Sue went above and beyond my expectations when she permed my hair.she is a great hair stylist she has years of experience you will not be disappointed.

Sue is very warm and friendly. She listened to me and offered her expertise advice regarding my hair color. I felt very comfortable and at ease during the whole process. I asked for a loose big curl perm. She gave me the opposite
My hair is awful looking and ruined! She overcharged me and I had t threaten her with reporting her to the BBB to get my money back

I was very impressed with Sue. She's very professional and completely upfront and honest when it comes to what your hair will and won't do.

I was in need of a perm, but had not had one in over 15 years. I needed one because my hair was straight as a board! However, after years and years of punishing my hair with color and heat I knew I'd need to find someone that knew what they were doing. I took a huge leap going to someone I didn't know, but my usual hairdresser was not familiar enough with perms and didn't feel comfortable giving me one.

Sue was patient with me and walked me through every step and explained what may or may not happen. The chances of my hair drying out on the ends was high, but she prepared me well and gave me the necessary tools to combat the issue.

I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

I went to Sue for my first real cut in a long time and she did amazing! She was incredibly patient and respected the length I wanted. She educated me a lot on her technique and encouraged me to grow into this more gentle cut before trying to add anything too intricate in order to preserve the most length. I will definitely be back!

I dunno if the place is any good or not, but I get asked every day to rate it because we have offices in the same building. All I can say is, she isn't very friendly, won't even acknowledge your presence when you wave.

After moving to Columbia three years ago I have struggled to find a beautician that was skilled at cutting hair. I have found my person!
She listens to what you are saying and is actually concerned about your happiness. This is not a showy salon, but. If you looking for SKILL this IS it.
If my next two cuts are as good as this one I will be her client forever!

The experience was overall, very pleasant. My hair was highlighted to a beautiful blonde. The hairdresser, Sue was very helpful and thorough when describing what would work best for my hair. The texture is improving thanks to some high quality conditioner she has available for purchase. I am very satisfied with the results and her dedication to hair health. Would recommend.
