Great Clips

My son loves our local Great Clips! He gets to check in online so he can just walk up to the counter and say he's there and wants his usual (having his usual is his favorite part lol)! And if he wants something different he just asks and they always make him happy! He's a satisfied customer and I'm a happy mama because his hair always looks great! Win win all the employees have been amazing and I've never had a bad experience here!

I like being able to schedule my haircut online and be their queue when I get there. I just don't like that I can't choose who I want to cut my hair. I have received a few haircuts that weren't the greatest and had to be corrected by someone that could really cut hair. I also wish that they had a better senior discount.

The lady who attended me humiliated me, I felt too uncomfortable, I will never go back or recommend this place.

Was hesitant to come in but turned out being a good haircut experience I have long curly hair and only wanted a trim I didn't catch my hair dressers name she wore glasses and had short hair was very nice will be back

Very disappointed in my haircut. The stylist was very friendly, but informed me before my haircut that by the time she was done her lunch would be ready which is probably why it was rushed and looks like my toddler cut my hair.

Stylist had very bad attitude. You could tell the last thing she wanted to be doing was cutting hair. Barely cut any off and was done. You should be able to wait for the stylist you like and know does a good job.

Terrible hair cut, maybe the worst of my life. May use them again, but the stylist has to go.

The women were absolutely amazing! Carla and Fifi did the best job ever! Got my son's first big boy haircut and my nieces hair cut and they both turned out perfect! I'll definitely be going back.

Took my kids here for a hair cut lady behind the register rolled her eyes and heavy sighed at me when I ask her for 3 haircuts we just left because she seemed very annoyed at the chance to make money will not be returning you just lost my business I now take my kids to sports clips instead atleast they don't sigh and roll their eyes at making 60 bucks

Very unprofessional i took a child with autism there and i knew right tim we met the hair stylist that it was not going to go good he (expectedly) eas scared and she said rudely that she wouldnt cut his hair if he would wine or move which was already a big sign that she was not going to be good to cut a 3 year olds hair. After walking to leave i explained to her you have to not speak loud and rude at kids because that scares them aftershe screamed at me saying she knows how to talk to kids its just children like mine with a problem honestly thiswhole place needs to shut down if thats how the people feel definitely not a save environment for children we didnt get his hair cut because the woman was upsetting my son so i cant speak on the quality of the hair cuts.

They were busy, but adequately staffed. In and out quickly and my son received a great haircut.

A whole different staff since the last time I've been here, but very nice ladies. The lady who cut my son's hair made sure he was comfortable and gave him confidence on what he was wanting to try

Great place for a quick trim. No extras, no washing or styling. Cost effective for what you get.

I’ve used great clips for years. For the most part they do a great job. However, they have one hair dresser that messed up my hair really bad. I’m really disappointed! I’ve been growing my hair out for 2 1/2 months for this particular due, and she messed it up with one cut. You don’t get to choose who cuts your hair. You’re stuck with whom is available next. I’ve had her twice in 3 years and she messed my hair up both times. Stay away from Samantha. I will not be back.

The one guy in there always looks mad and treats you as if you are a bother. Find somewhere else to go! I wouldn't ever go back.

Hairstylist i had was Great. Very professional and fast. Other employees were nice as well

I ask to have my hair cut in layers and the gentleman/ woman I guess didn’t know what he was doing because he destroyed my hair. There is no layers at all and is cut uneven everywhere. I will never go there again!
