Caroline is fantastic! She’s so friendly and makes the experience better and is very professional and she is receptive of your requests. She makes the painful laser session bearable because she’s engaging and helps make the process as comfortable as it can be. She is very detailed and makes sure every spot in the area is hit.

Everyone is very nice and professional. Caroline is great. She takes time with you and makes sure you are ok during your treatments. The office is also very clean! The results of my laser hair removal are amazing! Only on my 4th treatment and hair is about 60% gone.

The nurse Emily did my Botox and she was really kind and professional. She explained the treatment throughly and made sure my comfort and concerns were addressed. Would highly recommend Ideal image.

I had all 12 of my sessions, and afterward, there were no positive results at all. When I spoke with management, I was told that is why you signed the agreement because we don't guarantee results. After spending thousands of dollars, they were not willing to do anything else. I would not recommend this at all.
Very bad experience. After speaking with someone about this, I was scheduled to go back. The nurse took pictures and said a manager would call me within 5 days. Well, it's been 2 weeks, and I have not heard from anyone.
