Update: I appreciate you reaching out, but this was my teenage daughter (her friends nails were also subpar). They are kids that didn’t know better. This trip to get their nails done was right before they went out of state for 3 weeks. There was no way to make it right besides a refund.

Train gives the best leg and arm massages with a pedicure and manicure! I willl schedule with her from now on!

The pedicures are always great! Ann is my favorite. I highly recommend this spa for pedicures.

Pretty sad when my wife comes home and explains how bad the situation and little the dude David listens. Perhaps if you listen you would keep customers. If you want nails and no clue go here but if you want something specific they will not listen.

I am a regular returning customer at Harmony. The girls at the front desk are always so sweet, quick, and efficient. All of the technicians are extremely quick and do an incredible job. Prices are super fair and reasonable. I always get compliments on my nails!

Walk in are not welcome (you will wait for hrs but they will keep telling you in 10 min) try to have an appointment if you decided to go to this place. They don’t have a check in book to prioritize the arrival time.

I'm giving a three because my nails are gorgeous. But my experience was not. I came in on Saturday they were slammed. I asked for a soak off and new set. Only waited maybe 5 minutes so that was great. Usually get Kim or another lady but this time was a man. He never offered to soak my nails. Starting ripping them off with his nails and a tip. Literally had me bleeding and cut my nails after i said no. Then proceeded to say don't be a cry baby. Yes he was joking, but just ripped my nails off and I'm bleeding. It hurts. Then proceeded to tell my nails were too long. Cut them too short.still charged me for long. Needless to say I paid 75 for short nails (gorgeous none the less) and bleeding fingers. I have been going to Harmony Nails in Chapin from the first day the business opened five years ago. I always receive comments on my nails and toes. The staff is amazing and I live in Newberry which is a 30 minute drive, when you receive a service like Harmony Nails you don’t mind the drive.

Amy did a very professional pedicure and was so pleasant. I had a wonderful experience & will definitely go back.

Halfway decent place. If you get the right person your nails look good. Never bother making an appointment. I wait 30 -45 mins each time, even with an appointment.

They took off literally half of my eyebrows when I asked for a clean up. But they are good at nails.

My 65 year old mom who has multiple sclerosis has gone to harmony multiple times and on more than one occasion they have taken advantage of her. She has a very hard time understanding the nail techs and they recognize this and use it to upsell her for services she did not schedule. The last time she went they charged her $130 for a gel manicure and basic pedicure. Please do not allow your older parents or grandparents to go to harmony, they will take advantage of them!

I have had a terrible experience here two times in a row. The technician that I have had two times in row has done a terrible job. The only service that I have done on my nails is a gel pedicure. Both times, the technician has not completely removed the old gel polish from my nails and simply tried to paint over it with a new color. I have corrected her both times. This most recent time, she overcharged me by $20.00 for my pedicure. I informed management of the issue, the receptionist and manager were very polite and apologetic, which I sincerely appreciate. I feel terrible writing a bad review because I know the technician needs a job, but she does not do quality work.

This was my first time here. I received a gel meni/pedi. Steve did both, and did a great job. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. I didn't have an appointment, but was seated quickly. Will definitely be back

I love Harmony nails in Chapin, but I pay almost the same price for a full set and gel polish as I do for a fill-in and gel polish. In my opinion that just doesn’t make a lot of sense. I can go to Newberry nails and pay $35 for a fill-in which is $20 cheaper than Harmony. I’m just so sad because I love this place, it’s just too expensive in my opinion

I have been extremely satisfied with every staff member at Harmony. I've been getting my nails done for many years and this establishment exceeds anywhere I have visited previously. Kim, the owner, is exceptional. I am going to her forever!

I have been coming here over a year. I enjoy the final product. I have had the pleasure of sitting in the chair while Kate/Cate, Ann, and Stephen/Steven have worked on my nails. The atmosphere is relaxing as well. Great and reasonable prices.

Customer service was great, was met by a sweet girl and seated quickly, but was one of the worst pedicures I had ever received in my life. Pedicure lasted maybe 10 minutes from start to finish, asked for a deluxe pedicure, hardly even received a basic pedicure (extremely rough and rushed), and was still charged for deluxe. I’m not one to complain so I just paid and left, but I can never see myself returning.

We are thrilled with the service and kind treatment we received. It was our first visit here. We brought our mother, who has recently had a stroke, to have her nails done. If we could give Harmony 10 stars, we would. We highly recommend Harmony Nails and we will be return customers.

Very friendly staff, attended to my walk-in dip powder & Sea Salt Pedi quickly. Best dip powder nails I've had.not too thick & looks amazing! I will definitely be going back!
