I will never go here again the staff do not know what they are doing. Had lots of trouble with the engagement ring and then continued to have trouble with the wedding band which I had to cancel my order for.

My husband buys all of my jewelry here. They stand by their products and make sure everyone is happy with their purchase. I sometimes pop in just to have my jewelry cleaned and everyone is always so kind and helpful. Maddy is a sweet girl who always has a smile on her face. Can't wait to see what kind of ring I get for our 30th wedding anniversary next year!

I purchased some jewelry for my aunt back in February of this year. One of the items that was purchased was a "special order" as they did not have it in the store. Was told that it would be 6-8 wks before the item would come in. Was called last week and was told that the item was ready to pick up (with the understanding it had been sized as well). I go to pick up the ring this week and was told it had not been sized and would have to come back another day and get pick it up. In the meantime while waiting on the ring I would call just to get updates, etc. No one that I spoke to seemed to have any knowledge of what I was calling about. The whole process of dealing with this location has been nothing but POOR customer service. From here on on out I will order the jewelry from the internet or go to another jewelry store.

I’m leaving a 5 star review based on my in store experience with Whitney on 2/2/23. I’m not sure of her position with the store but if she isn’t a manager or trainer, she should be! I was super impressed by her.

She went above and beyond to help me with my engagement ring I brought in for repair. And a special thank you to the jewelry repair lady in the back of the store!
She even informed me of a special incentive that Helzberg has for customers who live far away and can’t get inspections bi-annually (I’ve been a customer for 7 years and she’s the first to mention it). I’ve been to Helzberg in Greenville, SC; Colorado, Texas, and Virginia and this was by far my best experience. I’d drive 1 1/2 to this location again and definitely recommend.

Alicia, the store manager, is unkind, rude, and unprofessional. The 2 times I have been in the store I have seen her berate employees in front of me. The store needs a serious clean up. Why should I pay the money they are asking when they can't even vacuum or act professional. Christy is the only reason I come back. I would buy my jewelry elsewhere as a warning. This store is going under fast. I wouldnt br surprised to see it closed by next year. Also, their lab grown diamonds won't even test as diamonds. Just ask them to see.

Went in with my work uniform. Was patiently waiting for help. The lady knew I was there. Another woman comes in after me and gets help before me. She ended up looking for $99 ring. I went across the way and spent 10 times that. Shouldn't ignore people for what they're wearing.
