great

I truly enjoyed IHOP. My 1st time eating there and it was Scrumptious. Today me and hubby ate dinner and again I was pleased with the food.

I ordered a split decision requested specifics and they didn’t deliver it wasn’t that it was doable they just didn’t want to take their time. My order was split up coming out at different times than the rest of my meal and my bacon was cold. After speaking with the manager he didn’t say much but offended that he would provide a discount only $2.30 something. It was the experience altogether that I didn’t enjoy on top of the meal they under delivered on.a 2.30 credit off doesn’t make up for the quality if food that we paid 30.00$ still even after this discount!

Went here for brunch and the Hispanic serve in the red shirt was very rude when my husband asked for sour cream with his omelet. She yells at our sever no only can get it with chicken fajita omelet. We informed her we would pay for it she kept going on about no sour cream unless its a fajita omelet. We usually only eat at the ihop on two notch decided to try this one. Never again. It took the manager for us to get some sour cream.

Easy bite for a fast stop on our way back home. Great for a brunch and only 15 minutes to wait to be seated at 11: 30 am on a Sunday. Very kind waitress. All tasted very good and simple. Loved the pancakes. Ladies restrooms could have used a bit more moping. Easy and inexpensive. Enjoy it. Safe stop

The ihop on St. Andrews rd was great. The only complaint I have is 3 others tables that came in after us got served their meal before us.

Parking is pretty tight at this location but they do have available parking on the side. This location is a always very neat and clean. The workers are professional and friendly. Morning times are their busiest times so call ahead to see how long the wait would be for a table. Since covid-19 I myself no longer dine in I order to go. They have two spots for take out but to me it's to tight to park. Your food is marked by a receipt and ready to go. I usually get the steak omelette with three strawberries or blueberry pancakes its amazing it comes with strawberry syrup or blueberry compote which is extremely delicious. The menu online is accurate and list all items thats comes with each meal and you can get it just the way you like it. I do enjoy this location and the wonderful people who work here.

We stopped here for breakfast when we were passing through. The portions were huge! We had a quick and super polite server.

This IHOP has been a go to restaurant for me for a long time. Tonight this changed. I entered the door at 8: 40 PM to get seated. I was immediately told that they were only accepting take out orders. The dining room does not close until 9: 00 PM. There was plenty of staff on the floor so being understaffed wasn't a reason. The night manager should be taken to task for taking (or allowing) this very unprofessional position of turning away diners. There is no excuse for this. Since this is the only IHOP left open in the area they seem to now take their patrons for granted. If this is the way they want to treat their customers then go ahead and shutter the doors.

Great breakfast today! Good food! Had the most amazing waitress, Jenn! She was so kind and funny! Took excellent care of us. I will definitely come back to see her!

Always love to start our trips with breakfast at iHop. They make the best pancakes but also have a variety of menu choice for a breakfast that will please most anyone in the family

Just left here 5* food was delicious and the service was GREAT! LEONARDO was our waiter and he is on point with everything. Wish a have the same service where I live in Spartanburg. LEO papi tu servicio fue el mejor que hemos recibido en mucho tiempo

The manager is rude they got bugs in the water and they drunk my drink and put food in it I'm tired of this I was tryna chill

Today was terrible. Three of us ordered pancakes and all 3 orders were incorrect. I believe IHOP was overwhelmed and were just giving out any type of pancakes to fulfill an order. I ordered plain buttermilk and received banana.

The young lady we had was very rude wasn't attentive and she claimed they didn't serve warm syrup and we had to keep repeating ourselves several times very annoying.

Food was excellent. Server kept disappearing for long periods of time.almost sure I saw her take a pic of my debit card at the computer. I saw this flash.wasn't 100% so I placed all kinds of defenses in my account to be safe. Have returned since and will be back.just gonna pay cash only.

An old friend and I met up here to catch up. We have not seen each other in several years and we were deployed together overseas a few times. Sarah was our waitress, she was so friendly and kind and checked on us often but let us know we could catch up. We were not rushed and that meant a lot for us as we really missed each other. It was so nice. I left a 20.00 tip for her yesterday but she was gone, I hope the manager made sure she got it as promised because she really deserved that tip as she took very good care of us, she was helpful, kind, attentive and we hope to see her again. She said she would be there because she loves working there and isn't going anywhere. I hope that is true because she was great.

The best IHOP! Frankly, most IHOPs are hit and miss. However, I've been going to this IHOP for about 10 years and the food and service are consistently excellent. The pancakes are always fresh, hot, fluffy, and delicious - just as they should be! Whenever I'm in the area, I will return here for a classic, quality breakfast and great service. Kudos!

It was bad they they took to much money out of my account and they wasn't supposed to so I will never go back to that IHOP again.

Ordered online as I left work.
Food was fast and hot and missing the side of bacon.

I'm not wasting the time and trouble to go back there.

After eating at this ihop on 2/21/21 my family became very sick with food poisoning. My husband has been hospitalized since Monday. I need to go to the hospital but can’t because I can’t leave my children. We know we got the salmonella from IHOP because that is the only place we all ate at. I knew the service was bad, but damn. I didn’t know this place would actually get us sick like this. PLEASE stay AWAY! For your own safety!

Essence really made my night. She didn’t charge me extra for my hash browns, and gave me blueberries on the side since she knew I loved blueberry pancakes. Service was beyond welcoming and extremely fast. If you eat here sometime soon, ask for essence! She will make your meal memorable

Fast service, good food, and they actually follow the current Covid Protocol for restaurants that I've noticed most other restaurants this week hadn't and were operating like like they would have last year.

If you want a variety of delicious pancakes and good customer service smiling and attending to your needs then I suggest Ihop.
