Employee Inessa was phenomenal! She went above and beyond for us and was so kind doing it! She deserves a raise!

The cashier is very sweet and they are willing to adjust the prices if the item is slightly damaged

Probably the worst time to visit this store. The entire store is a disaster. Items everywhere and I mean everywhere! Nothing is organized so finding what you’re looking for will be a challenge. If you plan on visiting this location I suggest you give yourself extra time. And the best part …. There are 2 cashiers open. Not 3 or 4 just 2 with a line that’s unreal.

Always fun to shop here- you never know what you'll find! Halloween decor is in now, which is my favorite!

"Gabby" is the BOMB! Love her, and her great customer service. Hope you can give her a raise so she does not leave

Great place to find hidden household gems. Customer service is lacking, and at the checkout the clerks are not so friendly. A lot of merchandise crammed into a medium sized place. I asked a sal s clerk on the floor if they carried a knife sharpener and she had no clue and just left me hanging. I asked another clerk and she said they don’t stock this item. Really! I’m a retail environment as this place. I’ll continue to shop here but I know not to approach employees it’s like going into a “Walmart” and asking an employee for assistance…you get nothing but eye rolling or it’s not my department.

Very small isles to travel through, and everything seemed out of place, chairs, picture very little space to take you time to look and shop

The store is always changing out their merchandise so there's always something new to see, and usually buy, when you shop there.

I loveeeee this store! My favorite! Only docked 1 star because it's not floorplanned very good at all. It's super cramped. There is no getting around people if you have a buggy and I need a buggy for everything I'm planning to buy whether my fiancé likes it or not!

I always find something whether I need it or not l my squeezing pillows and smelling candles spot!

Clean, well organized, and with polite staff. I was able to find everything I needed for a good price.

Great place to shop. I am kind of a foodie. I love Starbucks coffee. They carry a great selection. One of my wife's favorite places to shop. We enjoy the kitchen area and glass wear. The store is very clean and employee's very friendly and helpful. I like Christmas season, because they usually have Italian candies in stock.

Loved it! Store is really well organized and easy to navigate. Lots of variety in every aisle. You can definitely make a whole shopping day out of just browsing.

Found lots of beautiful things and prices seemed reasonable, but a lot of things crammed into a small space. Need to put shelves a little further apart to be able to pass other shoppers according to covid guidelines. Nervous because of tight quarters.

Does not enforce mask policy, and does not care about the public's general safety. Very disappointed in this company.

This store is packed with treasures. I'm so glad that they built one in West Ashley. The closest one was in Mt Pleasant before this one was built. I go regularly to this store, and I always find what I am looking for. It is part of the TJ Maxx and Marshall's chain. There is actually a TJ Maxx right next to the HomeGoods store.

The staff here was AMAZING! They were very helpful, careful with my items, and even helped me look for bowls and serving dish that were a good match for my home dish set. Definitely going back

New location. Clean but small. The store is over crowded with stuff. Regardless we're happy to finally have one here in West Ashley

Terrible parking. Bad location for a home goods. On the very corner, and most times parking is 10-mins.with a bunch of cars circling around. Customers will definitely get sick of it eventually

Lots of great options for home decor! I was in a rush so I didn't have time to go through everything but I found a beautiful painting for my bedroom and a comforter set that I wanted as well. The aisles are small so it was hard to maneuver with a basket. We ended up having to just put it up and hold the items we wanted to purchase. We had great customer service however.
