Katie did a great job with executing the shape I wanted and design. I’d say the customer service could be a little bit better but if you’re willing to overlook, it’s a good nail salon. I was in and out within 45 minutes on Friday around 12: 00

This is the best nail place hands down. Every time I come in everyone is so nice. I've been going to them for about three years now and love it.

I had both a manicure and pedicure. Technicians were nice and skilled enough. However, surface was gritty during my manicure and I developed an irritation on my foot immediately after service. Establishment needs to improve cleaning and sanitizing protocols. I wont be back.

I usually go here to get my nails done. Service is usually good and so are the workers but today was horrible. I had a guy I think his name is Tan. He seems to be impatient and pushy. I had two colors in mind I know I wanted and it’s like he kept pushing me to pick one and we barely started the service. Nails were not even on my fingers yet! His work was okay for the most part but he seem to be rushing it. He was not social which is fine but don’t make me feel like you don’t want me here either.worse service as of today. I may not return back

Paid over $100 for nails that don’t even look like the ones I showed him in the photo. I usually paid $65 at my usual place for the same set. I cried on my way home. Do not recommend. The guy was nice though.

I’m so thankful because I showed the picture of the nails I liked they turned exactly what I wanted.

One of the guys there did a horrible job on my nails. They are so thick and heavy. Plus they’re shaped weird. I spent $102 on my niece and I nails and I wasted my money because I am getting these taken off tomorrow. The customer service is horrible as well because I told the guy who did my nails I did not like the shape of them and how thick they were and he did nothing. I also told one of the ladies and they did nothing to try to fix them. I will never go there again.

I have been coming here for a while and this time will be my last. I came in at 7pm and they close at 7: 30pm. #1 They have 2 older people doing pedi. One has already cut my foot on one service, then the older man did my feet wrong and someone came behind him and had to do it over. Which added another hour for me to seat there. Well tonight I’m sitting in the nail salon as I’m writing this review and the same two older people tried to service me and I ask for someone else. When I ask the other guy he told me NO and that he was done for the day and that they were closed. I say to him well you don’t close until 7: 30 if you close at 7 why did both of them ask me what was I getting today? Then he says I’m done and takes off his jacket and starts to speak a different language. Mind you it’s 7: 05pm and I always come at 7pm because I don’t get off until 6: 30 and I have NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM. I will not be coming to this business again. Your closed but it’s still people getting serviced at 7: 27pm

The service was not good at all I will never come back here. Staff was rude and wouldn't help me.

Quick service most days! And I have been here 2x prior the first visit was great the man directly behind the register did my nails. The 2nd visit ok and 3rd was not it, both times were done by the women in the 3rd chair on the left side. I showed her a picture of a design I wanted she glanced at it once when I first sat down then did not ask to see it again before putting curved lines on my nails. Then was surprised when I requested to have it off then, proceeded to charge me for a design I did not keep or like. I will not be back.

I don’t write reviews, but this place doesn’t answer their phone ever. Went in for a dip manicure looking for Christmas colors and showed a picture of what I was wanting and the tech told me no, so I picked a different color that I didn’t want but was ok with. As the tech was doing my nails I noticed she was using acrylic powder, which I wasn’t getting acrylic nails. I was just my natural nails. Me not knowing anything about nails thought maybe they are the same, come to find out they are not the same. My nails are not even, and today the top layer of my nails are goopy and coming off. So now I’m having to go somewhere else to get them redone.

Sara is the best nail tech especially when it comes to long nails & exclusive nail art designs.

Sarah is the absolute best. She’s always so friendly and kind. She’s very punctual abs gets the job done better then the examples she’s given. I don’t ever want another nail tech. She is really like that!

Peter did my nails and he did a horrible job with my nails. For one he was rushing and today my nail on my middle finger popped off and I am very upset.

I love Hollywood! Sarah is the truth if you are looking for long nails and fast customer service.

Very mellow a little over priced but quick service kind people not a lot of yelling and screaming and they know their customers by Name pedicure was sub par feet still rough and I still have a callus but nail tech was on point

1st timer

Overpriced and within 4 days my nail was about to break, so I had to soak off the acrylic. After only 1 week it looked as I was already due for another fill. They thinned the gel polish too much and it looked NOTHING like it did on the sample. If I'm paying more I expect exceptional service.

I got a gel pedicure in yellow on 15 Mar 21 and on 17 March my big toe on right foot had peeled off and was still sticky and two were peeling - I returned 18 Mar 17 to get them reapplied by a different tech.

Just went for a regular mani pedi with a friend. They don’t care about quality just about getting you in and out despite having an appointment. My friend got a deluxe pedi and just fingernails trimmed. I got mani and pedi with polish. $120 absolutely wasted. I chipped my nail on the drying machine and they just painted over it so it no longer had a smooth finish. I regret tipping.

This was my first experience getting my nails done. I went in with my best friend around 7 excited after getting off work. Not that they aren’t ‘pretty’, but the work looks rushed, i.e. Nails crooked, bumpy. I won’t be going back at least not in the day time, maybe I’ll receive quality work.

I literally LOVE sarah! The sweetest person in the building! Alwaya energetic! Always willing too satisfy the customer! Definitely worth tipping & will always return! I drive from charlotte too see her by the way! Thanks sarah see you soon!

Service was great except they never answered my question about glow acrylics. I got the vip pedicure and it was amazing. Also got lashes, brows and nails. Everything was great. I like glow acrylics though!

I came in with a general idea of what I wanted and my nail tech did such an outstanding job and she was the creative brains behind these beautiful acrylic nails

I went in on Monday for a fill in and a toe color change. I was happy that i was in and out. The next morning when I was showing my toes off all the polish is off my big toe later on that afternoon the GEL polish is of my baby toe. I went back in on Wednesday and got the gel polish redone on my toes and feet.and one of my nails are already chipping.it’s only been 5 hours! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND

Pedi (reg) and mani (gel) $60. They are slacking. Regularly get a pedicure. Went in today to get manicure service was terrible. Mary the short thin one in front right of the door has a very smart mouth. I don't like my nails drilled. They started speaking their language. I sat down and the tech pull out the drill. I left. 4 weeks prior to this same smart mouth had me walking with no shoes. Smarty responded to a comment i made.you can't get Coronaviris walking barefoot on their floor. The elder man does a great job. What i dont know i can't speak on. He does good with pedicure.

I do not recommend this place, my full set was rushed & my pedicure. I wanted to relax while getting my pedicure but couldn’t due to the lady only doing my toes for about 7 mins including the soak. Also she lied to me about prices, kept throwing out numbers. By the end of checkout I paid $105 for both basic sets with only two designs on two fingers. Never paid that much anywhere else! Please don’t go here, you will be dissatisfied with their service!

I have not done my pedis for so so so long. So today I decided to treat myself. My husband and I walked in to get our pedis done. We did not have to wait at all which was perfect. We really enjoyed our pedicures here.

This place is not what it used to be. I went for a fill in and it was horrible. My nails were not what I wanted, a French tip, as he didn't want to do it. They were filed so badly there were sharp rough edges all over them. When I said something he said they will wear down. I used to go to them all the time and they were wonderful. Now they are just trying to get you in and out and do a horrible job on your nails. Don't waste your money there!

This place is very Bad and Unprofessional
I got my nails done yesterday and Within hours of going home they broke and on top that they look like I needed a full set already
Then I go back to get the nail fix they fixed but didn’t care to fix they rest of them
They will never get my service
I spent $70.00
I sat to get my nail redone to dry also n roaches crawling all over the nail dryer area
Please don’t waist your money or time

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE! THIS PLACE USED TO BE MY GO TO NAIL SHOP BUT I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. IT IS MESSY, THE PERSON WHO DID MY NAILS WAS RUDE & FILED TO HARD TIL IT REACHED MY SKIN & LEFT A CUT ON MY FINGER FROM FILING HARD! AFTER I TOLD HIM REPEATEDLY IT HURTS! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I normally go here to get my nails done. This time I wanted something a little special. I showed my tech the design I wanted and asked if they were capable of doing it. They said yes, and this is what I got. Very disappointed with the service I received today
