Paula was excellent and friendly with getting me an appointment last minute. Atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and Cat’s technique and understanding of personal needs was second to none!

Paula has created a warm, relaxing and welcoming environment to be pampered in. The Queen for a Day package was amazing. The massage was exactly what I needed to unwind and the facial had me leaving looking refreshed. I won’t make a trip to Hilton Head without booking a spa appointment here!

Highly recommend Paula! I was experiencing neck and shoulder pain and after two sessions and I see a great improvement. Paula is experienced, knowledgeable and really takes the time to understand your specific needs.

My wife and I had a very relaxing couples’ massage here. I booked online only a couple days before the visit, and the owner called and followed up, and also provided a reminder via text. The massage therapists were great and our check-in was very seamless. We had a very positive experience overall.

My friend and I were visiting the area and decided to get facials.
After looking at several locations, we found Hilton Head Island Spa & Wellness. This was the first time that I've ever had a facial and it was amazing! I'm sorry that I can't remember the lady, who did mine but all of the ladies there were wonderful. They were all very nice and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Kudos to all of the employees and thank you again!

My sister and I had facials and massages here. Both of our facials and massages were amazing! The only downside was, first, we both heard a man’s voice talking the entire time. We think it may have been a business next door. If so, something Paula couldn’t control. We also kept hearing a hacking cough throughout our massages and facials coming from the front. Very distracting. It would be great to have better background to prevent hearing these noises. Otherwise, Paula was very accommodating and fit my sister and I in with only a week’s notice. We appreciate her responsiveness and dedication to a great spa experience. We will definitely return.

What a Great Treat! My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage and we both had an Amazing experience! My boyfriend had a deep tissue and Paula was his therapist. He had only great things to say about her pressure and knowledge. She recommended a scar specialist to further assist him with his problem area. Cat was my therapist and she was Absolutely Amazing! I am a massage therapist myself, so a bit of a critic when receiving but I was blown away with my massage! We both felt our massages were therapeutic as well as relaxing. Definitely a Strong Recommendation for massages, whether it be for a couples or singles!

I have never in my life heard of a spa/massage therapist charging extra for a tall person. An hour is an hour. Short or skinny people should get a discount then.

Paula, in response to your comment, my husband was EXTREMELY displeased with the upcharge. He had bigger fish to fry at the moment and chose not to fight you on it. We tipped 20% because that is who we are but you are right, we should not have done so. I searched tour website for this policy and could not find it. You should offer a discount then to people who require less effort. We both have had countless massages with very reputable therapists and have never been upcharged.

Paula and Yun were wonderful! My fiancé and I got a couples massage and loved every second of it. They were so thorough and attentive and the spa itself is so clean and relaxing! Will come back every time we’re on the island. Paula was great with follow-up reminders about our appointment and booking was so easy. Loved loved loved!

Less than zero stars! Lost my appointment! Then had a very rude and clearly sick employee offer to take me anyways. Of course I said no, then when trying to find an appointment at another spa in the parking lot. The two female employees started fighting and shoving the front door back and forth screaming while a customer was inside. Most unprofessional thing I've seen.

Great place to go if you're a local or visiting HHI! My wife and I did a couples massage (her's was a prenatal). We got to be in the same room and it was a great experience! Everett and Yun did a great job and were very professional, helpful, and friendly!

I was looking forward to experiencing this spa, even after a previous employee informed me of their less than quality standards and practices. My husband purchased a spa package for me as a gift shortly after my first child birthing experience. I have unfortunately been unable to redeem the certificate due to postpartum recovery, unsuccessful attempts at securing child care, and being placed on bed rest with my current pregnancy. Upon several attempts to call and finally being able to have a conversation with someone (they have no receptionist) the woman I spoke with was aggressive, combative and downright rude. The physical purchase proof I have states that it is still valid for use until May 7th, 2022 and that it is nontransferable, however this woman speaks over me to tell me that it is expired and they "usually" don't offer refunds but that I can give the certificate to someone else to use. Just make it make sense. The lack of respect and poor customer service has left me very disappointed.

My husband bought me a cranial sacral deep tissue message with Paula. Wonderful experience. She worked out all the kinks in my neck and shoulders. The ambiance was relaxing and staff were friendly. Will be going back. Dianna

Wow! We did a couples massage. We both feel great! My left shoulder has been in pain for 9 months after taking Letrozole. Even after stopping the medication and therapy, my shoulder has continued to feel pinched. I do not feel any pain at all. We felt they listened to us and worked on the areas we needed help. The staff was professional and super friendly. We will return on our next visit. Highly recommend!

I have had a good number of massages in my life, and this was the best. No exaggeration. I went for an 80-minute massage (I recommend spending the extra dollars for extra time), and 30-minute facial and thoroughly enjoyed every second. The prices are reasonable compared to what I saw in the hotel spas. Sarah did the massage and she has a a true talent for her work. The facility itself is clean, pretty and cozy and I was warmly welcomed. I could go on and on!

Everett and Yun were both amazing massage therapists and super knowledgeable. Paula was responsive and communicative and all were extremely professional and respectful. Will definitely book again when back in HH!

I had a great time with my girlfriend at the couples massage. Yun, who worked on me was awesome and even used special lotion on my sunburnt skin after a day at the beach. Everett worked on my girlfriend and was very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He did talk a bit and make some interesting comments but we always felt comfortable the entire time. I would recommend this place to anyone and if you are on the fence you should give it a try, just offering my constructive criticism.

This was by far the best message experience I’ve had. I got the island message, so it was 30 minutes of massage and 30 minutes of energy work. My body and mind feel like they can do anything. I felt very calm and refreshed after my experience. Would definitely recommend getting energy work done here.

First off I would like to say Abby, the esthetician, gave an amazing facial (she’s gets 5 stars). Overall I was not happy with my experience. My massage was awful. I have zero relief from the massage I got from Paula who is the owner of the spa. She did not knock when she came into my room which is so unprofessional and then complained to the staff how they didn’t have the room set up for me properly. It wasn’t a big deal…I wouldnt have known the difference. My back and my shoulders were hardly touched! I’ve never had a massage where they didn’t give my back some attention. Her touch was so light, I thought this was supposed to be a “custom massage” I wasn’t asked about the pressure until I turned over on my back and she started on my neck. I probably spent less than 10 mins on my stomach. She was very rough with pushing my hair out of the way and how she was “massaging” me. I wrote on my sheet that my shoulder/traps are a major issue for me right now. She stated I need a massage every week for the next month to fix my neck problem…well I’m gonna need more than a month after the massage she gave me becuase a part of my neck hurts even worse! And no, I’m not talking about being sore after the massage. I was not relaxed at all during my massage at all. It definitely wasn’t worth the price (the facial yes, massage no). If you come here, get anyone else besides Paula for a massage. So much for a relaxing spa day on my vacation.

My wife and I got a couples massage from the husband and wife team there and it was excellent. We've been to numerous spas for massages and this was, by far, the best massage we've had.
Our entire experience was incredible and I highly recommend this spa for your wellness needs. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

I made an appointment for the 2ish hour Swedish, Reiki, and cranio session. Session started promptly and staff was friendly. Unfortunately the staff I had spent a majority of the appointment coughing and stepping out due to sinus issues. I completely understand it as I too have allergies, but it messed up the zen vibe I was trying to achieve and paid for.

My daughter surprised me with a massage for her and myself while we where on vacation.
Our massages where amazing. We both feel great. Our massage therapist Everett was Wonderful. Very relaxing and he worked on our troubled areas. Very clean and professional. Definitely will come back again when we are here on vacation. Thank you

I have been getting treatments from Paula at Hilton Head Spa & Wellness for years. I tweaked my neck a couple of days ago and my massage today was wonderful, as always! I get massages there regularly as well as Cranial work. It does wonders! The spa has a very nice energy and I recommend it highly.

I called and booked this place and on Wednesday I called to cancel sir that we would not be coming into town. I was told I didn’t have no appointment for Saturday so I called all around Hilton Head I had no reservations no where which I know where I booked my appointment at. On Saturday our account was hit for $180 so I called and they hung up on me they was very rude told me they called me yesterday and confirmed my reservations which was a flat out lie I first asked why didn’t you LVM and then she said I spoke with you. And not to mention they both acting like unprofessional kids in the background laughing. And I told them all I asked is to refund me the money and she said sorry and hung up. To me it was a set up so they could run my card. I would t recommend this spa to anyone. Life happens and sometime you can’t make things you plan. I just hope they enjoy the $180.

I bought a massage and facial for my son who is living there temporarily and he said it was amazing. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone.

So we went In for a honeymoon couples massage (the spa itself is charming, very welcoming) Everett met us made us comfortable. Him and Yun were our therapist. I have been a therapist for 20+ years. Let me just say Amazing massage. Highly recommend these 2

Unfortunately, my husband and I had a terrible experience at this spa. It was my birthday and we had each booked 3 hours of spa services. When we arrived, we realized a small mistake had been made by the front desk attendant (who we later realized is also the owner and one of the masseuses) regarding our requested spa services. In literally any other scenario, I'd expect the business to simply apologize and correct their mistake. Had that happened, we would have more than happily stayed and continued with our the services we had booked for the day. Instead, the front desk attendant refused to take responsibility, blamed the mistake on us, and proceeded to passive aggressively chastise us, as she felt this 20-30 minute difference, caused her to "lose business". We were made to feel so uncomfortable, we ultimately decided to leave before we even finished filling out our paperwork. This decision escalated the situation, but it also showed us we made the right decision to leave. And thank goodness we did, because as uncomfortable as we were, we only would have been 100x more uncomfortable once we realized this women was also going to be our masseuse. This just simply is not the relaxing or professional treatment we expected for $500; plus tip, which would have made our total around $600. I'm glad to see that so many others have had such positive experiences at this spa - I genuinely wish our experience had been the same. There are so many incredible spa's we've been to on HHI, as well as off the island, and we've always received nothing but the most professional and welcoming customer service. So, I'm just going to assume the front desk attendant was having a bad day - because I know we certainly didn't do anything wrong to justify such poor treatment. I hope this was ultimately a learning experience for her and that she has since learned how to properly communicate regarding mistakes/miscommunications made by her/her staff. I don't leave reviews often and I've left only a handful of negative reviews - so I really don't take this review lightly, as I've worked in the service industry myself for 10+ years, and we love to support small businesses. But this experience truly was the worst customer service that I have ever received (EVER) - and I hope with this review, we're preventing others from receiving the same treatment.

I've heard terrible things about the professionalism of the owner of this place, but today I literally witnessed the her follow a woman out of the spa and shout at her. There are plenty of other options on the island, and I feel bad for the staff that works here.

I had a deep tissue massage with Cambridge. She was able to increase my range of motion and alleviate neck, shoulder and arm pain brought on from laptop work from home & travel (not ergonomic!). Her manipulation techniques were as good or better than some I’ve had in my global travels and I’ll definitely book her again for my next visit!

I LOVE this healing spa. I found that Paula is a Reiki master healer and does cranial massage (and also tarot) online. I booked my first appt initially to heal from a very sad breakup and the 4 appts I booked after that were custom for my healing. Paula spent about 90 minutes each time removing old, blocked, negative energy from pasts traumas that I hadn't been able to heal from, until now. She knew where the blocked energy was and what it was about without me telling her before hand. I was blown away! I felt so much lighter and between her intuitive energy healing and advice and guidance, I have a new changed mindset and am no longer afraid of the future or have a fear of success. I am ready to move forward. She also helped me remove unwanted thoughts of feeling unworthy. Paula is literally an earth angel. Her gift of healing was life changing for me and I never would've been able to reach this level of healing this quickly on my own. I have been trying to change my mindset by reading every best selling self help book you can imagine for years and this was the final piece I needed to reach this level of healing. My last appt was 3 days ago. And the old feelings still have not come back. I feel renewed and am no longer afraid of the fast pace my business is taking and the feelings of unworthiness have gone away. I'm going away for a month but when I come back to the island I'm looking forward to another visit. Every visit removes more and more stuck energy effecting my subconscious mind and limited beliefs. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who has a regret, sadness or stuck mindset you're having trouble moving past. There is no reason to have to live this way. Life is too beautiful to have to suffer inside. My advice: go in with an open mind and with the intention to heal yourself. Intuitive healing with Paula is the best gift you can gift your self. Had a fantastic visit to Hilton Head Spa and Wellness. Paula and Jackie were so gracious and pleasant. My wife and I had the couples massage and it was the best massage I think I’ve ever had. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I am 67 years old and I am a victim of wrinkles! I came to this spa for a facial and massage, and it was the best decision! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I instantly noticed a difference with my skin after the facial was complete! I am from Va and I will make an initiative to come every year while on vacation!

This place is very unprofessional and the have poor customer service. I would not recommend at all save your money. I Absolutely love this place! The Employees are extremely professional, the spa was extremely sanitary, and my body and face feels amazing! It’s definitely a vibe! I was informed with knowledge about my body that I was not aware of. Did I mention that they have wine! I love their skincare line! The ingredients are actually all natural without anything carcinogenic. I just ordered the biocell collagen, and I cannot wait to get into it! I will take before and after pictures to show you my results! Stay tuned!

The therapist are incredible and really good about safety with COVID. The deep tissue was perfect and I feel like a new person! If you are in the area you should absolutely check them out!
