Kim did an excellent job on my nails. She just gave my nails life. The staff are so sweet and always want to make sure their customers are pleased with their work! Thank you ladies for giving my hands a glow up for my birthday!

I have been on and off with this nail salon for over a year. Anytime I get stuck without the one nail tech, it is always a bad experience. I went in right before New Yrs Eve and they were a little busy. I got stuck with another lady who proceeded to cut my thumb cuticle pretty badly. It was bleeding and she had to hold a cotton ball to it for a pretty long time. She then poured alcohol on it which hurt very badly. After all this, I was still charged for the service. It has been about 9 days and I think my cuticle is infected. It is puffy and raised up and very sore. Only one woman is consistent at this salon. The others are all trained poorly and do not do a good job. Not to mention, the turnover rate is high. There’s always a new nail tech every 2 months. I am extremely irritated and think I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Van did an excellent job on my pedicure. Very professional and pleasant to be around. She was very nice to my 5 year daughter whose nails she did for her birthday!

Been coming here for 3 years, always have good experiences, when I need to a fix on my nail they are always happy to help, nails and toes and I get my eyebrows done here too. Will recommend to everyone!

First time in, I started with a new full set with Kim because I wasn’t sure I’d like the service but to my surprise I did. I then ask for a pedicure also with Kim and that to was very good. 15 minutes of a foot and leg massage with oranges was just what I needed.

I almost got a divorce trying to convince my husband I spent 2.5 hours getting my feet done! And this was the result from the $65 pedi

Came from out of town with a friend who just moved to the area. Not impressed. I can do a better mani and pedi on myself. The gentleman who did mine left polish all around my toenails and didn’t even cover the whole nail. My gel manicure was sub par. My friend’s gel manicure wasn’t even the color she wanted and her pedicure took way too long.

They are also very short staffed for a Saturday.

I will not go back. I asked for natural pink almond shape medium length dip and they filed them almost down to my skin. Took 2.5 hours trying to fix how uneven they were. The person doing my nails didn't seem to know what he was doing.

Van was amazing! I came in about 30 mins before close desperate for someone to squeeze me in and they took me immediatly! The environment was very friendly and I will most definitly be back!

6 days into my dip powder manicure and 3 nails have chipped already! Dip powder is not supposed to do this. Poor application or poor product? I will go somewhere else for my next manicure.

Van is so sweet and did such a good job! I highly recommend Van and this establishment. I won’t go anywhere else!

They were extremely nice and polite people, Le did my daughter's nails and she absolutely loves them she is thirteen and she is very picky and he was very amazing and patient with her needs. I suggest everyone to visit this business because you will not be disappointed! I have come back to edit my post, as my experience today was absolutely horrible! Apparently the James (who actually could do nails, no longer works there). I came in asking for French dip nails with a flower on my ring ringer. I was very specific for the base color to NOT be “see through”. The tech was very kind and started working, I could see she was using a regular translucent pink powder but when I mentioned it to her she got upset and another lady came and started doing my nails. She started telling me I should have told her I needed nude pink as if it was my fault for not being clear enough. I was very specific. I repeated my words several times. Instead of fixing her mistake she just started adding tons of nude pink dip to the one hand that was already done. I left the salon, with one hand having 8 layers of dip and the other one having 4, uneven nails and no flower design. And the biggest shock, it’s the highest I have ever been charged for nails there. Save your money and don’t go here.

Had an amazing experience with James getting a fill on my acrylics! He paid attention to my concerns and even cut my cuticles, which is not common most places I have been to. He did an amazing job making my nails look realistic and checked the shape and style several times to make sure each nail was even and I was happy with his work. I will come back and am happy to leave a great review. Don’t be fooled by the location, the people inside are very experienced and did a very great job unlike some of the salons around the area. Thank you James!

I didn’t want to do this, because we really do love V. This place has had so many changes with management in the last 3 months, I cannot keep up.

I have been off and on with Highscale nail for about 1 year and some now.

They overcharged me on my visit on Saturday right at $18 and to justify the amount, it was for the gel take off on my feet?

I know times are hard, but they also charge you to use your debit card now. For the cost that I paid, I can go somewhere else and not have to wait as long.

I will never return here, because forcing customers to tip is aggravating. Then they only want cash tips. The last 2 visit were it for me. Last visit, I had to login my banking account to show them that the payment went through because of issues with their systems, and then they started speaking their language even after I done that.

At one point, this was the best place for me. Even though the services are good, you definitely start to feel like you don’t matter and customer service is not the highest priority. I will not be deleting this review either.

The staff was so professional and polite! I had a great experience! Highly recommend this nail salon. I absolutely love my nails. The salon is beautiful and relaxing! Van an Crystal were Great!

Man doing my pedi did NOT want to cut my nails (wanted to file them) and argued with me saying “did you hear me? ” Of course I heard but I wanted them short. He finally threw up his hands and did what I asked. He was rude and rest of pedi was uncomfortable as I made him mad. First and last visit.

Van was very nice and did a great job on my toes! I came here last minute after my regular place was super busy around 5: 45pm on a Tuesday. Van was welcoming, patient and friendly. Everything was very sanitary as well. I’ll definitely be back soon!

First when I walked in I have never been greeted by a person with such a draining demeanor like he had no spunk, I tell the man I wanted them clear with a design this is what I got. I told him to paint them because I didn't like it cause you can see the left over powder under the top coats. He adds gel coat on top like it would make it disappear. I told him I could still see the powder he say because it's clear but it wasn't like that with the clear powder I took off.he didn't try to clean it up none just told me I didn't have to pay and could leave. Should have just went to my normal place.did not plan to use my whole day just to get my nails done

This was my first time going to this place. JAMES was awesome. He took his time and made sure i was completely happy at every step. This was a great experience and i will be back

I decided to try this place. The place is lovely. There are a ton of dip colors to chose from. Plenty of chairs for pedicures. There needs to be more people working there; there are only three (3) people in there. There were way more people to only have three people man the salon. Mia did my nails & they are very nice. I will go back again.

I’ve tried several nail salons on woodruff road and Augusta road and none were acceptable nails were horrible. I came to high scale nail bar and my nails look spectacular the best I’ve had in over a year 1/2
This is my new and best place to go. I have found my nail salon finally. Nail techs are top notch even when they rush it’s a great outcome thank you Mia for fixing my terrible nails look forward to my next visit. I had a acrylic fill in and French manicure done Friday wonderful job.

1. Went Monday morning a few minutes after they opened. No wait which was great
2. Got a full acrylic set with gel polish. Price was FANTASTIC for the length
3. The amount of detail that went into my nails is unbeatable!
Overall this salon has been the best salon I’ve gone to to get an acrylic full set! Prices are great as well. Not to mention they have an abundance of nail colors to choose from! Just great!

My granddaughter and I have been twice and we love the quality of work they provide compared to a few other places we have tried.

I have been a long time client of Mia but recently had to part ways with her due to a lack of professionalism and promptness. She never honors appointments and will take a walk in over those who have made appointments days and weeks prior to. She does great when she takes her time but lately she’s been rushing on her work to get to the next client and my nails and experience have not been of the same quality. She and her husband need to hire more nail techs, they are struggling to run the business on their own and it shows. They have too many clients for it to only be the two of them working.

The salon is always clean. They are so friendly and sweet. Mia does excellent work and the rest of the staff does great work too. Highly recommend but make an appointment. They are busy.

Mia was amazing! Today was my first time trying out Highscale Nails Bar. This is seriously the best dip powder service that I've EVER had around the Simpsonville/Greenville area in the past several years! The salon is clean, beautiful, and the chairs are very comfortable. This was by far the best multi-service experience ive had, ever! The salon was very clean and Nice. I had my pedicure done by T and she did absolutely amazing. I chose the Hi Scale pedi. She took her time and was sort of a perfectionist when it came to how she cut my nails, the cuticles, filed, scrubbed, and massaged. Most places almost seem to rush you out of the chair but I didn’t feel like that here. You can tell they want to give you the salon experience with their pedicures. On to my nails, I requested Mia, since I saw her name
Mentioned a lot in previous previous reviews. They were not lying when they said she does an amazing job. She has an eye for detail and is good with making sure all nails match and are uniform. I love that! I didn’t have to correct anything which is a good feeling. She also did a great job on my brows. This experience was worth every penny and I will definitely be back!

They don’t answer the phone for you to make an appointment and when you do have an appointment your still waiting because they are very slow and Rude

What’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t honor it? Been waiting since my appointment time for some while.

A friend of mine told me about this place so I decided to come try it out. I have to wait 30 minutes and then the nail tech rushed through the whole process. I could have done a better job myself. Don’t waste your time or money.

The quality of the manicures are outstanding, however the last time I visited this salon, I waited for over an hour to be serviced. Walk-ins that came in after me were served before I was. The man did a very good job and was extremely generous after the woman who was doing my nails got up and started doing someone else’s nails. I sat there with unfinished nails for 30 minutes before the man serviced me, as the woman had gotten up and worked with another customer and completely finished her nails. Mind you, this woman had come in after me. They are extremely understaffed, and I do not recommend going to this salon if you are in a rush or you have plans within an hour time span of your appointment. This incident made me late to a very important event.

Mia is absolutely amazing & does a top notch job on my nails each time. I felt I'd finally found my new go to salon. There is however one glaring issue. Since they opened there's only 3 staff members. I make appointments and still have to come in and wait while walk-ins are serviced ahead of me. They are much too busy to rely on 2 nail techs and 1 person on pedis. It is a disservice to loyal clients to experience this time & again. If Mia's work weren't so amazing, I'd never come back. Accommodations need to be made for the amount of customers they service. Mia does rush at times to try to get to the next person while there is a steady stream of customers coming in the door. She is also more attentive to some customers than others. For instance the client before me received a full hand massage with her service. After my nails were done, she put oil on the cuticles & my service was over. I haven't received a hand massage since my first visit at grand opening and I ALWAYS tip well. If these issues are fixed, it's definitely a 5 star establishment.

They have done amazing on my nails. First time I got a full set and dip powder to grow them out, this time I got just dip!

I was so happy and excited when they opened last year! Around the holidays Mia did my nails and they were look fabulous The place is brand new and everything was clean and relaxing I always enjoy a Brand new establishment! Her staff was very polite and sweet!

Like another person has already said, this place is amazing! Mia is amazing, as is her husband and the mom. I’m assuming the older lady is a mom of one of them. I always get dip powder nails and this place does them perfectly! Pedicures are amazing as well. The massage chairs are wonderful. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the wait. From what I’ve seen the sweet older lady does the pedicures, which leaves only 2 nail techs. They should be a “by appointment only” until they hire more staff.

Been looking for a nail salon for a while and I’m so glad I found this place! Love the atmosphere and the employees are very nice. The man who did my nails, I didn’t get his name unfortunately, did an awesome job on my coffin shaped nails. I appreciated how he took his time when shaping my nails and how he would compare each nail once done shaping them to check his work. I also had a pedicure done and the woman who did it was very sweet and took her time as well. Thank you all for an amazing experience at Highscale Nails! I will definitely be back.

I finally found the perfect nail salon but the BIGGEST problem is time management, I can't see waiting for nearly 45 minutes to a hour on a nail tech, definitely bad for business so I can't return until they get more HELP

I’ve been looking all over Simpsonville and Greenville for an upscale nail salon that offers a wide range of colors/nails designs. I was impressed by the way Mia took her time to reshape my nails and the details she put into them. She took her time and made sure I was a satisfied customer.

I've been here twice now and been extremely impressed. I am extraordinary picky on my nails and they do a great job. They have a GREAT selection of colors (I use dip powder). Best nail place i have found in a long time.

They do an excellent job! Attention to detail and actually give you a pedicure! You get what you pay for here. They are a little understaffed but I spoke to the owner who said she was working on it and would rather provide quality work then just clients in and out the door. If you are spending money I would do it here!

Let me just start by saying I am a very picky customer. I got a nail design on an accent nail that I didn’t like after my nail tech was finished. He could tell I wasn’t crazy about it and offered to change it, no problem and didn’t charge me any extra either. I’m really happy with my nails and will be returning. Great customer service!

I have been looking for a nail shop that offers new styles and designs while focusing on quality.now i have found it! Mia did a fabulous job. My nails were perfect! She took her time. The shape was on point. The style was on point as well. There were so many beautiful designs and styles on display that I had a hard time choosing what I wanted. I was offered wine, soda, or water. The atmosphere was relaxing. I am so pleased. I have found my new holy grail nail salon! If you want quality and variety then this is the place for you! Elegant with a modern twist!

I got a full set and The guy cut me a bunch of times and realized he did, the nails were thick and there was a bunch of glue left on my fingers. The color and shape were really nice and pretty but overall it wasn’t great, when you go to a nail salon u don’t expect to be cut, he was rushing through the process and not taking his time. The guy was sweet but rough. I was expecting something way better than what I got.
